- DirectorBebe KaminStarsGustavo BelattiGabriel RovitoLeandro RegúnagaBased on the lives of four boys, all of different social classes and psychological makeup, this film tries to reflect through them the political history of Argentina during the years leading up to the Falklands War.Fue la película Argentina emblemática sobre la guerra.
- DirectorTristán BauerStarsGastón PaulsPablo RibbaCésar AlbarracínThe suicide of an old soldier buddy brings up some old memories for an Argentinian man.
- DirectorShane MeadowsStarsThomas TurgooseStephen GrahamJo HartleyA young boy becomes friends with a gang of skinheads. Friends soon become like family, and relationships will be pushed to the very limit.

- DirectorSebastián BorenszteinStarsRicardo DarínIgnacio HuangCarolina HsuA well-ordered hardware store owner in Buenos Aires will see his life turn upside down when he helps a stranded Chinese man who doesn't speak a word of Spanish find his uncle in the bustling city.

- DirectorJavier OliveraStarsValentina BassiRoly SerranoAlejandro AwadaPedro (Julio Chávez), ex-combatant of the Falklands War, can not forget those days when he was in the trenches, nor can he forget Raúl, his fighting companion, who remained forever in that desolate place of nightmare.
- DirectorStuart UrbanStarsIan RichardsonRosemary LeachIan McNeiceRoyal Marines defend Government House from Argentine invaders during the events that triggered the Falklands War.

- DirectorJulio CardosoStarsPiero AnselmiNicolás GuixMarcos CastilloAfter the military conflict, 649 fallen Argentines in the Malvinas War, who just were alone with their pain and prevented from approaching the grave of their loved ones, either because their bodies were in the Cemetery of Darwin, in Malvinas, or because they disappeared without being identified.
- DirectorEliseo SubielaStarsDarío GrandinettiMariana AriasOscar MartínezIt is the fantastic story of a couple that has the chance to live for centuries loving one another because of various reincarnations.

They go out for drinks, then dinner, then to the see the King penguins and a 1982 battlefield. Back home, editing his Dogma 95 film, he receives a final message from Camila.
- DirectorRamiro LongoStarsSergio DelgadoRamiro LongoLeonel Pazos ScioliThe Falklands/Malvinas War has proved a powerful motif in contemporary Argentine film-making and Ramiro Longo's new documentary offers a unique take on the conflict and its pervasive legacy. While Argentina suffered 649 casualties during the War, subsequently over 350 ex-servicemen have committed suicide while attempting to come to terms with civilian life in the aftermath of the 1982 defeat. Longo's film is structured around an extended interview with War veteran Sergio Delgado who provides a moving testimony on the conflict and the ways in which it has subsequently haunted his life and aspirations. As much an insider's view of the conflict as a tale of the legacy of trauma, Not Really Ours offers a reflection on memory, fear and the shaping of a nation's psyche. Longo's deft editing juxtaposes telling footage alongside Delgado's story. The result is both a moving tapestry of war and its scars and a telling reflection on the ways in which official history is constructed.

- Malvinas - The Intimate War On April 2, 1982 nearly five thousand Argentinean soldiers set foot on the Malvinas Islands, claiming sovereignty, and setting forth an armed conflict against Great Britain. The Military Junta planned the invasion of the archipelago at a time when the population's discontent was increasing as a result of a deteriorating economy and violations of human rights. Three months later, the end of the war would bring forth the fall of the military dictatorship and the beginning of a nightmare for the ex combatants doomed to live in oblivion. Six hundred soldiers died in the battlefield, but more than three hundred fifty decided to put an end to their lives once they returned to their country. Malvinas, the intimate war is a documentary which reviews the facts through the eyes and descriptions of the survivors. A return to the experiences of the real protagonists of the war, capturing the human face of each story. Through the narrations of friends and relatives, documentation, photographs, recreations and resources taken from the actual places of battle, we reconstruct the lives of those that were called to be a part of Argentina's martial history.
- DirectorMaría del Sol Ortolochipi
- DirectorPeter KosminskyStarsPhilip TibenhamPeter CarringtonDavid GompertThe Falklands War was a battle between Argentine and UK when the South American nation decided to claim their island back (for them, it was called the Malvinas Island) after British establishment there in 1833. The conflict was of huge importance for both parties and claimed hundreds of lives even though it could easily be avoided. With rarely seen images from the battles and interviews from both sides, military personnel who was in the battleground and politicians, this documentary reveal a wider scope to what The Falklands War really was.
- DirectorMichael SamuelsStarsPatricia HodgeJames FoxJohn StandingOn April 2, 1982, Britain went to war to regain the Falkland Islands. This movie is a gripping account of how Prime Minister Rt Hon Margaret Thatcher MP's government handled the biggest crisis in British foreign affairs since the Suez Canal. It tells the story of how Argentina, an ally of the British, fought the Conservative government and invaded the Falklands. This play charts the backroom maneuverings between Thatcher's government and the military, between the British and the Americans, and the Americans and the Argentinians that led to a breakdown in diplomacy, to war, and to Britain's eventual victory.

- DirectorMichael BeckhamStarsMark HallileyA history of the 1982 British campaign to retake the Falkland Islands from Argentina.
- DirectorClive MyerTwenty-six years after the Falklands War, television and radio continues to output programmes that imbue and renew the British psyche with an awareness regarding a small and final outpost of the British empire that was more-or-less unknown prior to the clash of the political and ideological needs of two distant nations in 1982. Song of the Falklands purposefully identifies paradox. It detects a desire for modernity in a society that has incorporated and indeed used a sense of its own pre-modern collective consciousness to appropriate the outside gaze into its own makeup. The Falkland Islanders deliberately define themselves as 'other' by what they are not. They are not Argentinian. Although their desire was to remain British they actually want to be 'Falklandish'. The film subverts the reliability of this awareness by using aspects of the signs themselves, the residues of images and sounds of the iconographic 'evidence' used to define the meaning, space, place and time of the islands, in such a way as to unsettle historical determinism. Falkland society is recognised as being interdependent with the native wildlife 'society' whose land the people occupy.

- DirectorIan DuncanStarsDavid Bark-JonesSteve ChaplinRobert LoweThe story of the HMS Coventry, which was bombed during the Falklands conflict and sunk in a mere 20 minutes. On 2nd April 1982 Argentinean troops invaded the Falkland Islands. The HMS Coventry, a key warship in the British fleet was sent to join the conflict. Despite knowing the odds were against them, they were a successful and confident crew under a trusted leader - Captain Hart Dyke. As other ships were targeted around them, the Coventry felt invincible. But their luck was about to run out. At the height of the conflict, Coventry was sent on a suicide mission to deliberately act as bait for enemy bomber-fighters. Obligingly, on May 25th the Argentineans sent waves of Skyhawks armed with British made bombs to take out the British destroyer. At first Coventry had the upper hand, claiming three kills with her Sea Dart missiles, but just as Captain Hart-Dyke thought he had weathered the storm, the Argentineans launched one last attack... Three bombs hit the Coventry, killing 19 men and leaving many of the crew injured. Within 20 minutes the ship had capsized. The survivors evacuated in darkness, through choking black smoke and buckled ladders and finally had to jump overboard into the freezing South Atlantic. This film uses his testimony, together with some of his ship's company in a combination of interviews, dramatic reconstructions and archive, allowing us to witness the unfolding war through their eyes.
