- A pair of Jolly Jack Tars on shore leave take a Wren (lady sailor) to Stonehenge and get caught in a time warp finishing up in ancient Rome.
- Set in a German theatre after World War II, two British soldiers are holding a disparate and hostile band of refugees in this theatre, prior to returning them to their homelands. The soldiers have difficulty dealing with the rivalries between Serb and Croat, resistance fighter and collaborator, Pole and Russian, et cetera. The threat of plague briefly unites them, but eventually even this wears off and the refugees unite in their hostility to the British.
- Crooked Bluff Hardcastle is appointed by the court to take care of the business affairs of pretty young Helen Saunders' ranch, which is about to go out of business, but Hardcastle is secretly planning to swindle her out of the ranch. He is thwarted by cowboy Jim Donovan and his friend, banker George Masters, who buy Helen's ranch at auction. Angered, Hardecastle sends his hired thugs to get rid of Donovan and Masters so he can get his hands on the ranch.
- Overly mature Betty Blythe is cast as the gamine-like granddaughter of a Turkish rabbi, who is taken out of her cozy environs by a music-hall star and transformed into a cabaret dancer. It isn't that she hates the work; it's simply that she feels she has turned her back on her people. Blythe is rescued by an elderly Jewish leader who takes her to a Zionist colony in Palestine. She marries her benefactor, but her heart remains with her true love back in Constantinople.
- Mysterious bandit has been holding up express shipments from the ranches. The girl's father has a partner who is really the villain, saving the hero who of course is suspected of being the bandit.
- After young Dick Martin's father dies, his mother marries Rance Slavin, with whom Dick does not get along. Years later, after his mother has died, Dick buys his own horse ranch. He discovers one day that his horses are being stolen in large numbers, and sets out to find the thief and get his horses back. However, he is in for a surprise when he finally discovers the identity of the horse thief.
- On the day of her wedding to Paul, Mary Wheeler is given the deed to a mysterious old house that is occupied by a strange housekeeper named Nancy Crowl. Sometime later, Marc Reed, one of Mary's former suitors, arrives at the house and refuses to leave. When Marc is murdered, Mary is arrested for the crime. During her trial, an attorney who asks the judge for permission to address the court reveals himself to be Mary's long-lost father, Robert Wheeler. Eventually, Nancy is uncovered as the murderer and Mary is acquitted of the crime.
- Rancher Jack Gardner is ambushed and awakens in a hospital and finds that his ranch has been illegally sold out from under him to an old lady and her niece Peggy. Believing the new owner to be a man, because she is named Pat, Jack threatens many things, but when he meets "the nice old lady" and realizes she too is a victim, he takes another path to right both wrongs. Meanwhile, the swindler has snooped around and discovered ore on the Gardner ranch, and is now trying to buy back what wasn't his to begin with.
