It failed at showing American films in the 1920's and began presenting Spanish language films to the North Side's growing Hispanic population and embraced a culture that was in the middle many famous acts such as Pedro Infante, Dolores Del Rio and many other acts preformed or presented Films to the community that was neither considered Mexican or American. The film explains the hardships of living as a minority and finding a place that could be called their own. In this slow conversion to Americanism the new generation still uses the theater to express a sense of place in the community and in this country.
- The film details the exploits of Jason, a man in his early 30s, and his desire to find someone after three years of loneliness. He posts on a dating website advertising for a brief encounter and gets a reply from Nikki, a woman in her early 20s, who is after the same thing. Meeting in a hotel room, they both form an intimate connection that continues over the course of three separate evenings; each rendezvous becoming more intense and personal as the characters reveal things to each other that they?d never spoken of before. As the narrative continues, our characters, and all their hopes, dreams, and fears, are laid bare to the each other as the film explores the quirks of fate and how chance and random encounter can influence our lives so drastically.

His guest is Mayor pro tem of Fort Worth Zim Zimmerman and the musical guest is Scott Copeland. Other segments include Drink of the Night (at Yupp's Bar) and Famous Tweets Throughout History!
