While defending the planet, the Flashman have also taken the opportunity to find each of their own birth parents but eventually they will soon learn that they could not be able to live on Earth for more than a year due to their bodies being adapted from a different solar system. Know as the Anti-Flash Phenomenon, they will die if they spend exactly one year on Earth, so the Flashman must defeat the Mess Empire or watch the demise of their planet in a short amount of time.
- The Dark Science Empire Desdark launches its scheme for world conquest from their Destopia Castle in Germany. Dr. Hideki Hongo, founder of the Future Science Laboratory, is saved from one of their attacks by world class explorer Kenichi Akama. Using his Computer Boys and Girls, Hongo recruits five people, including Kenichi, to form the Dai Sentai Goggle-V (Goggle 5), the only force capable of stopping Desdark.
