- Dilip Joshi is famous for his character of Jethalal Gada in the popular comedy show "Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma". He earned several accolades for his performance in the show.
Joshi was born on 26 May 1968 into a Gujarati Brahmin family from the Gosa village of Porbandar. He is married to Jaymala with whom he has a daughter Niyati and son Ritwik.

Shivaji Satam is an Indian television and film actor. He is a Chemistry graduate from the University of Mumbai. He also completed his Diploma in Business Administration and later worked as a banker and inspection officer before joining the film industry.
Satam started his career in the television industry in the series Rishte-Naate (1980), where he co-starred with Navin Nischol.
In 1994, Satam starred in the award-winning film English, August (1994), where he played the role of Govind Sathe. He starred alongside Rahul Bose and Tanvi Azmi.
His two releases in 1997 include Yeshwant (1997), where he played a police inspector, and Ghulam-E-Musthafa (1997), where he played Dayanand Dixit. He was nominated at the Star Screen Awards for Best Actor for his role in Ghulam-E-Musthafa (1997).
It was much later, in 1988, that he made his debut on the big screen as a doctor with the film Pestonjee (1988), starring alongside big names in the industry like Naseeruddin Shah and Shabana Azmi.
However, his major break came in 1998 with the TV series C.I.D. (1998). The show ran for 20 years, and he won the best actor in a lead role at the Indian Telly Awards in 2002 for his role as ACP Pradyuman.
In 2001, he played the role of a doctor in the Marathi film Ek Hoti Vadi (2001), earning him the best actor award at the Maharashtra State Film Awards. He also won the best actor award for the play Dhyanimani.
He also starred in the crime drama Split Wide Open (1999). His co-stars in the film were Rahul Bose and Laila Rouass.

Mukesh Khanna is well know for playing Bhishma in the Mahabharata series by BR Chopra. Mukesh Khanna was born in 23 June, 1958. When Mukesh Khanna was born, the pandit advised his parents to name him "Govind". They did name him legally "Govind". But was always called "Mukesh" because the family preferred that name more. He is an well known actor. Khanna entered the film industry after graduating from Film and Television Institute of India. He attended the school with fellow Indian actors Naseeruddin Shah and Shakti Kapoor. In 80s Khanna worked in several films but rose to fame with the role of Bhisma Pitamah in B. R. Chopra's epic television series Mahabharat. The BR Chopra Mahabharat won several awards. Mukesh Khanna won the Uptron Award as Best Supporting Actor in 1989 whereas Pankaj Dheer won the Uptron Award for Best Actor in a lead role category for Karna.From 1997 to 2005 he starred as the protagonist in India's first superhero series Shaktimaan which was produced by his own production house Bheeshm International. Nitish Bharadwaj is one of the most popular and successful faces of Indian entertainment industry. He became household name after playing the role of Lord Krishna in B.R. Chopra's epic television series Mahabharat (1988).
Born in Marathi Brahaman Bhardwaj gotra, before coming into the field of acting, Nitish was a professional veterinary surgeon and had worked as an assistant veterinarian at a racecourse in Mumbai; however, he left the job considering it a monotonous one. He started his arts career with his training in Marathi theatre as a director. He then moved on to professional Marathi theatre and later shifted to Hindi theatre. He later did a Hindi mythological play Chakravyuh, in which he reappears as Lord Krishna.
In 1988 Bharadwaj was selected to play the lead role of Lord Krishna in B. R. Chopra's classic television series Mahabharat (1988). He played the role at the age of 23 and became an overnight star. Later he also played lead roles in Chopra's 2 more mythological shows Vishnu Puran (2000) & Ramayan (2002).
Bharadwaj has starred in many Marathi & Hindi movies. In 2013 Bharadwaj made his film direction debut with a Marathi film titled Pithuran.

Mohammed Iqbal Khan was born as Mohammed Iqbal Khan youngest son to Mr & Mrs Mohammed Amin Khan. Iqbal's father served as an officer in the Indian Civil Service.
He is also known as Iqbal Khan in the Indian TV/Film Industry.
Born on 10th February 1980, the last of four siblings he spent his younger years in Srinagar, Kashmir.
