- Tom meets the group of 13 dieters for the first-time over a reduced-calorie breakfast in one of his pubs. He sets out what they can expect from him and what he expects of them.
- Tom shows the group of dieters easy recipes they can make at home including a 'cheat pizza', a pea and ham pasta and a low calorie French apple tart.
- This time Tom offers his group of dieters a range of special treats, comfort food that is calorie-counted and tasty. Including a Mediterranean pasta dish and coffee and chocolate custard pots.
