Madonna is working on adapting her life story into a limited series for Netflix.
The iconic pop star has teamed with “Stranger Things” producer and director Shawn Levy on a series about her life and career. The project is still in development, but if it comes to fruition, it will be Levy’s latest title with Netflix.
The filmmaker and producer’s 21 Laps has an overall deal with the streaming giant. Levy himself, meanwhile, has directed and produced a number of past Netflix shows and films, including “Stranger Things,” 2023’s “All the Light We Cannot See” and the Ryan Reynolds sci-fi vehicle “The Adam Project.”
He is currently attached to direct the Ryan Gosling-led “Star Wars: Starfighter” for Lucasfilm.

Rapper Tory Lanez was stabbed in prison at California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi on Monday, law enforcement officials confirm.
Lanez, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, was in the yard outside Monday morning when another inmate stabbed him.
“At approximately 7:20 a.m. today, Daystar Peterson (BW0168) was attacked by another inmate at a housing unit in the California Correctional Institution (Cci) in Tehachapi,” California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation deputy press secretary Pedro Calderón Michel said in a statement. “Staff immediately responded, activated 911 and began medical aid. Peterson was subsequently transported to an outside medical facility for further treatment.”
In an Instagram post Monday, reps for Peterson said he was “stabbed 14 times — including 7 wounds to the back, 4 to his torso 2, to the back of his head, and 1 to the left side of his face.” The reps said both of Peterson’s lungs collapsed and that he was placed on a breathing apparatus.

Big Brother showmance couple Tucker Des Lauriers and Rubina Bernabe have broken up.
The pair met in the summer of 2024 when they were both contestants and houseguests on the season of BB26.
They got very close while in the house together, and even though Tucker was sent home before Rubina, they rekindled things when she exited the house.
However, a new update confirms they’re not together right now.

Old photos of Cassie and Sean “Diddy” Combs are gaining attention again after being mentioned during Day 3 of the 55-year-old music mogul’s ongoing sex trafficking trial.
During her testimony, the 38-year-old “Me & U” singer alleged that following the 2016 hotel attack featured in surveillance footage that leaked in 2024, she had to attend the premiere of her movie The Perfect Match with bruises on her face and body.

Travis Kelce does not seem happy about the Kansas City Chiefs’ season opener.
There have been rumors that the Chiefs would be playing division rival, the Los Angeles Chargers, to open the season in Sao Paulo, Brazil. If you don’t know, the NFL often has international games throughout the season, and other teams have played in Brazil before.
Travis confirmed they’re going to Brazil to open the season on September 5, and he doesn’t seem too pleased.

The new name is… HBO Max! This may sound familiar, and that’s because Max used to be called HBO Max!
Casey Bloys, Chairman and CEO of HBO and Max Content, confirmed in a statement, “With the course we are on and strong momentum we are enjoying, we believe HBO Max far better represents our current consumer proposition. And it clearly states our implicit promise to deliver content that is recognized as unique and, to steal a line we always said at HBO, worth paying for.”

On Tuesday (May 13), the 25-year-old singer/actress received a temporary restraining order against the 27-year-old rapper/YouTuber, whose real name is Daryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., after he allegedly attacked her earlier this year.

GrowHappy has developed an Allergen ImmunoButter Variety Box filled with snacks that build babies’ immune systems so that they have an exponentially better chance of not developing food allergies.
Also in attendance at the event were moms and moms-to-be like Lindsey Morgan, Nicole Trunfio, Caila Quinn, Ali Tate Cutler, and Alex Hodges. And while she’s not a mom, Watson and The Night Agent actress Eve Harlow attended for her connection to the allergies community.

A new episode of the NBC singing competition series aired on Tuesday night (May 13), and during the live episode, the Top 12 hit the stage for another performance in attempt to earn their spot in next week’s season finale.
By the end of the episode, five contestants advanced to the finals while seven singers were sadly eliminated from the competition and sent home.
The Voice‘s season finale will kick off with a live, two-hour episode on Monday, May 19. Then on Tuesday, May 20, the season 27 winner will be announced.

The 35-year-old entertainer, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, joined co-stars Jenna Ortega and Barry Keoghan at the premiere of their new movie Hurry Up Tomorrow on Tuesday (May 13) in New York City.
Trey Edward Shults, who directed the movie, was also in attendance, along with Reza Fahim, who co-wrote the screenplay with The Weeknd and Trey.

While appearing at Amazon’s 2025 Upfront event alongside younger brother Travis Kelce, the 37-year-old retired Philadelphia Eagles player revealed his goal weight after already losing 25 pounds.

Lots of big names stepped out for the evening, which was held on Tuesday (May 13) at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.
Bella Hadid and Irina Shayk, along with fellow models Alessandra Ambrosio, Shanina Shaik, and Maria Borges all walked the iconic red carpet. Baby Reindeer‘s Nava Mau and Fantastic Four‘s Julia Garner were also in attendance, as were director Quentin Tarantino with his wife Danielle, and fashion tastemaker Rahi Chadda.
The festival runs from today until May 24, and there will be lots of stars in attendance over the next few days. Stay tuned!
