- This puppet film recreates some of Danish humorist Storm P.'s popular cartoons - the so-called "inventions". A "Storm P. Invention" is how Danes would describe a highly complicated technical design. The design of these apparatuses reflects an original satirical view on a society obsessed by efficiency and technocratization. The fun is derived from the lack of proportion between the diminutive scale of the problem and incomprehensible complexity of Storm P.'s solution.
- A time capsule with a bygone era captured on film, thus allowing the viewer a glimpse of life in a typical Danish town during the 1930's and 40's from actual footage from the time by photographer Svend Mikkelsen. Mikkelsen arrived in Fjerritslev in 1939, where he and his wife established a photo shop. At the same time, he acquired a 16mm film camera, and on his leisure time from the shop, began to document the everyday activities of the town from 1939 until 1949. His project was actualized into professional black-and-white movie recordings amounting to a four-hour playing time. When Svend Mikkelsen died, his son and daughter decided to donate the material to Fjerritslev Library so that it could be saved for posterity. The library and a local association engaged the film director Jørgen Vestergaard, who together with film maker Tommy Hald, spent a couple of months editing the historical silent film recordings. Utilizing the cut portions, music and speaker commentary was added and the edited version was condensed to a length of 34 minutes - which in 2016, was digitized and published on DVD.
