- Tom (Damian Hunt) and his sister Ellie (Ellie Beaven) live in an ordinary town leading ordinary lives but not for long. Far away, in her vast ice palace, the Snow Queen (Dame Helen Mirren) plots to rule the world. - Somewhere in the universe is a planet only visible to those who believe in it. On the dark side of the planet dwells the huge and terrible Zordrak, Lord of Nightmares, hatching his evil plots to steal the Dreamstone so that nightmares may rule. Zordrak is protected by his army of Urpneys - led by Sergeant Blob - whose every thought is directed towards pleasing their master.

- Rufus and Pildit are on their way to Viltheed. Unfortunately the Zordrak's attack separates them. Rufus ends up at the Zordrak's fortress. There, he helps Amberley to restore from her stone form. Rufus and Amberley manage to retrieve the Dreamstone and thanks to Pildit make an escape.
- The Urpneys are on a journey to the Land of Dreams with the Knitted Balloon they've built. In the mean time Zordrak travels in his spiritual form to possess Amberley and get a hold of the Dreamstone. Rufus and Albert bring down the balloon and succeed into recovering the Dreamstone.
- Urpgor creates an invisibility potion, which will aid Urpneys to steal the Dreamstone from the Dream Maker without being seen. But they lose track of the Dreamstone, because it's covered with the invisibility potion. So they return back to Viltheed empty handed.
- The Urpneys use the pendant Urpgor has invented to put Rufus in a possessive trance and hypnotize him to steal the Dreamstone. After the awful deed, unknowingly Rufus takes the Dreamstone to Viltheed. Thankfully, Amberley and Pildit come to the rescue.
- During the Eclipse festival in the Land of Dreams, Albert is captured by the Urpneys and they want the Dreamstone in return of his release. Pildit's grandmother Wildit helps to rescue Albert and scatter the Urpneys.
- Urpgor's latest invention is a singing RoboBird. The plan is the Noops to take it to the Dreamstone. Unfortunately the RoboBird has a plan of it's own. First it puts Frizz and Nug in a trance, then steals the Dreamstone and on top of all it won't obey Urpgor's orders. So Urpgor builds a female Robobird and the Noops manage to get back the Dreamstone.
- Urpgor builds a teleporter to steal the Dreamstone instantly. When Albert gets sick, it seems that the only cure is a mushroom that grows in Viltheed. Wildit succeeds to find the cure and also to save the Dreamstone from being crushed.
- It's winter time and the Urpneys use Urpgor's Snow Machine to steal the Dreamstone during the celebration. To keep the Dreamstone safe, Albert swallows it and now the Urpneys have to take him.
- The Nightmare Stone is back again and Rufus and Amberley fail to get it. Instead the Urpneys do. Zordrak orders Urpgor to get rid of the Nightmare Stone but the whole of Viltheed is launched into the sky.
- The Urpneys are on their way to the Moon of Doom. The Noops are also sent there with a special magic bubble. The Urpneys ambush them and now the Dream Maker creates another magic bubble.
- Zarag creates Obedience Drops to enslave some of the Noops. Urpgor and Zarag get in some argument over a vital component for the sling machine. Meanwhile Rufus and Amberley are on a mission to save the enslaved Noops.
- Urpgor plots to shrink the Urpneys, then to send them into the dream beams and invade the Noops' dreams. The Urpneys succeeds the first night, but fail to repeat their victory he second night because of the Dream Maker and the Noops.
- Urpgor needs Time Crystals to power his Time Machine. Blob and the other minions are off to planet Tempus Figit to get the Time Crystal from Urpgor's Auntie. However, Rufus, Amberley and Albert get to the Time Crystals first and sabotage them. When Urpgor powers the Time Machine, it explodes.
- The Urpneys use a Mole Mobile car to cut the roots of the Dreambottle trees. The Wottles, who turn out to be friendly and not vicious, help Amberley to chase away the Urpneys.
- Rufus and Amberley go hiking and skiing and Spildit packs the Dreamstone by mistake. They run into the Urpneys and the Dreamstone falls into their hands. But Rufus and Amberley manage to get the Dreamstone back and crash all the Whirleypeds in the process.
- Urpgor is on a mission all by himself to steal the Dreamstone. But he kidnaps Albert too. Rufus and Amberley thwart his escape and Urpgor clashes with the other Urpneys.
- Neemod is a horrible monster, out of control and is after the Dreamstone. Rufus and Amberley use a sunshine bubble to lure it back to Viltheed.
- The Urpneys are using a spying device to listen to everything in the Land of Dreams. So now Frizz will enter as a substituted birthday gift. When the scheme fails the Urpneys head back to Viltheed with a seed which grows into a Giant Venus Flytrap.
- The latest clash between the Urpneys and the Noops, send the Urpneys to Urpgor's Auntie. She puts all her powers of persuasion to recruit her nephew into stealing the Dreamstone for her. Meanwhile the Noops are up against Auntie's booby traps.
- A couple of Wottles accidentally become stowaways in Blob's Whirleyped. Rufus and Amberley are on a mission to rescue the stowaways.
- When a big freeze hits Viltheed, the Urpneys need the Fire Rock to power the boiler. Blob's men are on a mission to the mines to try and bargain with the residents. Somehow Rufus and Amberley get involved in the whole argument too.
- A Basilisc is awaken by a passing comet over the Isle of Catastrophe. The Basilics power is to paralyze anyone. When the Urpneys try to use the Basilisc power against the Dream Maker, he 'paralyzes' the Basilisc by using a mirror.
