Stephan James has quickly established himself as an incredibly dynamic lead talent in both film and television. James, a native of Canada, has held the honor of portraying several real-life figures in African American history. He starred as Olympics hero Jesse Owens in Race, directed by Stephen Hopkins, for which he received an NAACP Image Award nomination. Ryan Potter is an actor, director, martial artist, and photographer. Ryan, though born in the United States, was raised in Tokyo until the age of seven.
Ryan got his start as the lead, "Mike Fukanaga" in Nickelodeon's "Supah Ninjas," (2011-2013) working with the legendary, George Takei, who played his grandfather.
In 2014, he starred in Disney's animated superhero blockbuster, Big Hero 6. He voiced the lead character, Hiro Hamada, a child prodigy who teams with a large robot. The film was released in the U.S. at #1 and won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in 2015. RJ Cyler, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, was born Ronald Cyler II, the youngest of three boys. RJ has always been an entertainer in some way or form. At the age of 12, he started a dance team with his older brother. In January 2012, RJ heard a commercial for open auditions in the Jacksonville area. RJ was asked to Los Angeles for another acting camp, which at that time RJ's mentor asked his parents to consider relocating to California in order to support a possible future. Ansel Elgort is an American actor, known for playing Augustus Waters in the romance The Fault in Our Stars (2014) and the title character in the action thriller Baby Driver (2017). He was born in New York City to photographer Arthur Elgort and opera director Grethe Holby. His father is of Russian-Jewish heritage, while his mother has Norwegian and British Isles ancestry.
As a child, Ansel tried out for the School of American Ballet, and attended Stagedoor Manor summer camp and Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School. He began his professional acting career on stage, appearing in Matt Charman's play "Regrets," which was performed off-Broadway. Ansel made his film debut in the horror remake Carrie (2013), and co-starred with Shailene Woodley in both the science-fiction tale Divergent (2014) (playing her character's brother) and the romantic drama The Fault in Our Stars (2014) (playing male lead Augustus Waters, who is Woodley's character's love interest). The film was based on the book by 'John Green' (XII). Ansel also had a role in Jason Reitman's drama film Men, Women & Children (2014), and returned for the sequels to Divergent, The Divergent Series: Insurgent (2015) and Allegiant (2016). Herizen F. Guardiola (born July 24, 1996) is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She is known for her breakout role as Mylene Cruz on the Netflix original series, The Get Down.
Guardiola is a native of Miami, Florida. Her father, Juan Carlos, is a reggae musician of Cuban descent, and her mother, Venice Pink, of Jamaican descent, is a nutritionist and yoga instructor. Guardiola has two younger sisters.
Herizen Guardiola made her acting debut in The Get Down, a Netflix original series from Baz Luhrmann. About her discovery, Luhrmann said, "It's always thrilling to find a fresh unknown talent, particularly one who is not only a terrific actor but a magnificent vocalist."

Kiernan Brennan Shipka is an American actress. She is known for playing Sally Draper on the AMC series Mad Men (2007), B. D. Hyman in the FX anthology series Feud (2017), and voicing Jinora in the Avatar: The Last Airbender (2005) spin-off, The Legend of Korra (2012). She stars as Sabrina Spellman on Netflix's Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (2018) series based on the comic series of the same name. Kiernan Shipka was born in Chicago, Illinois.
