- "Auschwitz: The Common Journey" is a documentary that explores the reactions of a group of Arab Israelis as they visit the Auschwitz concentration camp to learn about the Holocaust. The film delves into the impact of their visit on their understanding of the Holocaust and their place in the world. Through interviews and footage of their journey, the film illustrates the power of education and understanding in overcoming hatred and division. The film also highlights the importance of bearing witness to the atrocities of the past in order to ensure that they are never repeated. Throughout the film, the members of the delegation meet people who tell Holocaust stories from their families, visit Oskar Schindler's factory and hold the first ceremony of its kind in memory of 6 million Jews who were murdered in the Holocaust.
