Yet she launders her illegal money through the church, among many other illicit dealings. Mary has one biological child, a daughter - the musically talented and idolized Esther (Didintle Khunou) - and two adopted children: Simon (TK Sebothoma), who is devoted, talented and troubled; and her favorite son and right-hand general, Gabriel (Bohang Moeko), who is resourceful, damaged and brooding.
- Gabriel and his old friend Abednego meet up for the first time in years. Both have so much baggage and so much to hide. Both know how to kill.
- Mary is on high alert after receiving her special letter. Gabriel has his hands full juggling the pastor and his sister, who is not taking her fall from fame well. Simon does as Mary says.
- Pastor Duma's growing insolence puts Gabriel at odds with the club owner, Gazati. Esther and Makwande's rollercoaster relationship continues to see-saw. Mary does not take kindly to Makwande accusing her of being the problem.

- Mary is eager for nothing to go wrong with the Swedes visiting HOG, but trouble keeps lurking. Makwande returns to find a new flat mate in his apartment. Zakwe lays low, missing Lesedi's big moment.
- Abednego approaches Gazati with an offer. Makwande's condition continues to drive a wedge between him and Esther, and gets him on the wrong side of Millicent.
- Gabriel saves the day but then suffers punishment for defying Mary. Millicent continues to cause havoc between Makwande and Esther. Pastor Duma realizes he also has to level up and get his hands dirty.
- Mary puts pressure on Gabriel to deal with Pastor Duma. Makwande becomes a knight in shining armor. Simon escalates his feud with Zakwe and Abednego has a proposal for Gabriel.
- Mary reveals herself to Abednego and gives him his first mission. A broken Millicent returns to Esther and Makwande, and Esther has a plan to cheer her up. Simon reveals that the Swedes want to take Lesedi's performance to the next level.
- The planning for the heist is underway, Gabriel is on top of things but Mamba and Abednego are an unwelcome distraction. Esther finds out about Makwande and Millicent which leads to dire consequences. Lesedi has a chance of saving her performance but Simon becomes an obstacle.
- Gabriel's heist has an unexpected witness. Trouble in paradise for Ma.
