- What is a book? How do you make a book? The Festa Major del Llibre. I have here a copy of the books that the Ajuntament gave to the children attending public schools, each one was distributed according to level. The author of 'Elements d'Historia de Sabadell', Dr. Miquel Carreras Costajusà, was a chronicler who worked in the city archives. For those children who did not yet know how to read, the Ajuntament created a color system to properly code each book for scholastic purposes. Preparing the 'repart' (sic) of the various volumes to be sent to each school; 1500 books total.
