- Police officers Sonny Cruz and Alice Lagaac discover a video tape addressed to Cruz from an unknown sender. The tape contains voyeuristic footage of a missing girl, Judy Evangelista, whose case has since gone cold. At the same time, Lagaac is troubled over her ex-husband Bronson's decision to send their son to study abroad. Bronson later talks with police chief Jemuel Sy, who expresses contempt for his predecessor. Meanwhile, local shaman and bar owner Magic Mike is worried for Cruz, who is haunted by recurring headaches and mysterious figures.
- Cruz is left shaken by a disturbing nightmare. A second tape arrives with footage implying an affair between Judy and previous police chief Jorge Roxas, who is missing and presumed to be dead. The station unveils a bust in honor of Roxas but his widow Isabel destroys the bust by shooting it during the ceremony, expressing her distaste over her husband and Jemuel. Later at night, a strange encounter with a mysterious cult leads Jemuel to a ritualistic offering of a goat head.
- Bronson is attacked by a masked assailant. Another tape arrives, and the sender remains unknown. Lagaac visits Roman Evangelista's house and finds clues that Judy may be not what she seems. Lagaac investigates Judy's room. The third tape shows an altercation between Roxas and Judy, with the latter being knocked unconscious into the ground. At night, another nightmare leads Cruz to investigate an abandoned greenhouse containing a locked trapdoor.
- Cruz pays a visit to Magic Mike. An encounter with Bronson leaves Lagaac fuming. At the station, Cruz and Lagaac watch the fourth tape, with Roxas dragging Judy's body into the same trapdoor from Cruz' dream. Lagaac notices possible clues to the cameraman's identity in the footage. At the greenhouse, they discover Roxas' corpse instead of Judy's. Meanwhile, Cruz' condition takes a turn for the worse.
- Three years ago, Sonny Cruz was a promising police officer being groomed to be captain. He takes a camcorder and some tapes from Mike's office. Camera footage reveal more of the affair, Roxas' hesitation, and Judy's unstable personality. At the greenhouse where Roxas hides Judy's body, Cruz discovers her resurrection.
- Lagaac figures out Cruz is the cameraman. Cruz' guilt drives him to burn down the greenhouse and other incriminating evidence. In a flashback, Cruz asks Magic Mike to remove his memories through a ritual. When Lagaac passes out after their confrontation, Cruz asks Mike to perform the ritual on both of them. Lagaac forgets what happened but now experiences the same nightmare and headaches that haunt Cruz. A new tape arrives but the bizarre footage shows her nightmare instead. Judy suddenly appears at the station, disheveled and back from the dead.
- Armando Deputado Jr., aka Mando (Kokoy de Santos), a college freshman is cast in the role of Romeo in their school's play, Romeo and Juliet. To celebrate his little victory, he goes out with his friends for some street food. Unknown to him, his college life is about to turn into an exhilarating roller coaster ride as he meets and instantly falls for the varsity player of another school, Barry (Alex Diaz).
- Heartbroken over Barry (Alex Diaz), Mando (Kokoy de Santos) decides to get past his feelings and focus on his role in the school play. He meets Krisha (Barbie Imperial), a bright and liberated architecture student playing the Juliet to his Romeo. As the two get to know each other in rehearsals, Mando and Krisha find themselves in a budding romance. Taking their relationship from on-stage to real-life, they meet each other's families.
- Barry (Alex Diaz) and his boyfriend break up, putting the cager in low spirits. In a bid to comfort him, Mando (Kokoy de Santos) and Krisha (Barbie Imperial) join him on a trip out of town. Mando gets uneasy as he deals with his recurring feelings for Barry.
