His insurance plan - an article in the newspaper about the crash - won't help him, since Friday has persuaded the news hounds to withhold that item. Stuck, he puts them onto the drop site, and that leads them to the pick up men. If they can get the pick up men to talk, they might just cage the top dog.

The Five-O leader reminds Cardonus that Matsukino doesn't like to leave loose ends. After Cardonus is released, his car blows up. Cardonus, knowing that Matsukino wants him dead, goes to Five-O. McGarrett wants Cardonus to testify at the upcoming trial. The question is whether Five-O can keep Cardonus alive to make the court date.

But the Mexicans get him and take him to a prison where a Colonel Barbosa who is knows as Colonel Arsenic because he's skilled at making anyone talk. West and Gordon goes to see the man with Gordon disguised as the man's father. He talks to the man who will tell all but first wants to be brought back to the U.S. So West and Gordon plan an escape but the Colonel catches them.

When Goober reads about a well-educated man who lost millions when he became head of his company, he loses all confidence in himself.

With the bombs defused, Willy takes the warheads out of the vault. Briggs remains behind and uses the information Targo gathered earlier to get out during a fireworks distraction set off by Barney. Briggs and the rest of the team make a desperate race for safety and get onto a plane heading to safety seconds before the military can catch up to them.

The suitcase contains her pet rattlesnake, Henry. Donohoe is released when it is determined someone else is guilty and they drop him off at Union Station with a warning. They are called back to Union Station again to arrest a robbery suspect who fires at them. However, Donohue intervenes in the incident.
