Engaged on the big and small screen, he has always dedicated his energies to social commitment. The role played in Capitano Ultimo is the one he is most attached to. He supported Sergio De Caprio in the creation of a non-profit foundation and the Casa Famiglia Capitano Ultimo, in the Parco della Mistica, on the south-eastern outskirts of Rome, with the aim of defeating the culture of ethnic, religious, social or physical diversity by welcoming underprivileged minors who are given education and training that allows them to undertake honest work. He works alongside the Io Ci Sono association for the reconstruction of multifunctional centers in the areas of central Italy hit by the earthquake in 2016. In 2010, during the World Food Day ceremony, he was appointed FAO Good Will Ambassador. In 2005 he decided to research and produce stories in which he could express himself freely on an acting, creative and productive level, creating his own Film Production Company. He produces Sbirri, a docu-film on the world of police and drugs, which has enjoyed considerable success with audiences and critics both at the cinema and on TV. He presents the short film 15 Seconds in Brussels, against the death penalty, sponsored by the European Parliament, the Presidency of the Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Education. He co-produces Io, l'altro which talks about racism and preconceptions and how the way of seeing others has changed after September 11th. Alain Fabien Maurice Marcel Delon was born in Sceaux, Hauts-de-Seine, France, to Édith (Arnold) and Fabien Delon. His father was of French and Corsican Italian descent, and his mother was of French and German ancestry. His parents divorced early on, and Delon had a stormy childhood, being frequently expelled from school.
In 1953/1954 he served with the French Marines in Indochina. In the mid-'50s he worked at various odd jobs including waiter, salesman and porter in Les Halles market. He decided to try an acting career and in 1957 made his film debut in Yves Allégret's Quand la femme s'en mêle (1957). He declined an offer of a contract from producer David O. Selznick, and in 1960 he received international recognition for his role in Luchino Visconti's Rocco and His Brothers (1960). In 1961 he appeared on the stage in "'Tis a Pity She's a Whore", directed by Visconti, in Paris. In 1964 he formed his own production company, Delbeau Productions, and he produced a short film directed by Guy Gilles. In 1968 he found himself involved in murder, drug and sex scandal that indirectly implicated major politicians and show-business personalities, but he was eventually cleared of all charges. In the late 1960s he formed another company. Adel Film, and the next year he began producing features. In 1981 he directed his first film, To Kill a Cop (1981).
Delon was a sensation early in his career; he came to embody the young, energetic, often morally corrupted man. With his breathtaking good looks he was also destined to play tender lovers and romantic heroes, and he was a French embodiment of the type created in America by James Dean. His first outstanding success came with the role of the parasite Tom Ripley in 'Rene Clement''s sun-drenched thriller Purple Noon (1960). Delon presented a psychological portrait of a murderous young cynic who attempts to take on the identity of his victim. A totally different role was offered to him by Visconti in Rocco and His Brothers (1960). In this film Delon plays the devoted Rocco, who accepts the greatest sacrifices to save his shiftless brother Simon.
After several other films in Italy, Delon returned to the criminal genre with Jean Gabin in Any Number Can Win (1963). This work, a classic example of the genre, was distinguished not only by a soundly worked-out screenplay, but also by the careful production and the excellent performances of both Delon and Gabin. It was only in the late 1960s that the sleek and lethal Delon came to epitomize the calm, psychopathic hoodlum, staring into the camera like a cat assessing a mouse. His tough, ruthless side was first used to real effect by Jean-Pierre Melville in The Samurai (1967). In 1970 he had a huge success in the bloodstained Borsalino (1970)--which he also produced--playing a small-time gangster in the 1930s who, with Jean-Paul Belmondo, becomes king of the Marseilles underworld. Delon later won critical acclaim for his roles, against type, in Joseph Losey's Mr. Klein (1976) in which he played (brilliantly) the icily sinister title role, and the art-movie Swann in Love (1984). He has an older son Anthony Delon (who has also acted in a number of movies) from his first marriage to Nathalie Delon, and has a young son and daughter, Alain-Fabien and Anouchka with Rosalie.- Actor

Marcello Mastroianni was born in Fontana Liri, Italy in 1924, but soon his family moved to Turin and then Rome. During WW2 he was sent to a German prison camp, but he managed to escape and hide in Venice. He debuted in films as an extra in Marionette (1939), then started working for the Italian department of "Eagle Lion Films" in Rome and joined a drama club, where he was discovered by director Luchino Visconti. In 1957 Visconti gave him the starring part in his Fyodor Dostoevsky adaptation White Nights (1957) and in 1958 he was fine as a little thief in Mario Monicelli's comedy Big Deal on Madonna Street (1958). But his real breakthrough came in 1960, when Federico Fellini cast him as an attractive, weary-eyed journalist of the Rome jet-set in La Dolce Vita (1960); that film was the genesis of his "Latin lover" persona, which Mastroianni himself often denied by accepting parts of passive and sensitive men. He would again work with Fellini in several major films, like the exquisite 8½ (1963) (as a movie director who finds himself at a point of crisis) and the touching Ginger & Fred (1986) (as an old entertainer who appears in a TV show). He also appeared as a tired novelist with marital problems in Michelangelo Antonioni's La Notte (1961), as an impotent young man in Mauro Bolognini's Bell' Antonio (1960) , as an exiled prince in John Boorman's Leo the Last (1970), as a traitor in Paolo and Vittorio Taviani's Allonsanfan (1974) and as a sensitive homosexual in love with a housewife in Ettore Scola's A Special Day (1977). He was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor three times, for Divorce Italian Style (1961), A Special Day (1977), and Oci ciornie (1987). During the last decade of his life he worked with directors, like Theodoros Angelopoulos, Bertrand Blier and Raúl Ruiz, who gave him three excellent parts in Three Lives and Only One Death (1996). He died of pancreatic cancer in 1996.- Actor

Gaspard Ulliel's dream had always been to direct a movie, and after completing his studies at the lycée (French high school), he majored in cinema at the University of Saint-Denis, and began his acting career.
He was born in Paris, to Christine, a stylist and runway show producer, and Serge Ulliel, a fashion designer. One of his first professional performances came when he was twelve, in the TV film Une femme en blanc (1997). During the following years, Ulliel continued working on television and was cast in short films such as Alias (1999). He played a young shepherd who was injured by The Beast in Brotherhood of the Wolf (2001), and was then discovered by director Michel Blanc, who offered him a part in Summer Things (2002) which also starred veteran actress Charlotte Rampling. Ulliel then took summer stages at Les Cours Florent and was asked by director André Téchiné to star in Strayed (2003) as Emmanuelle Béart's over. His role as Manech opposite Audrey Tautou in A Very Long Engagement (2004) brought him to stardom. He was nominated thrice for Most Promising Male Newcomer at the César Awards (the equivalent of the Oscars in France) in 2003, 2004 and 2005; he won the last one. Ulliel's lead roles include The Last Day (2004), Jacquou le croquant (2007) and Hannibal Rising (2007), his first major English-language film.
He had a son with his former partner, model and singer Gaëlle Piétri, born in January 2016. They split up in 2020. Gaspard died on 19 January, 2022, in La Tronche, Isère, France, after a skiing accident.- Touted as a rebel, Duvauchelle seem to be one of the most promising young actors in France and Europe. While studying to become a pharmacy employee, he was discovered in a boxing club in Paris. After some auditions, he starred in Le petit voleur (1999), and many other films such as Snowboarder (2003), an action movie, and Trouble Every Day (2001) with 'Beatrice Dalle'. Thanks to his handsome appearance, he became a male-model, and starred in a TV ad for Levi's jeans, and became Hugo Boss perfume's supermodel. Nicolas was brought to stardom by Les corps impatients (2003) with Laura Smet. He confirmed his status of rebel actor playing in Lightweight (2004), a movie where he played a boxer.

Handsome, soulful-eyed, exotic-looking leading man Vincent Perez is known for his grand and glossy French pictures, exuding a sexy stare and irresistible charm that has swept Gallic women off their feet for over two decades.
Perez was born in Lausanne, Switzerland, to a German mother and a Spanish businessman father. From the classical theatre stage (Paris Conservatoire, L'Ecole des Amandiers) and in works ranging from Shakespeare to Chekhov, Perez became an instant romantic idol after pairing opposite slightly older femme stars Jacqueline Bisset in La maison de jade (1988) and Catherine Deneuve in the Oscar-winning film Indochine (1992). His true cinematic breakthrough, however, came as the callow, vacuous lover "Christian" opposite Gérard Depardieu's Cyrano de Bergerac (1990). The film is considered these days the definitive version of the Edmond Rostand classic.
With this phenomenal European success, the lithe, moody heartthrob branched out internationally, finally making his American film debut in The Crow: City of Angels (1996), taking over the vengeful title role from the late Brandon Lee who was accidentally killed in the original. The sequel proved lackluster and the U.S. has since been surprisingly and sadly unresponsive. This may be in part due to his subsequent American movies, which have included the passionless I Dreamed of Africa (2000), Bride of the Wind (2001) and Queen of the Damned (2002) with the late musical star Aaliyah.
Continuing into the millennium, Perez has remained an overseas art-house favorite and has graced scores of international films including the title role in the romantic French adventure Fanfan (2003); the Italian drama La felicità non costa niente (2003); the French/Swiss comedy co-production Welcome to Switzerland (2004); the Swedish action drama Arn: The Knight Templar (2007); the French dramas Tomorrow at Dawn (2009), Monsieur Papa (2011), A Butterfly Kiss (2011) and Kto porwal bociany? (2011); the Irish drama The Price of Desire (2015); the Australian romantic dramedy Ladies in Black (2018); and the U.S. action adventure The Aeronauts (2019).
Perez has been married to model/actress Karine Silla since 1998 and they have three children, including one set of twins). Sylla also has a child by Perez's ex-co-star Gérard Depardieu.- Actor

Smiling, talented, eclectic actor Samuel Le Bihan seems to be one of the most popular actors in France and Europe. He acceded to stardom thanks to movies like Brotherhood of the Wolf (2001), Jet Set (2000), Shooting Stars (2002) ('Shooting Stars'), The Code (2002) ('The Code') and He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not (2002), but Samuel also showed his ability to play deeper roles in less commercial movies like Peau neuve (1999) ('New Dawn'), Le cousin (1997) ('The Cousin'), Captain Conan (1996) ('Captain Conan'), Venus Beauty Institute (1999) ('Venus Beauty Institute') and Fureur (2003) ('Rage'). After having played with Samy Naceri, Vincent Cassel and Monica Bellucci, and twice alongside Audrey Tautou, Le Bihan is now aspiring to international stardom by playing alongside Robert De Niro and Harvey Keitel.- Actor

Colin Farrell is one of Ireland's biggest stars in Hollywood and abroad. His film presence has been filled with memorable roles that range from an inwardly tortured hit man, to an adventurous explorer, a determined-but-failing writer, and the greatest military leader in history.
Farrell was born on May 31, 1976 in Castleknock, Dublin, Ireland to Rita (Monaghan) and Eamon Farrell. His father and uncle were both professional athletes, and briefly it looked like Farrell would follow in their footsteps. Farrell auditioned for a part in the Irish boy band Boyzone, unsuccessfully. After dropping out of the Gaiety School of Acting, Farrell was cast in Ballykissangel (1996), a BBC television drama. "Ballykissangel" was not his first onscreen role. Farrell had previously been in The War Zone (1999), directed by Tim Roth and had appeared in the independent film Drinking Crude (1997). Farrell was soon to move on to bigger things.
Exchanging his thick Dublin accent for a light Texas drawl, Farrell acted in the gritty Tigerland (2000), directed by Joel Schumacher. Starring Farrell among a number of other budding young actors, the film portrays a group of new recruits being trained for the war in Vietnam. Farrell played the arrogant soldier Boz, drafted into the army and completely spiteful of authority. The film was praised by critics but made little money at the box office. It was Farrell's first big role on film, and certainly not his last. Farrell followed up with American Outlaws (2001), where he played the notorious outlaw Jesse James with Scott Caan, son of legendary actor James Caan, in the role of Cole Younger. The film was a box-office flop and a critical failure. Immediately, Farrell returned to the war drama film that had made him famous. Co-starring in the war film Hart's War (2002) opposite Bruce Willis, Farrell played the young officer captured by the enemy. The film was another failure. Farrell struck gold when he was cast in the Steven Spielberg film Minority Report (2002) that same year. Set in a futuristic time period, Farrell played the character Danny Witwer, a young member of the Justice Department who is sent after Tom Cruise's character. The film was a smash hit, and praised by critics.
Farrell continued this success when he reunited with Joel Schumacher on the successful thriller Phone Booth (2002). Farrell played the role of the victim who is harassed by an unseen killer (Kiefer Sutherland) and is made to reveal his sins to the public. 2003 was a big year for Farrell. He starred in the crime thriller The Recruit (2003) as a young CIA man mentored by an older CIA veteran (Al Pacino). Pacino later stated that Farrell was the best actor of his generation. Farrell certainly continued to be busy that year with Daredevil (2003), which actually allowed him to keep his thick Irish accent. The film was another success for Farrell, as was the crime film S.W.A.T. (2003) where Farrell starred opposite Samuel L. Jackson and LL Cool J. Farrell also acted in the Irish black comedy film Intermission (2003) and appeared another Irish film Veronica Guerin (2003) which reunited him with Joel Schumacher once again. The following year, Farrell acted in what is his most infamous film role yet: the title role in the mighty Oliver Stone film epic Alexander (2004), which is a character study of Alexander the Great as he travels across new worlds and conquers all the known world before him. Farrell donned a blond wig and retained his Irish accent, and gave a fine performance as Alexander. However, both he and the film were criticized. Despite being one of the highest grossing films internationally and doing a good job at the DVD sales, Farrell did not come out of the experience without a few hurts. Farrell attempted to rebound with his historical film The New World (2005). Reuniting with "Alexander" star Christopher Plummer, and also acting with Christian Bale, Farrell played the brave explorer John Smith, who would make first contacts with the Native peoples. The film did not do well at the box office, though critics praised the film's stunning appearance and cinematography.
Farrell returned to act in Michael Mann's film Miami Vice (2006) alongside Jamie Foxx. The film was a film adaptation of the famous television series, and did reasonably well at the box office. Farrell also acted in Ask the Dust (2006) with Salma Hayek and Donald Sutherland, though the film did not receive much distribution. The next year, Farrell acted alongside Ewan McGregor in the Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream (2007) which received mixed reviews from critics. Farrell followed up with the hilarious black comedy In Bruges (2008). Written and directed by Irish theatre director Martin McDonagh, the film stars Farrell and Brendan Gleeson as two Irish hit men whose latest assignment went wrong, leaving them to hide out in Bruges, Belgium. The film has been one of Farrell's most praised work, and he was nominated for a Golden Globe. As well as In Bruges (2008), Farrell acted alongside Edward Norton in the crime film Pride and Glory (2008) which was not as successful as the former film. As well as working with charity, and speaking at the Special Olympics World Games in 2007, he has donated his salary for Terry Gilliam's The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus (2009) to Heath Ledger's little daughter (who was left nothing in a will that had not been updated in time). Ledger had originally been cast in the film and was replaced by Farrell, Johnny Depp and Jude Law. The film was a critical and financial success, and Farrell also played a small role in Crazy Heart (2009) which had the Dubliner playing a country singer. Farrell even sang a few songs for the film's soundtrack. As well as those small roles, Farrell took the lead role in the war film Triage (2009). Farrell incredibly lost forty-four pounds to play the role of a war photographer who must come to terms with what he has experienced in Kurdistan. While the film was finely made, with excellent performances from all involved, the film has received almost no distribution.
Farrell's other leading role that year was in Neil Jordan's Irish film Ondine (2009). In recent years, he co-starred in the comedy horror film Fright Night (2011), the science fiction action film Total Recall (2012), both remakes, and McDonagh's second feature, and the black comedy crime film Seven Psychopaths (2012). Since the mid-2000s, Farrell has cleaned up his act, and far from being a Hollywood hell raiser and party animal, he has shown himself to be a respectable and very talented actor.
He also starred in The Lobster (2015) and The Killing of a Sacred Deer (2017), both directed by Yorgos Lanthimos. For The Lobster he was nominated for a Golden Globe.- Actor

Striking Irish actor Cillian Murphy was born in Douglas, the oldest child of Brendan Murphy, who works for the Irish Department of Education, and a mother who is a teacher of French. He has three younger siblings. Murphy was educated at Presentation Brothers College, Cork. He went on to study law at University College Cork, but dropped out after about a year. During this time, Murphy also pursued an interest in music, playing guitar in various bands. Upon leaving University, Murphy joined the Corcadorca Theater Company in Cork, and played the lead role in "Disco Pigs", amongst other plays.
Various film roles followed, including a film adaptation of Disco Pigs (2001). However, his big film break came when he was cast in Danny Boyle's 28 Days Later (2002), which became a surprise international hit. This performance earned him nominations for Best Newcomer at the Empire Awards and Breakthrough Male Performance at the MTV Movie Awards.
Murphy went on to supporting roles in high-profile films such as Cold Mountain (2003) and Girl with a Pearl Earring (2003), and then was cast in two villain roles: Dr. Jonathan Crane, aka The Scarecrow, in Batman Begins (2005) and Jackson Rippner in Red Eye (2005). Although slight in nature for a villain, Murphy's piercing blue eyes helped to create creepy performances and critics began to take notice. Manhola Dargis of the New York Times cited Murphy as a "picture-perfect villain", while David Denby of The New Yorker noted he was both "seductive" and "sinister".
Later that year, Murphy starred as Patrick "Kitten" Braden, an Irish transgender woman in search of her mother in Neil Jordan's Breakfast on Pluto (2005), a film adaptation of the Pat McCabe novel. Although the film was not a box office success, Murphy was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Comedy or Musical and he won Best Actor for the Irish Film and Television Academy Awards.
The following year, Murphy starred in Ken Loach's The Wind that Shakes the Barley (2006). The film was the most successful independent Irish film and won the Palm D'Or at the 2006 Cannes Film Festival. Murphy continued to take roles in a number of independent films, and also reprised his role as the Scarecrow in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight (2008). Nolan is known for working with actors in multiple films, and cast Murphy in Inception (2010) as Robert Fischer, the young heir of the multi-billion dollar empire, who was the target of DiCaprio's dream team. His most well-known work is starring as Thomas Shelby in the British TV show Peaky Blinders beginning in 2013.
Murphy continues to appear in high-profile films such as In Time (2011), Red Lights (2012), and The Dark Knight Rises (2012), the final film in Nolan's Batman trilogy.
Murphy is married to Yvonne McGuinness, an artist. The couple have two sons, Malachy and Aran.- Actor

Blue-eyed Vincent Cassel was born in Paris to a leading actor father, Jean-Pierre Cassel, and a journalist mother, Sabine Litique. Often labeled as a tough guy because of his roles, eclectic choices and talent have made of him a star of European cinema. First in La haine (1995), the young actor, actually coming from upper classes, succeeded to express the despair of a social class living in the suburbs of towns. This veracity in his play comes from the fact that he was in fact since years in connection with many hip-hop artists from the rising generation, (his own brother was leader of a legendary french rap group). Then the success of The Crimson Rivers (2000), where he plays a young French cop alongside Jean Reno, made of him "the man to count on." He never hid his taste for rap music, break dance, Capoeira, Brasil and his endless energy, but Vincent is also a family man, married to Monica Bellucci, his Italian co-star from The Apartment (1996) (aka The Apartment); and recently a father.- Actor

Appealing actor Romain Duris is the exact example of those who arrived in the movie industry by chance, and to stardom without really desiring it. Discovered by a casting director while he was waiting in front of a high school in Paris, he was offered a role. Between popular successes such as Good Old Daze (1994), Dobermann (1997), Tom Thumb (2001), The Spanish Apartment (2002) or Arsène Lupin (2004), and independent films like Seventeen Times Cécile Cassard (2002), Exils (2004), The Crazy Stranger (1997), Being Light (2001), Déjà mort (1998) or When the Cat's Away (1996), Duris proves to be versatile enough to be credible as a bandit, as a homosexual, or simply as a French student in the streets of Barcelona. The consecration has been The Beat That My Heart Skipped (2005); now Duris is seen as an excellent and touching actor by the critics and by the audience.- Actor

Antonio Banderas, one of Spain's most famous faces, was a soccer player until breaking his foot at the age of fourteen; he is now an international movie star known for playing Zorro in the eponymous movie series.
He was born José Antonio Domínguez Banderas on August 10, 1960, in Málaga, Andalusia, Spain. His father, Jose Dominguez, was a policeman in the Spanish civil guards. His mother, Doña Ana Banderas Gallego, was a school teacher. Young Banderas was brought up a Roman Catholic. He wanted to play soccer professionally and made much success playing for his school team until the age of 14, albeit his dream ended when he broke his foot. At that time, he developed a passion for theatre after seeing the stage production of "Hair". Banderas began his acting studies at the School of Dramatic Arts in Málaga, and made his acting debut at a small theatre in Málaga. He was arrested by the Spanish police for performance in a play by Bertolt Brecht, because of political censorship under the rule of General Francisco Franco. Banderas spent a whole night at the police station, he had three or four such arrests while he was working with a small theatre troupe that toured all over Spain and was giving performances in small town theatres and on the street.
In 1979, at age 19, he moved to Madrid in pursuit of an acting career. Being a struggling young actor, he also worked as a waiter and took small modeling jobs. At that time, he joined the troupe at the National Theatre of Spain, becoming the youngest member of the company. Banderas' stage performances caught the attention of movie director Pedro Almodóvar, who cast the young actor in his movie debut Labyrinth of Passion (1982). Banderas and Almodovar joined forces in making innovative and sexually provocative movies during the 1980s. In 1984, Banderas made headlines in Spain with his performance as a gay man, making his first male-to-male on-screen kiss in Almodovar's Law of Desire (1987). Banderas' long and fruitful collaboration with Pedro Almodóvar eventually prepared him for international recognition that came with his work in the Academy Award-nominated film Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown (1988). In 1991, he appeared as an object of Madonna's affection in Madonna: Truth or Dare (1991).
In 1992, Banderas made his Hollywood debut with The Mambo Kings (1992). Because he did not speak English at that time, his dialogue for the movie was taught to him phonetically. Banderas shot to international fame with his sensitive performance as a lover of Tom Hanks' AIDS-infected lawyer in Philadelphia (1993), then played opposite Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt in Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles (1994). Banderas further established himself as one of Hollywood's leading men after co-starring in Evita (1996) opposite Madonna in the title role. In 1998, he won acclaim for his portrayal of Zorro, opposite Anthony Hopkins and Catherine Zeta-Jones, in The Mask of Zorro (1998). For the role as Zorro, Banderas took training with the Olympic national fencing team in Spain, and practiced his moves with real steel swords, then he used the lighter aluminum swords in the movie. He also took a month-long course of horse-riding before the filming. He later returned to the role in The Legend of Zorro (2005). In 1999, Banderas made his directorial debut in Crazy in Alabama (1999), starring his wife, Melanie Griffith. He received critical acclaim for his portrayal of Mexican artist David Alfaro Siqueiros opposite Salma Hayek in Frida (2002). He voiced Puss in Boots in the Shrek franchise.
Banderas established himself as internationally known Latin heartthrob with charismatic looks, and was chosen as one of the 50 most beautiful people in the world by People magazine in 1996. He won numerous awards and nominations for his works in film, including three ALMA awards and three Golden Globe nominations, among many other. From 1996 to 2014, Banderas was married to American actress Melanie Griffith and the couple have one daughter, Stella (born 1996). Outside of his acting profession, Banderas has been a passionate soccer fan and a staunch supporter of the Real Madrid Football Club. He shares time between his two residencies, one in the United States, and one in the South of Spain.- Raffaello Balzo was born on 18 March 1975 in Artegna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy. Walter Nudo was born in Montreal (Canada) on June 2, 1970. He's the son of immigrants and his first steps are taken on the outskirts of the big city, in those areas well described by De Niro with all the difficulties that assimilation bring on. In 1980 he moved to Genoa, Italy with his family. In 1994 he received a call from M. Costanzo to take part in the "Maurizio Costanzo Show". He becomes a regular guest everyday for eight months. This is the starting point for his first jobs in Italy: TV and film.
Once again, another bet changes the course of his life. While having dinner at a friend's house, someone challenges him: "You're tall and big but you'll never have the courage to jump into the ring!" Two months later he's already in the ring. He fights with a boxer who already has 45 matches to his credit, their match ends in a tie. From '96 to '97 he faces ten matches in the Heavyweight and Super heavyweight categories. He wins the regional and interregional championship. In the meantime his first child, Elvis is born.
But while he's training for the Italian Championships, a phone call gives another dramatic change in the direction of his life. He gets called to host a television program: "Love at first sight" For two years, running around several Italian cities, he interviews young people he meets on the street. The show is a hit! His enthusiasm, his good nature, and his boyish clean cut look meet the approval of not only the younger audience but the older public as well. His second son, Martin is born.
Things come to a dead halt. He goes into a crisis with himself. TV isn't enough for him anymore. Walter knows that the only thing that can shake him up and save him is doing sports. Boxing. Then he gets back in the ring to fight but the first match is suspended because of a head banging ... by now he's almost thirty years old and supporting a family. These are the most difficult years which include a lot of financial hardships, but his sense of responsibility keeps him going and he finds a job as a sales rep for natural products, in particular Aloe vera.. Hard times that force him to question everything, above all himself, his dreams get frozen.
He goes back to school and attends the "Duse" in Rome in 2000, studying under Francesca De Sapio and the "International Acting School " of Dominique De Fazio. The Strasberg method Nothing happens. But once again sports save him when his marriage falls apart. Walter begins to run: step by step, day by day, the marathon gives him strength and a new sense of self-esteem. He has a new goal: The New York Marathon.
Only a year has gone by since that tragic September 11th and Walter, who went there to regain his sense of self-esteem; finds a lot more: people from different cultures, religions and skin color, united under a single flag, the American one. The land of opportunity, of freedom and of respect for human beings and the affection of a big heart beating through the streets of Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan... Walter not only finishes the Marathon (despite a fall which injured three tendons in his left foot two weeks before the race) but he manages to finish it in 3 hours and 52 minutes. A great victory for himself! On that November 3rd 2002, things start turning upward for him!
Then a film with Richard Harris follows: "Saint John the Apocalypse" He feels ready to go back to boxing again, but in 2003 a production company offers him a role in an Italian soap opera, "A place in the sun". After a few months of work, nothing else happens. Then one day another phone call will change the direction of his life, once again.
A person has fallen ill and has to leave his place as a contestant in a television program; the famous "Survivor VIP" has aired for the first time in Italy.
Walter has fifteen minutes to decide whether to accept or not. In his bedroom with his eyes staring at the ceiling while he keeps repeating in his mind: "Maybe it's better to forget about it, maybe it's wiser to change your way of living. By now you've already missed the train" But that sentence doesn't get passed his heart which insists passionately: "Remember,Walter, that there is always more than one train". It's September 23 in 2003. Twelve hours later, he's at the airport leaving for Santo Domingo, final destination Los Haitises, the beach for the TV program "Survivor VIP" ("The Island of the Famous").
For 55 days Walter overcomes every kind of obstacle in surviving and competing with the other contestants. He loses 18 kilos. But tenacity, honesty, generosity, inner strength and sincerity reward him, and on November 14th he is proclaimed the winner with almost 90% of the popular votes. A unique experience which in particular allows him to refine his emotional character and which earns him the public's affection. Everybody talks about him, including the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister, because he's a simple man who managed to pick himself up again by his own strength and get back once again in the race towards his dreams. "Resist, resist, resist and never give up" is his creed, that's what he's learned. For a lot of people, he becomes an example, a role model to identify with. "A winner is a dreamer who never gives up". And his dream of becoming an actor finally comes true.
A television production offers him the lead role in "The Enchantment" program for the seventh series. Together with the actress Samuela Sardo they become Antonio Corradi and Giulia Donati, a well-loved television couple. It turns out to be a huge success, so much so that they are both reconfirmed for the eighth series of "The Enchantment"; an unprecedented event in that the actors are usually completely different in every new season of the series.
Antonio Corradi, a role played for two years, becomes so much a part of his personality that he can't separate himself from it, and for this reason, on a rainy day in late winter, after the last scene is shot signalling the end of two years of "The Enchantment", he says good-bye to everybody, packs his backpack and at eight in the evening he's on the Aurelia road on the outskirts of Rome. He travels more than three hundred kilometres on foot from Rome to the island of Elba. 16 hours of walking Three days among darkness, rain and trucks in order to get back to being Walter. It's February 2006.
His feet are still bandaged when at the beginning of March he's asked to do a testimonial in the Treviso Marathon, a benefit charity race to support various projects in favour of the "cartoneros", the inhabitants in the outskirts of Buenos Aires.
The doctors, after having examined him, on the eve of the marathon, during the press conference, maintain that he's not in condition to run. But Walter, knowing the sponsors wouldn't have honored the contract for charity... the next day he's at the starting line and, thanks to his strong sense of solidarity with people who are suffering ... at the finish line too: in 3 hours 57 minutes 26 seconds.
But it's also time for Walter to get involved again with his old passions that he decides to develop once more. That's his meeting a new band with whom right away a new musical understanding is born: rock!
He starts singing again with his band and he performs in the finest clubs and squares in Italy and Europe. He enjoys interacting with audiences at live concerts, with songs that are connected to his past and present. Music and singing are relaxing fun for him and the audience sings and dances with him.
After two years of work, he decides to take a break, fascinated by the great wonders of America: the desert. A trip to Arizona.
On foot, by car, by motorbike for Walter the road represents the ideal place to rest and reflect. "The road is the best metaphor for life. There's always a starting point and finishing line. Then once you get there you decide if you want to start up again for another destination." So, riding on top of a Harley Davidson, alone, he travels through the U.S.A. through the wilderness, the wide open spaces, the most genuine, unspoiled parts, and through Native American reservations. From Phoenix, in Arizona, he crosses the state and arrives in Las Vegas, in Nevada. The sky and the desert. He drives slowly and thinks about his children, Samuela and everything he's put together up to now.
Upon his return, he finds the role of Giacomo Contini awaiting him: the Staff Sergeant Giacomo Contini from "Carabinieri 6", and then the Warrant Officer Giacomo Contini in the television series "Carabinieri 7". A character who manages to bring out his ironic side.
He discovers that he really likes playing comic roles and it allows him to express his positive attitude towards life, a life that continues "on the right track".- Actor

His father was a United Nations diplomat assigned to Switzerland and, as a result, Chris was educated at private boarding schools in Geneva. Inspired through his having appeared in a play at age 12, he went to the Paris Conservatoire where he remained for two years. After a few small parts in French films, beginning in 1980, he successfully competed for the title role in Warner Bros. Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes (1984). His co-stars included Ian Holm, James Fox and Ralph Richardson (in his final film performance). The movie was popular with Tarzan buffs for remaining faithful (in the first half at least) to Edgar Rice Burroughs' original story. Two years later Lambert brought to the screen Gregory Widens' legendary Connor MacLeod, the immortal Highlander (1986), born in the Highlands of Scotland in 1518 and carrying over into the futuristic Highlander II: The Quickening (1991) and Highlander: The Final Dimension (1994). Javier Bardem belongs to a family of actors that have been working on films since the early days of Spanish cinema.
He was born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, to actress Pilar Bardem (María del Pilar Bardem Muñoz) and businessman José Carlos Encinas Doussinague. His maternal grandparents were actors Rafael Bardem and Matilde Muñoz Sampedro, and his uncle is screenwriter Juan Antonio Bardem. He got his start in the family business, at age six, when he appeared in his first feature, "El picaro" (1974) (A.K.A. The Scoundrel). During his teenage years, he acted in several TV series, played rugby for the Spanish National Team, and toured the country with an independent theatrical group. Javier's early film role as a sexy stud in the black comedy, Jamón, Jamón (1992) (aka Ham Ham) propelled him to instant popularity and threatened to typecast him as nothing more than a brawny sex symbol. Determined to avert a beefcake image, he refused similar subsequent roles and has gone on to win acclaim for his ability to appear almost unrecognizable from film to film. With over 25 movies and numerous awards under his belt, it is Javier's stirring, passionate performance as the persecuted Cuban writer, Reynaldo Arenas, in Before Night Falls (2000) that will long be remembered as his breakthrough role. He received five Best Actor awards and a Best Actor Oscar nomination for his portrayal.- Actor

Personal life
Mario Casas, has 4 siblings. Born in La Coruña, although very young, at just 4 years old, he left with his family to Barcelona. Later, at the age of 18, he emigrated to the Spanish capital in an adventure in which he took his whole family with him.
His parents were very young when they had him; his mother, Heidi, was only 17 and his father, Ramon, 19. Only a year and a half later they had their sister, so they were very young and had two children. For Mario, his father is his "reference", while his mother, like his brothers, are his "confidants".
His mother has been raising her children, while his father is a cabinetmaker, but has also done construction and renovation work. Because of this work, his father had no problems moving to another city, so they decided to accompany Mario when he left for Madrid and settled with him in the city.
Mario has four other brothers and sisters, forming what he defines as "a Sicilian family", a family with many children established around a "matriarch". Mario, is the oldest of them all. He is followed by his sister Sheila, and two other brothers, named Christian and Oscar. Finally, the youngest member of the family, Daniel, who was born in 2014, and whom he considers almost as his "nephew" because of the enormous age difference.
He gets along well with all of them, although especially with his sister Sheila, as they have grown up together. Mario, a loyal tattoo lover, has one dedicated to each of his parents and siblings, with the initials of each one.
He remembers his childhood as "wonderful", although he had a bit of a hard time because he was given "a lot of cane" for being short, even the girls. He developed very late, until he was 15 years old, he continued to have the body of a child. Even so, he has always been a flirt, and had his first "girlfriend" at the age of 4.
As a child he liked everything: singing, dancing, ping-pong, football.... He says he liked to try everything, although he admits that he got tired fast. His professional career began as an "advertisement child", as he was involved in advertising as a child. He advertised Cola Cao, Telepizza, Scalextric... He eventually decided to become an actor after he had enrolled the Cristina Rota School of Dramatic Arts
He also keeps "lifelong" friends from school. They are the ones he made when he arrived in Barcelona and have always been with him. In his words, true friends who you can count on the fingers of one hand.
Over the years he dated a few fellow actresses he starred with in movies such as María Valverde and Berta Vázques. Since 2018, he is in a relationship with famous Spanish actress Blanca Suarez he played with in movies/tv shows such as: Carne de Neon (2010), El Barco (2011-2013), Mi Gran Noche (2015), and El Bar (2017).- Actor

Miguel Ángel Muñoz belongs to that distinguished group of actors who, without being a member of a family of performers, seemed destined for the stage and show business since birth. He is not the sort of person whose image crystallized at a particular moment in time: he acts, dances, and sings naturally, in a very spontaneously way, as he was born to do. It comes so naturally to him that it is unthinkable that he pursue a different line of work.
These natural talents led him to debut on the silver screen at the age of 9 with a leading role in El palomo cojo, directed by Jaime de Armiñán (who some years earlier came within a hair's breadth of winning the Best Foreign Language Film Oscar for Mi querida señorita). Miguel Ángel's great artistic sensibility and capabilities secured him work in the cinema, theatre, television, dance and the recording industry before he was twenty, and he has enjoying great acclaim throughout the course of his career.
Due to his innate qualities and talents, his track record to date is spectacular. Miguel Ángel Muñoz has proved himself to be an actor with a wide range of registers, who defies typecasting in any genre. He is capable of taking on parts in comedy, drama, humor, tragedy or musicals, be it on film, on stage, or on television. In other words: he is an actor in the broadest sense of the word. Yet one thing about Miguel Ángel Muñoz deserves special emphasis. His natural acting talent has been, and no doubt will continue to be, the key asset in his professional career. His human qualities are impressive, both at a personal level and as demonstrated in his work. We mean not only that he is a tireless worker and a responsible, level-headed person, but also someone with a striking ability to create a magnificent working atmosphere wherever he works.
Miguel Ángel Muñoz -having tasted notable success at an early age- has always managed to keep his feet firmly on the ground. He has a sixth sense for detecting tensions common to this line of work and creating harmonious environments as well as developing personal relationships with his colleagues. All of the directors, actors, production teams, etc., that have worked alongside him can vouch for this. We mention this since it is undoubtedly another key aspect in the development of his method of work.
On film he has worked in drama, comedy, terror, epic and even animation dubbing Brad Pitt's voice in DreamWorks' production Sinbad: The Legend of the Seven Seas. He has made appearances in numerous TV series in Spain, in various types of roles, often as the leading man, as in Un Paso Adelante (the series with greatest sales in the history of Spanish television) or El Sindrome de Ulises (The Ulysses' Syndrome), which FOX is preparing to remake for the USA.
His stage roles include the narrator of Mozart's first opera, Bastien und Bastienne at the Teatro Real of Madrid, one of the most prestigious theatres in Europe, and the starring role of Antonio Skármeta's El cartero de Neruda (The Postman), in which he gave an outstanding performance. He has recorded albums that have sold in the thousands both in Spain and abroad, bringing him several Platinum records.
He has performed live music as a special guest at the San Remo Festival, and alongside artists of the stature of Janet Jackson.
More detailed information can be found in his resume.
While he could have carried on with his musical career thanks to the sales of his records throughout Europe and the success of his live performances, instead Miguel Ángel Muñoz has channeled his professional efforts into acting, thus heeding the powerful call he has heard since the days of his youth. After he completing his role in the remake of Ben Hur, directed by Steve Shill (The Tudors, Rome, Dexter), he perfected his already advanced English. This has enabled him to act in both Spanish and English with equal ease, be it in feature films, on stage, or on the small screen.
Miguel Ángel has not stopped working since beginning his career over 20 years ago. Films like No controles directed by Borja Cobeaga (short film nominated for an Oscar), the short film Adios Papá, Adios mama, nominated for the 25th Goya Awards, for which Miguel Ángel received the award for best actor in the Alfas del Pi Festival, or Tension Sexual no Resuelta are among his latest titles in this recent years.
In addition, last years has been especially intense in Miguel Ángel Muñoz's professional career as an actor, as he has been involved in many projects in the field of cinema, TV and theatre, both nationally and internationally. One of these projects has been his role as one of the main characters in What about love, together with Sharon Stone and Andy García. The international film was directed by Klaus Menzel with a script by the Oscar award-winner Douglas Day Stweart (An Officer and a Gentleman).
Furthermore, he has played a leading part in the cast of the successful HBO series Capadocia, first broadcast in Latin America, and nominated for three International Emmy Awards, whose USA broadcast launch will be in September 2013.
In addition to the aforementioned projects, the TV series Infames launched and broadcast in Cadena 3 México and Mundo Fox in the USA also occupies a special place, since it broke all viewer records for the network and sparked sharp controversy by addressing political subjects while a change of government was underway in Mexico. Miguel Ángel Muñoz will also take part in the cast for the film Viral, by Lucas Figueroa - who in 2010 achieved the Guinness World Record for directing and producing the most acclaimed short film in history, Por qué hay cosas que nunca se olvidan. Miguel Ángel is also part of the cast of the feature film Al final todos mueren (Eventually they all die), a project sponsored and coordinated by Javier Fesser.
His last series "Sin Identidad" (2014-2015) has been one of the most successful projects in the Spanish and Italian TV in the last years.
As the culmination of a brilliant career, Miguel Ángel Muñoz stars in the film "Hablar" directed by Joaquin Oristrell. This "one shot film" was presented in the 18th Malaga Film Festival receiving the best price from the young jury and Miguel's performance was acclaimed by the critic. In the more than 20 years of his professional career, Miguel Ángel Muñoz has been, and continues to be involved in an ongoing learning process, and he never ceases to grow as an actor: he placed himself in the hands of the master Juan Carlos Corazza in Madrid, he trained in Integrative Psychology in the S.A.T. Program in Argentina with Claudio Naranjo and subsequently studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in Los Angeles. In 2015 he finished the Hoffman Process with Luis Fernando Camara.- Actor

Kim's mother, Klara Müller, is an ex-top model. Kim has 3 sisters, 2 of them actresses like him: Loretta Rossi Stuart and Valentina Rossi Stuart, the latter also stunt-woman. Kim left his parent's home at 14 (1983) and also left school to study theater and in 1986 began acting regularly, especially on TV productions, like Fantaghirò (1991) and for the cinema with a small role in The Name of the Rose (1986). However it was with Karate Warrior (1987) and Poliziotti (1995) that Kim reached popularity. After this commercial movie he began to act only in quality movies, like Senza pelle (1994) where his role, a man with psychological problems, was appreciated by critics. Alexander Johan Hjalmar Skarsgård was born in Stockholm, Sweden and is the eldest son of famed actor Stellan Skarsgård. Among his siblings are actors Gustaf Skarsgård, Bill Skarsgård, and Valter Skarsgård. For most of his formative years, his father was an acclaimed actor in Europe but had not yet achieved the international fame that came after his star turn in Breaking the Waves (1996). Young Alexander was raised under modest circumstances in a working-class Swedish neighborhood as his parents wanted their children to have as normal an upbringing as possible. He began his acting career at the age of eight and continued working in films and on Swedish television until he turned sixteen and decided acting was not the career for him. Life under a microscope lost its charm and perhaps due to the influence of My Skarsgård, his physician mother, he stopped working as an actor, to continue his education.
Instead of continuing college, at the age of nineteen, he entered compulsory military service (military conscription). He used the time to contemplate his future. He studied at the Leeds Metropolitan University then moved to New York where he enrolled at Marymount Manhattan College to study theatre. After six months in New York, a romantic entanglement lured him back to Sweden but the relationship was short-lived. Despite having a broken heart, Alexander decided to stay in Sweden and, with a bit of life experience under his belt, began his acting career again. He appeared in a number of Swedish productions and became a star in his native country but was interested in broadening his horizons and working outside of Sweden. A visit to Los Angeles landed him both an agent and a part in the Ben Stiller movie, Zoolander (2001). After that Alexander returned to Sweden where he continued honing his acting in film and theatrical productions including "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" and "Bloody Wedding". He also co-wrote and co-directed an award-winning short, Att döda ett barn (2003), (To Kill a Child), which was shown at both the Tribeca and Cannes Film Festivals.
His first big break was with the miniseries Generation Kill (2008). Alexander spent seven months broiling in the desert of Namibia but it was well worth it. His portrayal of Marine Sgt. Brad "Iceman" Colbert astonished critics and audiences, alike. Thanks to the writer's strike, after completing Generation Kill (2008), he was cast in the role of "Eric Northman", a 1,000-year-old Viking vampire on the hit series, True Blood (2008). The series was created by Alan Ball, the man behind Six Feet Under (2001). True Blood (2008) was adapted from the "Sookie Stackhouse' novels by Charlaine Harris' and rode to success on quality scripts, great acting and the public's obsession with the vampire genre. In addition to True Blood (2008), which begins its third season in 2010, Alexander has a number of film projects in the works including the remake of Straw Dogs (2011), Melancholia (2011), written and directed by Lars von Trier, action Sci-Fi film, Battleship (2012), and The East (2013), directed by Zal Batmanglij.- Actor

Originally from the Cévennes, Julien Doré attended the Beaux-Arts in Nîmes for five years. Then member of the groups Dig Up Elvis and The Jean D'Ormesson's, the young man stood out solo in the Nouvelle Star tele-hook, which he won in 2007.
He released his first album called "Ersatz" and won the 2009 Victoires de la musique in the Revelation Album and Video Clip of the Year category (for Limits). A second album, "Bichon", was released in 2011, followed by "LOVE" in 2013. Very popular, the album has since won 2 other Victoires de la Musique and Doré released 2 other albums including the last "Aimée" released in September 2020 and already sold more than 250,000 copies.
Along with his career, the singer also likes to play comedy (Pop Redemption, Dix pour Cent ...)- Sagamore Stévenin began his career in cinema in 1991 in "La Totale" by Claude Zidi (the film that inspired "True Lies"). He then accepted roles both in feature films and TV movies and is rapidly offered starring roles, especially in "La Cible" and "Comme une bête".
Sagamore Stevenin became famous in 1999 by playing in the film by Catherine Breillat "Romance". This film, where he plays with Caroline Ducey and porn-star Rocco Siffredi, made a huge scandal.
Sagamore Stévenin never hesitates to explore different genres: from the pre-war years cinema in "Lisa" by Pierre Grimblat with Academy Award winner Marion Cotillard, to thrillers such as "Sueurs" and the adaptation of the comic book "Michel Vaillant" by Louis-Pascal Couvelaire and produced by Luc Besson.
Sagamore Stévenin also stars in pure comedies like "Tu vas rire mais je te quitte" (2004) by Philippe Harel with Judith Godrèche. - Born in Lons-le-Saunier, Jura, France to legendary French actor-comedian/director/writer Jean-François Stévenin, Robinson has impressed critics and audiences around the world as one of France's most versatile actors of the new generation. Shy and soft spoken Robinson comes from a family of performers where both his siblings, older brother Sagamore Stévenin and younger sister Salomé Stévenin are also actors. Robinson started acting at the tender age of 5 in his fathers second feature Double messieurs (1986). Then followed many roles in TV movies and plays and small supporting roles in films like L'hydrolution (1989) and La révolte des enfants (1992) for which he got his first nomination and award for Best Actor at the Paris Film Festival at just the age of 10, this being a hint at further great things to come from this gifted actor. The young actor then took on a series of selective television roles shunning down most movie offers to "grow" as an actor. The young actor then took on two very delicate roles, that of the conniving sly Laurent in Mauvaises fréquentations (1999) as a boy who obliges his girlfriend with a prostituer which earned him his first César of the Best Male hope in 2000 and that as Bo a shy, young transvestite in Francis Girod's Transfixed (2001) which earned him second successive César Award - and this time winning - for Best Male Hope. Possessing a chameleon-like ability to portray a range of characters, Robinson has firmly established himself as one of France's most gifted actors. This was followed by collaborating with his father again for Mischka (2002), then having a very small supporting role in Deux (2002) as a young stranger on a bike who charms Isabelle Huppert. He was then seen in a scene-stealing performance in His Brother (2003). Robinson takes on selective, picky roles regardless of how big or small the role is. He was then seen in Claude Miller's La petite Lili (2003) where he met and bonded with co-star Ludivine Sagnier. He can next be seen in Mon colonel (2006) as Guy Rossi an officer lawyer confronted with the reality of torture during the War of Algeria, a first film written and produced by Costa-Gavras. Then in the highly controversial Transe (2006), followed by the eagerly awaited C'est beau une ville la nuit (2006) and Actresses (2007).

Sakis Rouvas was born in the island of Corfu, Greece. Very soon, music and singing became a part of his life. His classmates certainly still remember an unforgettable graduation party where Sakis was the undisputed star of the show as he performed the greatest hits of Elvis Presley and The Beatles.
Gymnastics was also his other passion where he achieved distinctive national awards. He also excelled in pole vaulting and, as an exceptional talent that he was, he became a member of the Hellenic National team.
Sakis made his first professional appearance in Athens, in 1991. It was there where Polygram "discovered" him, offering him the first recording contract. Only a few months later he made an outstanding "debut" by performing at the "Thessaloniki Song Festival". The song titled "Par' ta" won the first award for music and Sakis got his first experience of the enthusiastic fans who immediately sensed that a new star was to rise.
Ever since then things unfold rapidly for the young performer. His first solo album titled "Sakis Rouvas" was released one day after the festival and youth from all around Greece showed their love for him by making the album a massive No. 1 hit. Stands and posters of Sakis Rouvas were decorating every young girl's room while media in Greece were speaking of a new star. Soon the sighs turned into screams and his new live shows became a regular cover story for all kind of magazines.
For four years in a row he monopolises the Hellenic Music Awards as he receives the best New Singer, the Best Song, the Best Stage Performance as well as many other awards. By now he is the top Greek stage performer, appearing together with some of the most prominent Greek singers such as Tolis Voskopoulos, Anna Vissi and Kaiti Garbi. On May 19th 1997 Sakis makes a step towards peace and reconciliation by appearing together with the Turkish pop star Burat Kut in a bi-communal concert organized, in the controlled by the United Nations, territories of the island of Cyprus. The concert becomes a news' headline worldwide thus causing a political impact. For the said concert Sakis was awarded with the international "Ipeksi prize" for the understanding and the cooperation. During the same year, the prize was also awarded to the Undersecretary of State, George A. Papandreou and the former Prime Minister Konstantinos Mitsotakis. Sakis and Burak also recorded a song duet for the Walt Disney movie, The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996).
Since 1996, Sakis is happy to have the largest fan club in Greece, the "Sakis Rouvas Fan Club" or "SRFC", with thousands of members coming from all parts of Greece as well as from many other countries. The fan club publishes its own newsletter, which is then sent to every member by post.
After 5 albums (two gold and a platinum one), Sakis moved to Minos - EMI record company. His latest album "Kati apo mena" (A little something of me) on December 1998 became a great hit only a few days after its release. In fact, two months later it became gold. The release was followed by an outstanding live performance in one of the biggest record stores (Virgin Megastores) where thousands of his fans caused a traffic jam in one of the busiest Avenues of Athens. His new album could not but enhance his great success. For once more he was awarded as the Best Stage Performer by the Hellenic Music Awards critiques.
Sakis who always wants to make an impressive appearance on stage using all his performing, singing and dancing skills, made an unprecedented sensation in October 1998 when he appeared on stage wearing a skirt that was especially made for him by the world famous Haute Couture designer Valentino Garavani. Sakis not only made an outstanding performance singing his new album but also became for once more a cover page story as all the clothes he wore for this amazing show were costumes designed by Valentino in person especially for Sakis.
The new millennium found Sakis in the studio recording for his latest album "21 Akatallilos" (21st X-Rated), that was released in March 2000. Once again, it hit the top of the charts from the first day of its release.
In the summer of 2000 Sakis, being the only true pop star in Greece, is asked by the management team of Pepsi to star in the new advertising spot for their summer campaign. This was a great event for the media since no other Greek artist ever, had an offer such as this one. A British team that was brought in Athens especially for this produced the advertising spot for the campaign. The result is absolutely brilliant as the screenplay was written especially for Sakis to fit his image and impact on his young female fans. Again, Sakis is being nationally heard for his actions and receives excellent critique not only from his regular fans but also on a national level. Pepsi launched collectors' cans with Sakis' photos.
Since 2002 Sakis has been promoting his career abroad. He has a five-year contract with the Universal recording company in France and has released an album for the European market with the cooperation of the famous songwriter Desmond Child.
In the spring of 2004 Sakis was asked by the public national TV to represent Greece in the annual Eurovision Song Contest. He performed the song "Shake it" and indeed he shook the whole arena on May 15th, in the finals. He got the third place eventually but won the hearts of millions across Europe.
Thirteen years and nine albums after his first performance he still is one of the most, if not THE most, loved and sought after artists in Greece and he can assure you: "You have seen nothing yet!"- Fu'ad Aït Aattou was born on 2 November 1980 in France. David Charvet, who rose to international fame on the hit shows Baywatch (1989) and Melrose Place (1992), is now moving into the feature front, having completed production on starring roles in two films.
In the sports feature Green Flash (2008), Charvet plays "Cameron Day", a star basketball player with a future in the NBA until he chokes in a key game, with the after-effects causing him to settle into an aimless life. A chance encounter takes him into the professional beach volleyball scene in Southern California, but his old demons begin creeping in again, threatening his chances at success. The film marks the directorial debut of Paul Nihipali Jr. Jr., who was a member of the U.S. National Volleyball team from 1995-1997 as well as a three-time All-American and captain for the UCLA men's championship-winning volleyball team. The film, shot on location in Southern California, is produced by Cameron Dieterich and Joseph John Barmettler, with Bob Smiland executive producing. The theatrical release date was intended to coincide with the Summer 2008 Olympic Games.
Earlier this year, Charvet starred in the action/adventure feature film Prisoners of the Sun (2013), directed by Academy Award-winner Roger Christian (Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977), Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999), The Dollar Bottom (1981)). He plays "Doug Adler", an archaeologist hired by an eccentric professor to lead his team on a national expedition to excavate a long lost city beneath an Egyptian pyramid. The expedition takes a turn for the worse when the gods of ancient Egypt are awakened from their five thousand year slumber and seek vengeance against the team. John Rhys-Davies, Joss Ackland and Carmen Chaplin co-star in the film, which was budgeted at $10 million.
Charvet launched his acting career on the world's most watched show of its time, Baywatch (1989), in which he developed a strong international following playing lifeguard "Matt Brody" for three seasons. He continued to expand his fan base with his role of "Craig Field" for two seasons on Melrose Place (1992). He also starred in NBC's highly-rated telefilm Seduced and Betrayed (1995) and the ABC movies-of-the week Derby (1995) and Angel Flight Down (1996). He also starred in the independent feature, Meet Prince Charming (1999), with Drea de Matteo.
As a Universal Music recording artist, Charvet spent five years in Europe, where he released three successful pop rock albums, as part of his five album deal with Universal Music Group France. He has sold over 2.5 million albums to date, with three of his singles ("Leap of Faith", "Should I Leave" and "The Tears in My Eyes") charting in the Top 10.
Charvet has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia, performing for packed arenas, writing music and experiencing new cultures. He has collaborated with top songwriters such as Ty Lacy (who wrote LeAnn Rimes' single "I Need You"), and he has also worked with Robbie Williams' producer Steve Power. Charvet has recorded a duet with Bryan Adams, and he also worked on a duet with Seal.
Although his music career has taken center stage in recent years, Charvet has always sought new creative challenges. He has now returned to the United States where he is happy to be back to his first love of acting and bringing his new palette of colors to that domain. "Music has helped me to evolve tremendously as an artist and has enriched me personally in so many ways", he offers. "I left America a boy and have come back a man".
Charvet has trained with such renowned acting teachers as Roy London and Larry Moss. He currently resides in Malibu, CA with his fiancée Brooke Burke and their infant daughter, Heaven Rain.- Michael Vartan came to international acclaim with his starring role as 'Agent Michael Vaughn' on the worldwide hit ABC series, "Alias," which ran for five seasons. Born in Paris to a French father and an American mother, Vartan grew up in the tiny Normandy village of Fleury until the age of 16 when he moved to Los Angeles to live with his mother, who encouraged him to take acting classes.
After starring in two small French films, Vartan grabbed the attention of the film world with his breakthrough performance in the 1993 Italian epic, "Fiorile," directed by Paolo and Vittorio Taviani. Soon after, Vartan signed with an agent and landed a role in "To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar," playing the bigoted small-town thug who harasses three drag queens (Wesley Snipes, Patrick Swayze and John Leguizamo). He went on to star opposite David Schwimmer as one of his best friends in "The Pallbearer," a comedy of escapades surrounding three old high school pals coping with bachelorhood, marriage and a case of mistaken identity. Born in Milan, Italy, Paolo Seganti used the boxing ring as a surrogate stage, winning the Italian Amateur Championship within six months and continuing fighting and acting (theatre) on and off for 5 years. But it was his look that was immediately in demand by photographer/filmmakers such as Jean-Paul Goude, Peter Lindberg, Jean-Baptiste Mondino and Bruce Weber, fronting worldwide campaigns for Chanel, YSL, Lanvin and Calvin Klein. All of this however was a temporary diversion, and Paolo began working extensively on the New York stage, receiving critical acclaim for lead roles in, 'Equus' and the self-directed, 'Whose Life Is It Anyway?'.- Actor

Eduardo Noriega Gómez was born in Santander, Cantabria, Spain. The youngest of 7 siblings, he had shown a very big talent for artistic activities since he was a child. He began taking piano lessons and got into the Santander Music Conservatory, where he studied for five years. His music professors discovered that he had many conditions for playing piano, so they would keep him practicing for hours until he got tired of it and quit. After finishing high school, he decided to become a lawyer and majored at University of Santander, one of the most prestigious universities in Europe. That wouldn't last long either, because he got the acting bug by chance when attended an acting class alongside a friend that wanted to be an actress, he was invited to participate and enjoyed it enough to do that for living. At 19, he relocated to Madrid to start his drama classes at the R.E.S.A.D. (Madrid Acting Conservatory) and tried to continue with Law School attending the U.N.E.D. (a college where people can study even if they live far away), but due to the time the acting classes demanded him, couldn't focus on his other career and quit after passing the first signature. Once at the Conservatory he met Mateo Gil and Alejandro Amenábar, who was searching for good average students to make his first short films. Noriega shot a few shorts with both of them until he landed one of the starring roles in Amenábar's opera prima Thesis (1996). This movie became the most successful movie of the year in Spain and Eduardo Noriega and Fele Martínez became huge stars. In 1996, Eduardo had a tiny part in Pedro Olea's Más allá del jardín (1996) and the main role in Question of Luck (1997), shot in San Sebastián. During the making of this movie, his mother passed away and he channeled his grief into work by making Open Your Eyes (1997), another Amenábar's movie that became one of the suspense classics worldwide. This part gave Noriega his first Goya Award nomination, but he lost to Fernando Fernán Gómez, although he was consecrated as a very promising actor. Soon after, he tried himself in comedy by taking part in the movie Cha Cha Cha (1998) where he showed his skills as a comedian and met who would be his girlfriend for two years: Ana Alvarez. The relationship ended in good terms and afterward, he arrived to Argentina to make another movie that would become a cult one: Burnt Money (2000). This flick won the Goya Award in 2001 and Eduardo met his now friend Leonardo Sbaraglia. Between 2001 and 2004, he made movies in France, Madagascar and Spain. 2004 was the year that gave him the chance to play a real life character for first time in the movie El Lobo (2004). He played Txema, an insider infiltrated in ETA who gave information to the government to dismantle the terrorist group. Critics and people loved his interpretation and earned him a second Goya nomination. Next year, he had the chance to play another controversial character: Che Guevara, becoming the first Spanish actor to play it. In 2006 Master Kowalski (2006) was released at the same time that the theater play and became a blockbuster in Spain and Argentina, Marcelo Piñeyro was the director and also had directed Burnt Money (2000). His most challenging role was yet to come, nevertheless: Vicente Aranda was preparing to direct Canciones de amor en Lolita's Club (2007)and also looking for an actor who dared play twins who where identical in the outside but totally different inside, because one was a violent smart cop and the other one a mentally retarded sweet man. On December 3, 2007 he won the GQ award as the "Actor of the Year". In 2008 he participated in two American movies: Vantage Point (2008) and Transsiberian (2008). In 2009 he re-teamed with Amenábar (this time as a producer, not director) in El mal ajeno (2010), where he had to look older to play an apparently cold-blooded doctor that used to deal with terminal patients, but his life is stricken when his teenage daughter becomes his patient. With this movie, Eduardo showed his maturity as an actor and next year he could fulfill a dream: making a western. Blackthorn (2011) told the story of Butch Cassidy in exile while staying in Bolivia. Sam Shepard and Stephen Rea were part of this superb cast as well. During the half of 2011 a new suspense TV series called Homicidios (2011) began to be promoted on channel Tele5. This thriller meant the return of Eduardo Noriega to television (he had only had a small part in the 1994-1996 show "Colegio Mayor"). "Homicidios" premiered on 20 September 2011 in prime-time with a very high rating. Although it was switched to different times until even midnight, it had the highest audience of his all time branches. In 2013 he will release the movie The Last Stand, alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger.- Actor

Giancarlo Giannini is an Oscar-nominated Italian actor, director and multilingual dubber who made an international reputation for his leading roles in Italian films as well as for his mastery of a variety of languages and dialects.
He was born August 1, 1942, in La Spezia, Italy. For 10 years he lived and studied in Naples, earning a degree in electronics. At 18 he enrolled in the Academy of Dramatic Art D'Amico in Rome and made his stage acting debut there. His credits included performances in contemporary Italian plays as well, as in Italian productions of William Shakespeare's plays "Romeo and Juliet" and "A Midsummer's Night Dream". In 1965 he made his television debut starring as David Copperfield in the TV miniseries made by RAI ,the Italian national TV company. He made his big-screen debut in Libido (1965), a Freudian psychological thriller. Since 1966 he has been in a successful collaboration with legendary Italian director Lina Wertmüller, who made several award-winning films with Giannini as a male lead. He appears as peasant Tonino who prepares to assassinate dictator Benito Mussolini in Love & Anarchy (1973), as a sailor in the irony-laden comedy Swept Away (1974), and as a concentration-camp survivor in the Oscar-nominated Seven Beauties (1975). He also starred as a Jewish musician arrested by the Nazis in Rainer Werner Fassbinder's masterpiece Lili Marleen (1981).
Giannini also made a reputation for dubbing international stars in films released on the Italian market, such as Jack Nicholson, Al Pacino, Michael Douglas, Dustin Hoffman, Gérard Depardieu, and Ian McKellen, among others. He received a compliment from Stanley Kubrick for his dubbing of Nicholson in The Shining (1980). Giannini's fluency in English and his mastery of dialects has brought him a number of supporting roles in Hollywood productions, such as A Walk in the Clouds (1995), Hannibal (2001), Darkness (2002), and Man on Fire (2004), among many others. He appears as Rene Mathis in the 21st James Bond film Casino Royale (2006), and reprises the role in the sequel, Quantum of Solace (2008).- Son of a nurse and a bank employee, Benoît Magimel was born in Paris and grew up there. At age 12, he played Momo in Life Is a Long Quiet River (1988) by Étienne Chatiliez. He stopped his studies at age 16 to become an actor.
But he had a dual personality: on one hand the man of low budget films like A Single Girl (1995), A Minute of Silence (1998), Le roi danse (2000), Déjà mort (1998), Thieves (1996), To Matthieu (2000) alongside Nathalie Baye, The Flower of Evil (2003), Errance (2003), Children of the Century (1999) with Juliette Binoche, The Bridesmaid (2004) with Laura Smet, The Piano Teacher (2001) alongside Isabelle Huppert, and on the other hand also wide audience releases like The Nest (2002), Crimson Rivers 2: Angels of the Apocalypse (2004), Trouble (2005), Strange Gardens (2003), and Sky Fighters (2005).
Charming, ambiguous, talented Benoit Magimel will probably illuminate the next decade, and more. - Patrick Puydebat was born on 12 July 1971 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine, Île-de-France, France. The son of the renowned French sculptor Paul Belmondo, he studied at Conservatoire National Superieur d'Art Dramatique (CNSAD); after the minor stage performances he made his screen debut in À pied, à cheval et en voiture (1957) but the episodes with his participation were cut before release. However, the breakthrough role in Jean-Luc Godard's Breathless (1960) made him one of the key figures in the French New Wave. Since mid-60s he completely switched to commercial mainstream pictures and became a big comedy and action star in France. Following the example of Alain Delon he founded his own production company Cerito named after his grandmother's maiden name. In 1989 he was awarded Cesar for his performance in Itinerary of a Spoiled Child (1988) . Recently he returned to stage performing in the Théâtre Marigny, Paris, notably as Edmund Kean or Cyrano de Bergerac. He still appears in the movies but not so often as before preferring mostly dramatic roles. The president of France distinguished him with order of Legion of Honour. Belmondo had three children with his first spouse Elodie Constant: Patricia Belmondo ( who died in a fire in 1993), Florence Belmondo and Paul Belmondo. In 2003, he had another daughter, Stella Belmondo, with his second spouse Natty Belmondo.
