Stunning Stunt Women of Hollywood!
This is a simplest way to give a little tribute to all those amazing women for their undeniable daring efforts to making a scene in the movie or an entire film so special for us. I'm not an expert on their field of works but just a fan who is trying to show some respect.
As far I noticed, there is only 1 or 2 similar list is available on IMDB & very few on the web. So the 'nerds & experts' who thinks this list is ridiculous or funny, I'm suggesting & requesting you to go, spend your time & make a better one than this as long as you care so much.
Please keep the recommendations coming. I've already changed the listing several times based on the recs as I'm trying to add all the deserving ones chosen by the fans or 'experts'.
Btw, regretfully I'm excluding those who still haven't add any picture to their IMDB profile; No pic...No entry! But please recommend/suggest the names that you felt should be added on the list.
[There is no particular order; added & ranked them randomly]
Keep up the good work, ladies! We love you all. Thank You:)

Bell was injured in the final days of filming, requiring surgery, but she has since recovered and returned to work. Bell appeared along with legendary stunt woman Jeannie Epper in Amanda Micheli's acclaimed documentary Double Dare (2004), which offers a glimpse at the lives and careers of both women, as well as the friendship they share.
Bell debuted her acting career, with her already famous stunt skills, in the double feature Grindhouse (2007) written by Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez. She was hand-picked, by Tarentino himself, to star in his segment of the double feature, Death Proof (2007), about four women working in the film industry that are stalked by a murderer in his Death Proof car.

Debbie Evans Stuntwoman
Debbie Evans is considered one of Hollywood's top stunt women. The writing was on the wall from the age of six when she started riding motorcycles in her hometown of Lakewood, California. By the age of nine she started competing in the sport of motorcycle trials. By 1976, she became the first woman to reach the rank of expert, successfully competing against the men. She was considered the best female observed trials rider in the United States, earning factory-backed sponsorship from Yamaha.
Her entertainment roots began with halftime shows at various stadium events, which included her famous headstand on the seat of a balancing motorcycle. Not one to shy away from the challenge of a male-dominated field, she accepted the offer to do a motorcycle jump over a 30-foot ravine for the movie Deathsport. This job would be the beginning a stunt career that would span decades, and garner her accolades and awards for future work to come. Shortly after her path started, things exploded for Debbie when she tied for second overall in the 1978 CBS Stunt Competition as the only female competitor, and won first place in the car race, beating out all of the top male stunt drivers. She has since been featured in Reader's Digest, Glamour Magazine, Cycle World, Dirt Bike, and on ESPN, The Montel Williams Show, Women's Entertainment Television, and Entertainment Tonight, just to name a few.
Debbie honed all aspects of her physical ability, performing just about every stunt there is, but never steering too far from her first love...motorcycles and cars! In 2002, Debbie won two Taurus World Stunt Awards for doubling Michelle Rodriguez in The Fast and the Furious, and has continued with the franchise, and actress, in the subsequent films. Debbie has won 7 Taurus World Stunts Awards, one of the highest acknowledgements in her industry. Dailyn was born in Detroit, Michigan. Growing up in a large family, she started downhill skiing at a young age and attended an all-girls high school. This is where the shy, gawky teenager found her inner performer. Performances in the high school productions led to pageants, where she was crowned Miss Metro National Teen-Ager and subsequently Miss Michigan National Teen-Ager. After attending Michigan State University for two years, she ran off to Hollywood. Years of chasing an acting career brought little success. A little detour into the production side of things, she UPM'd (unit production manager) for the likes of Zack Snyder and David Fincher. During the seven year stint on the other side of the camera, she even hung out in edit bays with Gore Verbinski. Valuable knowledge was gained whilst filling in any position on the crew on various productions. It was akin to being a fly on the wall. After leaving a volatile marriage with a small child in tow, Dailyn needed to reassess her life. Needing a way to provide for her child, all the while being present in her life, she thought about her assets and passions. Athletic and crazy, with a love for the entertainment business, she ventured into the stunt world. She was wildly discouraged, for the nepotism runs deep in that community but she was fiercely determined to make her mark. Almost 18 years of getting punched, thrown, shot, beat, axed, you name it ~ and she still gets butterflies when that phone rings for the next job. Dailyn has doubled so many women that you may have never heard of and some that you have, such as Heather Graham and Katherine Heigl. She says she has that "one-of-a-kind face" that makes her the perfect stunt double. After a lifetime in Los Angeles, she has recently made Atlanta, Georgia her new home.- Stunts

Jasi Lanier took an unconventional route into the stunt industry. After graduating from University of South Carolina in Media Arts, she modeled, acted in horror movies and performed as a fire-eater to pay off her student loans. After shooting a movie in New Jersey, she fell in love with her co-star Joseph Anthony and decided to movie up north to study Meisner Technique with Glen Vincent and ShotoKan Karate. She continued to study acting in NYC with Olinda Turturro and Enzo Carolina performing in many indie films, including The Resurrection Game, Nikos, B-Movie, and Fifth City. Through a chance meeting at Pittsburgh Comicon she met artists Dave Nestler and Dorian Cleavenger. She approached them to do an interview for a magazine. After the interviews, they both asked her to pose for them. That meeting led to the beginning of her career as an art model for comics, fantasy, pinup art, and romance novels. She was most notably was Joe Jusko's Tomb Raider model for Top Cow comics for several years and featured on the cover of Heavy Metal Magazine in August 2003 and Heavy Metal Calendars by Greg Hildebrandt in 2005/2006. She has modeled for over 300 paintings thus far. Though she loved modeling and acting in B- horror movies, Jasi felt something was missing. Upon closer examination she came to realize that her true passion was to become a stuntwoman. Inspired by her Uncle Dusty who performed in live stunt shows in the 60s/70s and several articles about stuntwomen in the magazine Femme Fatales, Jasi set out to become a stuntwoman. She worked a few years dabbling in stunts in independent movies and industrials. In June of 2005, with the blessing of her family and friends made the big move to Los Angeles. At first she was overwhelmed by the city, but quickly embraced all that the Los Angeles had to offer. She did background work and got her SAG card being featured on 2 1/2 Men. Jasi then joined a stunt service and started training at the famed Bob Yerkes backyard in the art of high falls, fights, swords and reactions. She got her first opportunity there by Stuntman/ Stunt Coordinator John Moio who saw her sword fighting. He recommended her for a job on the show iCarly doubling a 14-year boy for stunt coordinator, Vince Deadrick Jr. She had all weekend to practice sword-fighting left handed for an audition on Monday. With the help of her friend, and stuntman, Mario Perez, she trained all weekend, day and night, for her audition. On Monday, she showed up and she booked the job on the iFence episode of iCarly doubling actor Nathan Kress She continues to work on iCarly now doubling actress, Jennette McCurdy for the past 4 years. Jasi continued to train and booked a few jobs while also supplementing her income as a set decorator. In 2010, she decided to commit to stunts full time and it paid off. Jasi has worked on shows such as Alice in Wonderland, Castle, Raising Hope, Vampire Diaries, and Criminal Minds. While continuing to work in stunts, Jasi is making a resurgence to acting appearing recently in the short film Broken and being featured on all female "Jack Ass" style stunt show called Cherry Bombs affectionately known as Firecracker. This fall, she will again be modeling for artists such as Mike James, Greg Hildebrandt, Guy Powers, Age and Lorenzo Sperlonga. Her love for stunts has driven her to serve her community. She has volunteered and served as a department head for Stuntacular, a live Halloween stunt show that is a fundraiser for Make a Wish. Jasi is served as an assistant board member for Diamond in the Raw/ Stuntwomen's Awards and secretary for the Stuntwomen's Foundation. She continues to train Kung fu and will be testing black sash in 2012, weapons, swords, acrobatics, boxing, and stunts. She is a certified PADI Rescue Diver and is adding stilt walking and fire staff to her skills set. Jasi enjoys roller-skating, tai chi, hula hooping, rock climbing, rappelling, and hiking in her free time. Her life philosophy comes from her father who taught her to collect experiences.- Stunts

Robin Bonaccorsi was born doing sports, riding mini bikes and fell in love with cars while her brother and father were always wrenching under the hood of one. She continued her childhood love of soccer into college. After graduating from SDSU and wanting to avoid the "real world" she went to work at Club Med in Haiti and stumbled upon a film set. That is where the love affair with the film business started.
She worked for a film producer for free while waiting tables at night. Working almost every position on the crew until she found her glass slipper ... the stunt department. The perfect blend of her sports and her love of the film business.
Since the moment the light bulb went off, she has been working as a professional stunt performer and stunt driver.
The continual gift of challenging yourself physically and mentally are the things that keeps her coming back for more. The people that she works with have an unspoken world of "trust". They have each other's lives in their hands. Stunt performers do not need any corporate "trust" retreats, they give it up to coworkers every job.
The fellow stunt performers and crew members that make up this business along with the creativity and problem solving needed to accomplish the stunts are truly what makes this job special.
Over the years she has been lucky enough to experience fire burns, stunt car driving, ground pounding, more ground pounding, fights, sports, action acting and so much more.
She is very grateful she was able to follow her passion in life.- Stunts

Marneen was also a multi-musician playing keyboard, string bass, and clarinet in her elementary school band. She started doing handstands and back-bends those years and the neighborhood kids would line the block following her, counting to see how far she could walk on her hands.
She was awarded Athlete of the Year in 9th grade (beating out all the boys), for obtaining the highest scores on the President's Physical Fitness Tests at Sinaloa Jr. High School in Simi Valley, California. At sixteen years old Marneen created and opened the first Simi Valley Parks and Recreations program in gymnastics for children and adults of all ages including handicapped children of all types, mentally challenged, deaf and blind. In 1972 she won Most Talented Cheerleader out of all the cheerleaders at the Southern California Cheerleader Camp in Santa Barbara, California. That same year she lost all the hearing in her left ear due to a throat infection that left her severely hearing impaired. The infection destroyed 80% of her hearing nerves in the left ear just missing her equilibrium nerves and making her legally half deaf. Had the infection hit Marneen's equilibrium nerves she would not have gone on to achieve what she achieved in her early career in gymnastics and stunts. Marneen continued to coach gymnastics throughout college and during her early career as a stunt woman.
In 1973 Marneen Fields graduated Royal High School in Simi Valley, California with a major honor. She was one of three women in the United States awarded a full-ride athletic scholarship in gymnastics to Utah State University in Logan, Utah where she also minored in theater arts and dance. In the early 70s, It was rare for women to be awarded athletic scholarships in gymnastics, they didn't give them to women back then. At USU Marneen was the number one gymnast for the college competing at the national intercollegiate class one advance all-around level due to her ability to perform moves similar to Olympic Gold Medalist Olga Korbut. She was ranked third in the entire state of Utah, third on floor exercise and fifth on balance beam.
During the summer of 1976, she was home from college in Ventura, California recovering from an ankle reconstruction surgery when she was discovered by legendary stuntman Paul Stader (Cary Grant's double). Paul recognized the champion gymnastic talent in Marneen and recruited her to join his famous film and TV stunt school to become a Hollywood stunt woman. By December 1976 Marneen landed her first acting role being cast by Eddie Foy III as one of the mischievous schoolmates in the MOW "The Spell," and she also landed the stunt job performing the backward high fall from the top of the hanging rope in the gymnasium. By 1977 she was a regular stunt performer on the hit TV series, "The Man from Atlantis." On the series, Marneen performed risky high dives, including a dive out of a helicopter into a swimming pool to resuscitate a dying Patrick Duffy. That year she became the first woman photographed doing the famous Man from Atlantis swim at the bottom of the ocean floor. But, it wasn't until the summer of 1977 when she appeared opposite Clint Eastwood in "The Gauntlet," and she performed the highly dangerous backward jump with a half twist off the moving train into only some sand that she launched to the top of stunt world. For fifteen years, Marneen appeared on TV shows and movie screens around the world performing many more dangerous high falls on MOWs like, "Goliath Awaits" and "Death Ray 2000"; high dives on "Man from Atlantis"; feet first jumps out of airplanes on "The Rockford Files," and off tall buildings on "Quincy"; fight scenes on "Wonder Woman" and "The Return of Mike Hammer"; underwater scuba work on "Project UFO"; and fire scenes on "The Runner Stumbles." By 1985 Marneen had been coined Hollywood's Original Fall Girl and awarded a Fall Girl license plate by J.P. Bill Catching and the Stuntman's Association. Marneen tackled more dangerous stunt jobs as she got cast in many stunt acting roles performing her own stunts along with straight acting roles on prime time TV shows and in feature films.
Wikipedia lists Marneen Fields as one of the prominent stunt women and stunt actresses of the 1970s and 1980s. During those years, the world saw her versatility as an actress, and great gymnastic talent as a stunt woman, step into the shoes of 100 of the world's most famous actresses to perform death-defying feats for them, and for herself when cast in a role that required a stunt. Some of the film and TV shows she's appeared in and the actresses she did stunts for are: Jane Seymour "Battlestar Galactica," Priscilla Presley "The Fall Guy," Shirley Jones "Beyond the Poseidon Adventure," Michelle Phillips "The Man with Bogart's Face," Morgan Fairchild "Time Express," Belinda Montgomery "The Man from Atlantis," Mary Crosby "Dynasty," Samantha Doane "The Gauntlet," Linda Purl "Matlock," Natasha Richardson "Patty Hearst," Karen Black "Police Story: Confessions of a Lady Cop," Linda Hamilton "Murder She Wrote," Melanie Griffith "She's in the Army Now," Tovah Feldshuh "Terror out of the Sky," Dee Wallace "The Howling," Kim Cattrall "The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries," Barbara Hershey "From Here to Eternity," Heather Menzies "Logan's Run," and many more.
By 1978 Marneen had become somewhat of an Angelina Jolie, in smaller roles, but never the less, performing her own stunts when landing acting roles. She kept her stunt woman day job as her career transformed from stunt woman to stunt actress to respected character actress. She got cast in more stunt actress jobs by famous directors like Stanley Kramer "The Runner Stumbles," Irwin Allen "The Swarm," Peter Medak "Otherworld," and James Fargo "Scarecrow and Mrs. King" to name a few. She got cast as an actress and stunt-actress to work opposite in scenes with A-List actors like Clint Eastwood "The Gauntlet," Dick Van Dyke "The Runner Stumbles," Jeff Goldblum "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow," Bruce Boxleitner "Scarecrow and Mrs. King," Fred MacMurray and Olivia DE Havilland "The Swarm," George Kennedy "Airport 79 - The Concord," Mary Waronov and Marjoe Gortner "Hellhole," and others. From 1979-1985 Marneen received professional training as an actress by celebrity acting coaches, Jeff Corey "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid," and Victor French son-in-law to the great Lee J. Cobb and co-star on two Emmy winning series with Michael Landon, "Little House on the Prairie" and "Highway to Heaven." It was during those years that Marneen set new goals to become a famous actress one day as she also appeared in fifteen theatrical productions throughout the Los Angeles area.
Marneen's dreams to become a famous actress finally started to come true by the mid-80s when she became the first woman to come from the pure stunt arena to land the large co-star role in the Arkoff International Production of "Hellhole" as the religious insanity victim who receives the chemical lobotomy in highly dramatic scenes opposite Mary Woronov and Marjoe Gortner. During the filming director, Pierre DeMoro was quoted saying, "Marneen Fields displays a Sissy Spacek star quality." By 1988 Marneen Fields received significant industry recognition as an actress when she found herself featured on the coveted page three of "Star Magazine" in an article titled, "Clint Eastwood's Hug Changed My Life: Shapely Stunt Gal is Now an Actress." The article displayed a sexy glamour photo of Marneen taken by celebrity photographer Alan Houghton (Sophia Loren, Natalie Wood, and Kim Basinger). During the photo-shoot, Alan told Marneen she was the most versatile actress he had ever photographed.
Cut to, a wicked twist of fate involving a near-fatal car accident that derailed Marneen's blossoming acting career and ended her stunt and stunt acting careers. Marneen's personal life ironically imitating her creative life of surviving disasters on screen. With years lost to recovery from the crash that required a series of life-threatening abdominal operations, along with a diagnosis of third stage melanoma and losing part of her right thigh to the disease. Marneen spent the next decade not fighting Freddy Krueger as she did in "A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge," but fighting for her life while enduring heights of continual excruciating pain. For a decade, Marneen never thought she would return to doing normal everyday tasks like hanging laundry, let alone ever get on her feet again to perform. After fifteen years of extremely stressful career demands performing dangerous falls onto her spinal column doing stunt work, combined with the near-fatal car crash, and numerous pelvic operations, these tragedies would leave Marneen having to live and deal with significant Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for the rest of her life.
By channeling a resilience and a faith that has defined Marneen's life so far, she fought through the pain and faced all the world could throw at her by learning to roll with the punches. In the end she would emerge from this lonely tunnel of horrors spiritually heartbroken, physically shattered, and emotionally devastated. Eventually, she found the courage to summon her enormous reserves of strength and find a new belief in triumphantly reinventing herself. Today she continues to act and has become a potent force both in the public spotlight as an award-winning pop-blues-soft rock singer, and behind the scenes as a scriptwriter, ASCAP composer, producer, director, and an author. Healed by music and reaching her childhood dreams to become a famous singer, Marneen has breathed new life, direction, and purpose into her career. Her rich, passionate, alto voice compared to the late Grammy Hall of Fame artist Whitney Houston, while her pop-rock compositions have been compared to acclaimed Grammy-winning songwriter Diane Warren.
2023 will see two books about Marneen's life and career publish, "Cartwheels & Halos: The True Marneen Lynne Fields Story" and "Rollin' with the Punches: An Examination of the Stunt and Acting Careers of Marneen Fields.
