- Basically a travelogue featuring footage of Angkor Wat (in Cambodia) shot by a couple of explorers in the WWI years, with additional footage shot on a Hollywood set by George M. Merrick . Roadshown for years as part of a double feature with Inyaah (Jungle Goddess) (1934) (also called "Virgin of Sarawak" and later "Jungle Virgin" and "Strange Adventures") with the result that "Inyaah" also carries "Forbidden Adventure, 1938" as an incorrect alternate title in some quarters.
- A Chinese missionary comes to England. He helps a young girl ill-treated by her father. A remake of D. W. Griffith's "Masterpiece".
- A fairground boss is ruined. He steals his aunt's jewelry, but being chased he gives the jewelry to a couple of dancers. They are mistaken for the Morton Sisters and perform in the Folies Parisiennes with the jewels, with enormous success.
- During World War I, in Flanders, Berry and Trent were in love with the same girl, Yvonne. During a battle in the Widow's Island sector, Trent is wounded and abandoned by Berry. Trent being reported missing, Berry now has a clear path to marry Yvonne. Two decades later, Yvonne incidentally meets a tourist guide in the former combat zone region who looks fiendishly like - Trent.
