Along with never-before-seen archival materials, this documentary will reveal how Barkan decided to beat the system in his own way. After his first movie roles, he switched genres like a chameleon, starring in the "Borekas movies", the controversial candied camera films and melodramas. The first is an inept wedding photographer, the other is a lame soundman, and neither one with real experience. So the trio is on to make "Star Trek" - interviews with celebrities at their own homes. In each segment they'll somehow manage to ruin either the production, or their relationship with the interviewee (and usually both).
