- 2022–TV EpisodeAlec Baldwin was never arrested, never fired and now plans to finish producing a film in which he literally shot and killed a woman. Disney Plus Collapses - Nielsen Ratings Show Cause for Panic as Neither Lucasfilm Nor Marvel Succeed
2022–TV EpisodeThe ratings are in for the end of January and they're very not good for Mickey Mouse. Not only is Netflix eating Disney's lunch now, but other streaming services are breaking into the top ten while Disney has completely fallen out. People simply aren't watching Disney+ anymore. Consumers are abandoning the platform. Has Disney gone so far that they have cratered their primary objective in content distribution? And what happens if The Mandalorian Season 3 can't pull them out of this gutter? - Episode:(2023)
Dave Filoni Praises Rian Johnson: Star Wars DOOMED - Fans Fear All Roads Lead to the Sequel Trilogy!
2022–TV Episode - Episode: (2023)2022–TV EpisodeThe Walt Disney Company was once the far-and-away king of entertainment. Nobody even came close for decades. But like a very slow train wreck that was utterly predictable -- and predicted -- the company is now in a downward spiral. Self-inflicted wounds are causing Disney to drop, pandering to activists within the company rather than the desires of the market majority. We explore a number of areas where Disney clearly doesn't want your money... and is alienating the customers they could have.
- Episode: (2023)2022–TV EpisodeJust as we were beginning to think Disney+ just couldn't find a win anymore, Black Panther Wakanda Forever surprised us all. Dropping onto the struggling streaming service at the beginning of Black History Month, BP2 managed to snag the top spot on Nielsen's charts. That's a huge win for Disney. Unfortunately, there's no indication it helped carry any other properties the way Wednesday did for Netflix. Now we're all watching to see if it can hold its position, or if this was a one-time fluke.
- Episode: (2023)2022–TV EpisodeThe first episode of The Mandalorian for Season 3 was only mediocre. But now that the follow-up is here, things are getting better. Still, this is now coming at the same time Lucasfilm is being sued for treating not just fans, but now professionals, like absolute garbage (video on that on March 9th at 4:30 PM EST). Can people separate the Favreau Star Wars from the Kennedy Star Wars? Is it too late for the franchise or can Favreau still save it?
- Episode: (2023)2022–TV EpisodeWhen Disney decided to drop John Lasseter over allegedly hugging too much (yeah right), they may have thought that would be the end of the legendary creative. But like a Phoenix, Lasseter is rising with the behemoth known as Apple. Now, Lasseter and Apple may be preparing to take a direct shot at Disney... even going to so far as an Apple-first box office release. From a source, we have first impressions of the movie in production, "Spellbound," along with whether or not Disney and Pixar should be very afraid.

The Little Mermaid Trailer Disaster - Ratioed - Disney Creates Unnecessary Conflict with Major Costs
2022–TV EpisodeWhere healing could happen and box office success could bloom, Disney is determined to steal victory away and replace it with defeat. The Little Mermaid trailer debuted at The Oscars, and now downvotes are pouring into YouTube. Maybe the film could still manage to do well with unknowing families... but the question s whether or not Disney can manage public relations long enough to make it happen. Or does the pattern continue where Disney creates a social conflict that didn't need to exist, only to then call people names and watch as profits evaporate? - Episode: (2023)2022–TV EpisodeAmidst rumors of even more job cuts coming for The Walt Disney Company, Lucasfilm may have a crisis on their hands. According to Samba TV, and using prior stats along with a bit of investigative work, it looks like The Mandalorian Season Three debut is worse than the industry has even yet recognized. Did half the audience decide they're out? And if that's the case, why did it happen? We turn to experts @ValliantRenegade and @lornconner9030 to help us understand what is going on... both from the financial side and from the fan / Star Wars community aspect. PLUS we'll be covering the latest episode for The Mandalorian which could be CATASTROPHIC for maintaining an audience. That will be tomorrow morning's video right here on the @WDW_Pro channel.

Disney & Marvel BLAST Reddit Leaks with Legal Action: Is It the Wrong Move as Willow and More Fail?!
2022–TV Episode - Episode: (2023)2022–TV EpisodeA peculiar piece of the lawsuit puzzle regarding Lucasfilm and Karyn McCarthy may hold the key to what is going on with the former Acolyte employee. Did Disney compensate a leading lady in Hollywood and therefore signal that she was, indeed, an employee with some form of contractual agreement? And did that compensation come about from a place of vindictiveness?

Lucasfilm and Star Wars Are Dying: The Mandalorian Is Failing, Willow Cancelled, Movies No Time Soon
2022–TV EpisodeIt's time to say it out loud. Up until now, there was ever-closing hope that Star Wars could be redeemed and that Lucasfilm could make a turnaround. But with The Mandalorian losing half its audience, the third episode affirming the sequel trilogy, a major lawsuit filed, Willow cancelled, and no movies realistically on track in the near future, we have surely reached bottom. Sure, Lucasfilm could somehow make Star Wars worse, but the audience has so largely left, and the apathy is so great, that it might not matter. Only a complete restructuring of the studio can resolve this rot now. - Episode: (2023)2022–TV EpisodeAfter the latest episode of The Mandalorian, many are scratching their heads about why we spent a huge chunk of screen time with random scientists. Why is a side quest with new, boring characters so important? What's up with the focus on DNA strands? But @lornconner9030 has some key insights, including hidden audio cues that give away where all of this is likely going. And if you thought Disney was smart enough to leave the sequel trilogy alone, let The Mandalorian stand on its own... think again.
- Episode: (2023)2022–TV EpisodeOnce again, Hollywood celebrities, musicians, writers and more are piling onto fans, consumers and society in general. Their sin? Disliking a children's movie trailer about a half girl - half fish person. But all of it is a giant setup, a trap, an attempt to use ethnicity as a virtuous shield in order to deflect from subpar content. We'll break it all down and show you evidence that The Little Mermaid is not all that popular at the moment.
- Episode: (2023)2022–TV EpisodeThe woman largely seen as the architect of the diversity push at Marvel for both the MCU and merchandising is gone. In a shocking twist Monday, multiple trade publications announced that Victoria Alonso had exited The Walt Disney Company. Many believe it is a result of the declining audience numbers for Marvel in theaters, Quantumania having been the ultimate embarrassment for all.
- Episode: (2023)2022–TV EpisodeNever has Star Wars felt more abandoned. Taika Waititi is gone. Lindelof has left. Daisey Ridley and Rey seem up in the air. There's no more Luke to pull the Mandalorian ratings along. Audiences were out before Andor. Now we're beyond the train wreck phase, the dumpster fire phase, and it's just a slow and steady apathy that has set in. Fans are gone, but losing the last movie they had in development (even if they say otherwise) has to be in the final icing on a Kathleen Kennedy career at Lucasfilm that has gone everywhere but good.
- Episode: (2023)2022–TV EpisodePrior reporting on this channel was that sources had confirmed John Lasseter and SkyDance Animation were being backed by Apple for a box office entry directly competing with Disney. Now, Pixar and Disney Animation may have even more to fear. Apple isn't just getting into the game... they're bringing a billion dollar commitment in year one.
