- What happens in the bedroom of a modern Gujarati couple? Do Not Disturb is the key to this question. Maulik and Meera are contemporary Gujarati couple living with Maulik's parents. Maulik is your typical Amdavadi boy - loves food, respects traditions, partying with his friends, keeps his parents above everything and loves his wife. Meera is a Gujarati girl and a Mumbai-chi multi at heart. She's progressive, modern and adores her hubby. Do Not Disturb brings to life the intimate conversations between the husband and wife, the difference in opinions and, the mark of a successful relationship, the compromises they make for their love.
- The show is set in Gurgaon, where first jobbers Raj, Simran and Rahul are forced into the basement of the office 'PunjaBeats" as the small start-up undergoes a major transformation to attract more business. These three badnaseeb buddies are put in the wackiest situations as they try to regain their territory upstairs. While trying to achieve this, they are fighting their respective battles to achieve their dreams which lie beyond the four walls of this company as well as juggling friendships, relationships and their new lives at work.
- The plot revolves around a spaceship that lands in a pond in rural Bengal.
- It's Saturday night and Meera and Maulik are all set for some weekend romance, but it gets interrupted by the US returned Maasi.
- What happens when Maulik and Meera are planning for the holiday, they never took, for the nth time? The struggle is real.
- So Maulik and Meera are back from a college reunion party that one has enjoyed and one hasn't. It also involves a brief flirting incident.
- So - nothing has changed - except for the bedroom (Meera's place), the pillow and comfort level of Maulik!.
- Featuring a wife, packing hot clothes for an office trip and a mildly panicked husband. Also featuring: insecurity, logic and a stole.
- All was going fine until Meera wore heels at a family function and dwarfed Maulik's male ego.
- Working in the basement was a challenge in itself, but now Simran, Rahul and Raj had to grapple with an additional hurdle of water leakage.
- All three of them were trying every trick in the book to impress their Boss. While Rahul prepares a speech for a special guest, Simran tries to find the favourite cake of her Boss. But plans don't always play out the way we want them to.
- The opportunity for which Simran, Rahul and Raj were looking everywhere, came knocking on their door, but not without a twist.
- The desperation to move out of the basement and find a place of their choice brings Simran, Raj and Rahul to the point of a fallout. Battling with loneliness and disappointment, the three of them think about leaving their job.

- Age is a big factor in deciding how we spend our days and live our lives. As the days increase in number, down goes people's stamina to handle certain things. Age has hit Maulik hard too. With his reduced metabolism, Meera has decided to put him on a healthy diet routine and is determined on making him follow it. But Maulik is not ready for such a challenge and definitely to give up his most favourite dishes. One in denial and the other in determination, who will win the fight to fit? Is sweaty really becoming the new sexy?
- An exciting lunch plan is coming up and both Meera and Maulik are excited to see their friends and have hearty discussions. But a friendly Sunday brunch becomes a place for discussion of the life plans ahead and all the couple friends of Meera and Maulik are now talking about having babies and starting this phase of their lives. The baby fever that comes with this age has hit all their friends but them. Will they have the baby conversation now? Do they want to have a baby, are they ready for this? How will the conversation go?
- So if mood reminds you of an instagram sticker, desire reminds you of a car and the only heat that you have on the bed is that of a heat pad for the backache, you know that the curse of too-comfortable-to-have-sex is upon you. Meera wants to shake things up and Maulik is, well, shaken.
