Fionnula Flanagan was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. From an early age she grew up speaking both English and Irish on a daily basis. Her parents weren't native Irish speakers but wanted Fionnula and her four siblings to learn the language. Her mother used to say, "A nation without a language is a nation without a soul". Fionnula has said she will be forever grateful to them for that. She was educated at the Abbey Theatre School in Dublin and in Switzerland. She moved to Los Angeles in 1968 and lives with her husband, psychiatrist Dr. Garrett O'Connor, in Beverly Hills. Of her enormous body of work, including stage, television and film, she might be most well-known for James Joyce's Women (1985), in which she plays six different women who had a profound influence on James Joyce's life. Besides giving an award-winning performance, she also wrote, adapted and produced the piece for the stage, and subsequently as a feature film. She believes Joyce is the most important writer in the English language, most notably for "Ulysses", "Finnegan's Wake" and "The Portrait of an Artist as a Young Man". When she was growing up she thought the much lauded author was a good friend of her parents, because they were always saying, "Joyce said this, Joyce said that". When she was finally old enough to read Joyce for herself, the characters were like old friends.- Actress

This clinic provides a full range of expert gynecologic and obstetric care to women. Since 1992, she has devoted her time to a second facility at UCLA - the Rhonda Fleming Mann Resource Center for Women with Cancer, which opened in early 1994. This Center is the fulfillment of her vision to create a safe, warm place where women cancer patients and their families might receive the highest quality psychosocial and emotional care as well as assistance with the complex practical problems that arise with cancer. In August 1997, the Center opened "Reflections", a unique retail store and consultation suite that carries wigs, head coverings, breast prostheses and other items to help men, women and children deal with the physical appearance changes brought on by cancer and its treatments. Renée Fleming was born on 14 February 1959 in Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA. She is an actress and producer, known for Now You See Me 2 (2016), Closer (2004) and The Shape of Water (2017). She has been married to Tim Jessell since 3 September 2011. She was previously married to Richard Lee Ross.- Comely auburn-haired, blue-eyed actress and dancer, an alumnus of the Ned Wayburn Academy in New York. A Ziegfeld Girl, she danced on Broadway in the Follies and in George White's Scandals. On the strength of this, she was offered a long-term Hollywood contract with Paramount. A publicity campaign for the quirky W.C. Fields romp Million Dollar Legs (1932) got her tagged as 'The Girl with the Million Dollar Legs' (that was indeed the amount her pegs were insured for). She played a 'Klopstokian' girl named Angela, but then, all Klopstokian girls were named Angela. Susan later appeared in rather less well-remembered roles for 20th Century Fox, RKO and Warner Brothers but essentially found film acting a bore, declaring in a 1995 interview that "It took forever to get the lights sorted out. I hated it!"
A chance meeting with legendary comedian Harpo Marx at a dinner party given by Samuel Goldwyn led to a four-year courtship and three marriage proposals (from her) until he finally accepted. Having happily left film acting behind, she became Susan F. Marx, followed the Marx Brothers wherever they went, cleaned Harpo's curly wigs and successfully raised their four adopted children. Harpo and Susan eventually retired to Palm Springs after their movie swan song Love Happy (1949)] in 1948, whereupon Susan devoted her life to local politics and philanthropic causes. - Actress

Anne Fletcher was born on 1 May 1966 in Detroit, Michigan, USA. She is a director and actress, known for The Proposal (2009), Step Up (2006) and Hairspray (2007).- Born in Birmingham, Alabama, to Episcopal minister Robert Fletcher and his wife Estelle, both of whom were deaf, Louise Fletcher was introduced to performing at a young age by the aunt who taught her to speak. After graduating from the University of North Carolina, she took a trip out west with her roommates, finding herself in Los Angeles without enough money to return home. She took a temporary job as a receptionist and signed up for acting classes at night. Soon she was working regularly in television and film, but after marrying producer Jerry Bick and having two sons, the actress took a long hiatus to raise her children.
Returning to work in 1974 in Robert Altman's Thieves Like Us (1974), Fletcher came to the attention of director Milos Forman, who was casting the difficult role of the nurse in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975). She won the role -- and then the Academy Award -- portraying deadly, inflexible Nurse Ratched, who has since become a cultural icon. Numerous film roles followed, including co-starring turns with Peter Falk in The Cheap Detective (1978) and with Richard Burton in Exorcist II: The Heretic (1977). Fletcher has appeared in a number of science fiction and horror classics such as Firestarter (1984), Brainstorm (1983), and Flowers in the Attic (1987).
Though she earned an Emmy Award nomination for her recurring role on Picket Fences (1992), Fletcher is perhaps best known to recent television audiences as Kai Winn from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1993) and as Nora Bloom from the cult classic VR.5 (1995). - Actress

Helen Flint was born on 14 January 1898 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. She was an actress, known for Midnight (1934), Ah Wilderness! (1935) and Blonde Trouble (1937). She was married to Harmon Spencer Auguste. She died on 9 September 1967 in Washington, District of Columbia, USA.- Jill Flint moved to New York when she was 17 and started taking acting classes. She studied at the William Esper Acting studio. She is an actress, known for Garden State (2004), The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) and The Women (2008). For a while, she appeared in Gossip Girl (2007) as Bex. Flint was married to Drew Conrad in 2014 and they divorced in 2019.
- She grew up in the US state of Utah. Flint then attended high school in Germany, where she graduated with a high school diploma. Her dream of becoming a doctor failed due to the numerus clausus. She initially worked as a photo model, waitress and beautician and completed three years of acting training at the Otto Falckenberg School. She appeared at various theaters, including the Munich Residenztheater. With good reviews, Katja Flint made the jump to film. In 1983 she had her first leading role in the post-war drama "Kolp" alongside Heiner Lauterbach. The film flopped with audiences, but was showered with praise from critics. This was followed by films such as "Forget Mozart", "Only Women, No Life", "The Democratic Terrorist" and "You'll Kill Me". The film "The Winners", directed by Dominik Graf, marked her breakthrough in 1994.
This was followed by the TV films "The Venus Killer" and "Silent Steps", which achieved high ratings. Flint became a new type of woman with an erotic charisma. In 1985 she married the actor Heiner Lauterbach. At the age of 38, she was named "The Most Beautiful Woman in Germany" by the magazine "Bunte". In 1995 she played in "The Girl Rosemarie", directed by Bernd Eichinger, with Nina Hoss and Heiner Lauterbach. In 1997, "Widows - First marriage, then pleasure" followed, directed by Sherry Hormann, with Ornella Muti, Eva Mattes, Martin Benrath and Uwe Ochsenknecht. However, some of her films were not exactly beneficial for her career. Examples of this were the stupid film "Voll normaaal" (1994) with Tom Gerhardt or "Ballermann 6" (1997). "Apartment for a Suicide" and "Vicky's Nightmare" followed in the same year.
In 1999 she appeared in front of the camera for Thomas Bohn's "Straight Shooter" with Heino Ferch, Dennis Hopper and Ulrich bother. In 2000 she portrayed the legendary actress and singer Marlene Dietrich in "Marlene" for producer Bernd Eichinger. The film won the Hollywood Film Award. A role in the over-the-top 2000 satire "Suck My Dick" did little to boost her popularity as a serious actress. In her private life, her marriage to fellow actor Heiner Lauterbach failed in 2001, and in 1988 her son Oskar was born from this relationship. The separation took place in 1991. From 2001 to 2006 she was the partner of the Austrian writer Peter Handke. In the cinema production "The White Masai" she played the alcoholic "Elisabeth". In 2007 she appeared in the comedy "Why Men Don't Listen and Women Park Badly" based on Leander Haußmann. In 2009 she appeared in front of the camera for "Beyond the Wall".
In 2012, Flint played the second leading role alongside Saskia Vester in the television film "Getting married is not a solution either". In 2018 she again received a leading crime scene role in the production "Der Turm". The TV film "My Mother's Friend" followed in 2019. - Margaret Flint was born on 13 September 1924 in St Martin-in-the-Fields, London, England, UK. She was an actress, known for The Wednesday Play (1964), ITV Play of the Week (1955) and A Pin to See the Peepshow (1973). She died on 3 July 1993 in Raynes Park, Merton, Surrey, England, UK.
- Lucy Lee Flippin is a multidimensional performer with a degree in theater, film production and oral interpretation from Northwestern University. She spent a year as an ice skater in a Holiday of Ice touring company before honing in on an acting career and later studied acting with Uta Hagen. Her acting career in New York City began with TV commercials and off-Broadway work, most notably Lincoln Center's 1975 production of A Midsummer Night's Dream (1935), in which she played Helena (opposite Richard Gere as Demetrius). The play closed after a two-month stretch. At one point or another the actress moved to Los Angeles at the advice of her agent and made her television debut in The Bob Newhart Show (1972) and was later cast as Fran Castleberry, the title character's younger sister in Flo (1980), and as the schoolteacher Eliza Jane Wilder in Little House on the Prairie (1974). After having contributed her talent to several television and film projects throughout the years, she retired in 2008.

American leading lady, briefly prominent on screen during the 80s and 90's. Blond, gray-eyed Darlanne (whose not very Hollywood-sounding birth name literally translates to 'wing' in German) began her career in 1974 as a model with the Eileen Ford and Zoli Agencies in New York. Seven year later, though very much a success in this most competitive industry (earning $300 per hour) she decided, that, at 25, she "was washed up as a model". Determined to make a serious go of becoming an actress, Darlanne's early film roles instead suggested inevitable typecasting as high fashion models, accentuating allure factor rather than acting ability. As it turned out, more promising offers did come her way, beginning with a role as the chief love interest in Roger Corman's cultish space opera Battle Beyond the Stars (1980). She was then briefly featured as Robert De Niro's girlfriend Eve, the first person murdered in Once Upon a Time in America (1984), followed by a grittier role as a junkie/police informant in To Live and Die in L.A. (1985). Between 1986 and 1991, Darlanne derived her primary source of income from the small screen where she found an appreciative audience playing Julie Torello, the wife of Dennis Farina's tough 1960s Chicago cop in Crime Story (1986) and Lacey Marseille in season three of Wiseguy (1987). She took over the female lead in season seven of Hunter (1984), but, given 'creative differences' between her and co-star Fred Dryer , she wanted to quit the show and her character was killed off after twelve episodes. Darlanne's career then gradually lost direction and she retired from acting in the mid-90s. Between 2002 and 2007, she held a position as a college professor teaching drama and production at the University of Central Florida film faculty.- Edna Flugrath was born on 30 December 1892 in Brooklyn, New York, USA. Born in New York City to legendary screen star Henry Fonda and Ontario-born New York socialite Frances Seymour Brokaw, Jane Seymour Fonda was destined early to an uncommon and influential life in the limelight. Although she initially showed little inclination to follow her father's trade, she was prompted by Joshua Logan to appear with her father in the 1954 Omaha Community Theatre production of "The Country Girl". Her interest in acting grew after meeting Lee Strasberg in 1958 and joining the Actors Studio. Her screen debut in Tall Story (1960) (directed by Logan) marked the beginning of a highly successful and respected acting career highlighted by two Academy Awards for her performances in Klute (1971) and Coming Home (1978), and five Oscar nominations for Best Actress in They Shoot Horses, Don't They? (1969), Julia (1977), The China Syndrome (1979), The Morning After (1986) and On Golden Pond (1981), which was the only film she made with her father. Her professional success contrasted with her personal life, which was often laden with scandal and controversy. Her appearance in several risqué movies (including Barbarella (1968)) by then-husband Roger Vadim was followed by what was to become her most debated and controversial period: her espousal of anti-establishment causes and especially her anti-war activities during the Vietnam War. Her political involvement continued with fellow activist and husband Tom Hayden in the late 1970s and early 1980s. In the 1980s she started the aerobic exercise craze with the publication of the "Jane Fonda's Workout Book". She and Hayden divorced, and she married broadcasting mogul Ted Turner in 1991.- Olga Tchakova (known professionally as Olga Fonda) is a Russian-American film and television actress and model. She is also known for her role as Nadia Petrova in The Vampire Diaries (2013-2014).
While vacationing in Los Angeles, California, Fonda was scouted by agent Paul Fisher to pursue modeling, her longtime ambition. After acting in TV commercials, she played a Russian ballerina in the 2009 independent film Love Hurts.
Fonda, who has modeled since at least 2007 in Japan, Italy and the United States, went on to appear in television series including How I Met Your Mother, Nip/Tuck, Melrose Place, and Entourage, and played Owen Wilson's girlfriend in a nonspeaking role in Little Fockers. She was cast in the 2011 romantic-comedy Crazy, Stupid, Love, though her scene did not make the final cut; she does appear in the film's trailer.
In 2010, Fonda was cast in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. She had a supporting role in 2011's Real Steel. She played Nadia in The Vampire Diaries. In 2018, she was cast in the role of Sarah in the Netflix series Altered Carbon.
In 2012, Olga appeared in television commercials for the related companies TJ Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods TV. Fonda was cast in Agent X, appearing opposite Sharon Stone.
She is unrelated to the Fonda acting family and has said her reason for adopting that stage name "started as a mystery, [and so] I'm going to keep it a mystery. There's really nothing to it but maybe one day I'll tell the story of how I got my name."
Fonda supports the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital after being introduced to the charity by Jason Thomas Gordon, who started a campaign for the hospital called, Music Gives to St. Jude Kids.
She is also a supporter of The Heroes Project, which was founded by Tim Medvetz to help wounded veterans. - Actress

Born Joan de Beauvoir de Havilland on October 22, 1917, in Tokyo, Japan, in what was known as the International Settlement, to British parents, Lilian Augusta (Ruse), a former actress, and Walter Augustus de Havilland, an English professor and patent attorney. Her paternal grandfather's family was from Guernsey in the Channel Islands. Her father had a lucrative practice in Japan, but due to Joan and older sister Olivia de Havilland's recurring ailments the family moved to California in the hopes of improving their health. Mrs. de Havilland and the two girls settled in Saratoga while their father went back to his practice in Japan. Joan's parents did not get along well and divorced soon afterward. Mrs. de Havilland had a desire to be an actress but her dreams were curtailed when she married, but now she hoped to pass on her dream to Olivia and Joan. While Olivia pursued a stage career, Joan went back to Tokyo, where she attended the American School. In 1934 she came back to California, where her sister was already making a name for herself on the stage. Joan likewise joined a theater group in San Jose and then Los Angeles to try her luck there. After moving to L.A., Joan adopted the name of Joan Burfield because she didn't want to infringe upon Olivia, who was using the family surname.
She tested at MGM and gained a small role in No More Ladies (1935), but she was scarcely noticed and Joan was idle for a year and a half. During this time she roomed with Olivia, who was having much more success in films. In 1937, this time calling herself Joan Fontaine, she landed a better role as Trudy Olson in You Can't Beat Love (1937) and then an uncredited part in Quality Street (1937). Although the next two years saw her in better roles, she still yearned for something better. In 1940 she garnered her first Academy Award nomination for Rebecca (1940). Although she thought she should have won, (she lost out to Ginger Rogers in Kitty Foyle (1940)), she was now an established member of the Hollywood set. She would again be Oscar-nominated for her role as Lina McLaidlaw Aysgarth in Suspicion (1941), and this time she won. Joan was making one film a year but choosing her roles well. In 1942 she starred in the well-received This Above All (1942).
The following year she appeared in The Constant Nymph (1943). Once again she was nominated for the Oscar, she lost out to Jennifer Jones in The Song of Bernadette (1943). By now it was safe to say she was more famous than her older sister and more fine films followed. In 1948, she accepted second billing to Bing Crosby in The Emperor Waltz (1948). Joan took the year of 1949 off before coming back in 1950 with September Affair (1950) and Born to Be Bad (1950). In 1951 she starred in Paramount's Darling, How Could You! (1951), which turned out badly for both her and the studio and more weak productions followed.
Absent from the big screen for a while, she took parts in television and dinner theaters. She also starred in many well-produced Broadway plays such as Forty Carats and The Lion in Winter. Her last appearance on the big screen was The Witches (1966) and her final appearance before the cameras was Good King Wenceslas (1994). She is, without a doubt, a lasting movie icon.- Élodie Fontan was born on 9 July 1987 in Bondy, Seine-Saint-Denis, France. She is an actress, known for Serial Bad Weddings (2014), La Parisienne (2017) and City Hunter (2018).
- Lynn Fontanne was a British actress of French and Irish descent. She spend most of her acting career in the United States, and she is considered among the great leading ladies of American theatre. She formed an acting duo with her husband Alfred Lunt (1892-1977). Fontanne had few film roles, but was once nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress.
Fontanne was born in Woodford, Essex in 1887, which was at the time a suburb of London with an ever-growing population. Woodford was annexed to Greater London in 1965 as part of an administrative reform. It is currently part of the London Borough of Redbridge. Fontanne's parents were Jules Fontanne (of French descent) and Frances Ellen Thornley (of Irish descent).
Fontanne first gained fame in 1921, at the age of 34. She portrayed the protagonist character Dulcy in the farce play "Dulcy" by George Simon Kaufman (1889-1961) and Marc Connelly (1890-1980), and won acclaim as a comedy actress. She became known for her witty roles, and had roles specifically written for her by Samuel Nathaniel Behrman (1893-1973), Robert Emmet Sherwood (1896-1955), and Noël Coward (1899-1973).
Fontanne enjoyed further success with a leading dramatic role in "Strange Interlude" (1928) by Eugene O'Neill (1888-1953). Fontanne portrayed protagonist Nina Leeds, a woman who lost her original fiance in World War play. The grieving Nina then engages in a series of affairs, before marrying "amiable fool" Sam Evans. She is aware that madness runs in the Evans family, so she has a child with a lover and has Sam acknowledge it as his own. She then maintains secret affairs for the next twenty years, while still posing as a loving wife. Due to its content, the play was considered controversial in the 1920s, but it was a hit.
Fontanne made her film debut in the romantic comedy "Second Youth". She had her greatest success in the medium with the comedy "The Guardsman" (1931). In the film, a jealous husband creates a second identity to seduce his wife. Fontanne played the wife, who recognizes her husband but decides to play along. Fontanne was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress for this role, but the Award was instead won by rival actress Helen Hayes (1900-1993).
Fontanne's most notable theatrical success in the 1930s was the risque play "Design for Living" (1933), involving bisexuality and a ménage à trois. Fontanne continued performing as a stage actress until her official retirement in 1958. During her last year as a stage actress, Fontanne and Lunt introduced their new theatrical house, Lunt-Fontanne Theatre.
Fontanne continued appearing regularly in television until the mid-1960s. She received an Emmy Award for her role in "The Magnificent Yankee" (1965), and was nominated for a second one for her role as Maria Feodorovna (1847-1928) in "Anastasia" (1967). Fontanne received the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1964.
Fontane continued living in retirement until 1983, residing in her summer home "Ten Chimneys" in Genesee Depot, Wisconsin. She was 95-years-old at the time of her death, one of the oldest living actresses. Following her death, Ten chimneys was converted to a house museum and social center for American theater. - Actress

Peggy Hookham was always destined to be a dancer. Her Brazilian/Irish mother groomed her for stardom from almost as soon as she could walk. When she was aged 8 her father's work took the family to Shanghai. Peggy and her Mother returned to the UK when she was 14. Her father stayed in Shanghai and was interned by the Japanese for the duration of the war. Young Peggy was enrolled with the Royal Ballet School just when they were looking for a young British dancer to groom as the new Prima Ballerina. Until then all leading dancers in Britain had been Russian or French. Part of the grooming process was to change her name to Margot Fonteyn. Her most influential coach was Tamara Karsavina in London. Fonteyn also regarded her teacher Olga Preobrajenska, a disciple of George Balanchine. Fontain herself worked with George Balanchine as he staged and choreographed ballet for Sadler's Wells. She soon showed the natural talents and dedication required of a Prima Ballerina and after many wonderful performances at Sadler's Wells she went with the Royal Ballet on their 1949 American tour. Her performance as Princess Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty on their opening night in NYC wowed the critics and fans alike. Her performance set a new standard for the role. Success followed success and she was soon to become the most famous and most successful ballerina in the world. But one thing eluded her. She fell in love with composer / conductor Constant Lambert but he decided in favor of another. She then fell for playboy Roberto "Tito" Arias. He was a Panamanian delegate to the U.N. and the son of a powerful Panamanian family that had fallen out of political favor. Despite his reputation the couple were married at the Panamanian Consulate in Paris in February 1955. Whilst Margot continued her successful career, she was made a Dame of the Order of the British Empire in 1956, Tito planned an armed invasion of Panama City to try to win back some of the power he felt was rightfully his. Margot joined him but the invasion was a total failure. In 1962 Margot was thinking of retirement (she was 43) from ballet when she met Rudolf Nureyev who had fled from the Soviet Union. Young Rudolf Nureyev revitalized Margot and led to some of her most wonderful performances. In 1964, just when Margot was thinking about divorcing him, Tito was shot five times and from then he was paralyzed from the neck down. Margot flew to his side and from then on was his nurse as well as the wife he had never let her be before. Although she knew how he had had many affairs she dedicated the rest of her life to him. It was mainly because of the money she needed to care for Tito that she kept dancing long after most dancers would have retired. She attracted some bad publicity by performing in apartheid South Africa and in the Chile run by the military dictators. As a dancer she made her last appearance in Nureyev's 1979 summer season, and in February 1986 (aged 66) she appeared on stage for the last time, as 'The Queen' in "The Sleeping Beauty", for the Birmingham Royal Ballet in Miami. She subsequently retired to Panama where she and Tito ran a cattle stud. When Tito died in 1989 Margot discovered that he had mortgaged their farm and she had to auction all her jewelry to pay for her own medical care for the newly discovered cancer. Dame Margot died on February 21st 1991. She was buried in the Arias family plot in Panama beside her Tito.- Actress

At age 12, young June was already doing "old lady" voices. She had the good fortune of having a speech teacher who also had a radio program in the Springfield area. This teacher became her mentor, and added June to the cast of her show. Eventually her family moved to Los Angeles, where she continued in radio. By age fifteen, she was writing her own show for children, "Lady Makebelieve", in which she also provided voices. June dabbled in both on-camera acting and voice work, but was particularly talented in voice characterizations, dialects and accents. Just like Daws Butler, one of her later co-stars, she was a "voice magician" and worked steadily in radio from the 1930s into the 1950s.
June branched out from radio and began providing voices for cartoon characters. In the 1940s, she provided the voices for a live-action series of shorts, "Speaking of Animals", in which she dubbed in voices for real on-screen animals, a task she was to repeat many years later in an episode of The Magical World of Disney (1954). In the late 1940s June, Stan Freberg, Daws Butler, Pinto Colvig and many others recorded hundreds of children's and adult albums for Capitol Records. Her female characterizations on these records ran the entire gamut from little girls to middle-aged women, old ladies, dowagers and witches. No one seemed to be able to do these same voices with the warmth, energy and sparkle that June did.
In the 1950s June's star in animation not only began to rise but soared when Walt Disney sought her out and hired her to do the voice of Lucifer the cat in Cinderella (1950). The Disney organization continued to use June many times over, well into the 21st century. Warner Brothers also hired her to replace Bea Benaderet and do all of its "Looney Tunes" and "Merrie Melodies" cartoons. June has done many incidental characters for Warners, but her most famous voice has been that of Granny (in the "Tweety and Sylvester" series). Unfortunately, since Mel Blanc's contract called for exclusive voice credit on these cartoons, June never received credit for all the voices she did. During this time she also appeared on [error].
In 1957, Jay Ward met with June to discuss her voicing the characters of "Rocky the Flying Squirrel" and "Natasha Fatale" in a cartoon series. On November 19, 1959, the show debuted as The Bullwinkle Show (1959), later changing its name to The Bullwinkle Show (1959). June provided many other voices for this show, especially its "side shows" such as "Fractured Fairy Tales" and "Aesop and Son". She did fewer voices for the "Peabody's Improbable History" segment, but she did appear in at least three of those episodes. After the show had been successful for a few years, Ward added one of its most popular segments, "Dudley Do-Right of the Mounties". June was a regular in this side show as Dudley's girlfriend Nell Fenwick.
Since Ward used June exclusively for nearly all his female voices, he showcased her talents as no other producer had before. June missed out on doing voices for three of the show's "Fractured Fairy Tales" because she could not reschedule some bookings to do recording work with Stan Freberg, so Julie Bennett filled in for her on those occasions. Dorothy Scott--co-producer Bill Scott's wife--also filled in for June a few times for "Peabody's Improbable History". Her collaboration with Ward made her incredibly famous, and "Rocky the Flying Squirrel" became her signature voice. To this day June regularly wears a necklace with the figure of Rocky sculpted by her niece Lauren Marems.
Ward later produced two other cartoon series, Hoppity Hooper (1964) and George of the Jungle (1967). June's appearances on "Hoppity Hooper" were limited to the segments of "Fractured Fairy Tales", "Dudley Do-Right" and "Peabody" that aired during its run. On "Fractured Fairy Tales" June did a whole montage of voices similar to those from her Capitol Records days. Her witch voices were so incredibly funny and magnificently done that Disney and Warner Brothers tapped her to provide that same voice for the character of Witch Hazel. She was once again the lone female voice artist, this time on "George of the Jungle". Included on that show were the "Super Chicken" and "Tom Slick" side shows.
In the 1960s, June lost out to Bea Benaderet when she auditioned for the voice of "Betty Rubble" on The Flintstones (1960). June appeared numerous times during the decade in holiday specials such as Frosty the Snowman (1969) and The Little Drummer Boy (1968)). In the 1960s and 1970s, June dubbed in voices for full-length live-action feature films many times. Jay Ward and Bill Scott also had her dub in dialogue for silent movies in their non-animated series Fractured Flickers (1963).
In the early 1970s, June tried her hand at puppetry. She became the voice of an elephant, an aardvark and a giraffe on Curiosity Shop (1971). Around this time she also recorded various voices for the road shows of "Disney on Parade", which toured the US and Europe for several years.
She acted on-camera occasionally over the years, primarily on talk shows, game shows and documentaries; in the early years of The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson (1962), she performed a 13-week stint as a little Mexican girl. However, June had said that she prefers to record behind the scenes because she jokingly said "She can earn more money in less time."

Brenda Forbes was best known for her distinguished career on Broadway, where she first made an indelible impression as Elizabeth Barrett (Katharine Cornell)'s maid Wilson in 'The Barretts of Wimpole Street' (1935). Born to a theatrical family, Brenda left her native England while in her teens to join her mother (Mary Forbes), who already worked in Hollywood as a character actress.
After making her stage bow at the Vine Street Theatre, she went on to Broadway playing quintessential British parts in classical plays such as 'Pride and Prejudice' and 'My Fair Lady' (in 1976, as Mrs. Higgins). In 1967, she was nominated for a Tony Award for 'The Loves of Cass McGuire', and, in 1975, for a Joseph Jefferson Award as Best Actress in a Principal Role for 'The Sea' at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago.
Brenda was also acclaimed for her satirical performances in revue, but neither her comedic flair nor her eccentric characterizations came to the fore during her desultory motion picture carer. She only made six films in the course of nine years, including two big budget productions at MGM (Mrs. Miniver (1942) and The White Cliffs of Dover (1944)); the roles were small, i.e. as maids or nurses. In the 1950s, she returned to the celluloid medium in meatier roles, albeit as a character actress, and on the small screen. She appeared three times opposite Katharine Hepburn in made-for-TV movies.- Mary Forbes was born on 1 January 1883 in Hornsey, Middlesex [now in Haringey, London], England, UK. Anitra began her career in the 60s as a model. She made her film debut in an uncredited small role as a model in "The Love Machine." Ford gave a funny and spirited performance as cheery and sassy free-spirited nymphomaniac actress Terry Rich in Jack Hill's delightful babes-behind-bars romp "The Big Bird Cage." Anitra was likewise excellent and impressive as the alluring Dr. Susan Harris in the fantastic drive-in exploitation classic "Invasion of the Bee Girls." She made a brief, but effective appearance as Burt Reynolds' bitchy rich girlfriend Melissa Gaines in Robert Aldrich's terrific "The Longest Yard." Dorothy Ford was born April 4, 1922 and raised in San Francisco and Santa Barbara, California, as well as in Tucson, Arizona. During school she appeared in several pageants, and after graduation went into modeling. Standing 6'2" and with measurements of 38-26-38-1/2, she was a natural for photographic work.
Her first job was in San Francisco when Billy Rose cast her in his "Aquacade", along with Johnny Weissmuller, and she was an Earl Carroll showgirl, appearing in various revues including "Something to Shout About" and "Star Spangled Glamour". Ford caught the attention of casting agents, and made her screen debut as a model in Lady in the Dark (1944). MGM put her under contract in 1943, casting her in two musicals, Thousands Cheer (1943) (with Red Skelton) and Broadway Rhythm (1944). Her other appearances that year included Two Girls and a Sailor (1944), Meet the People (1944), Bathing Beauty (1944) and The Thin Man Goes Home (1944). She was seen in The Picture of Dorian Gray (1945) as part of an onscreen performing act and in King Vidor's An American Romance (1944) before she left MGM in 1945.
Dorothy studied at the Actors' Lab, the West Coast version of New York City's Group Theater. She had a much fuller role in her Universal Pictures' debut with Bud Abbott and Lou Costello in Here Come the Co-eds (1945), which finally gave her a chance to really act. Playing the captain of a women's basketball team appearing as ringers in a college game, she exuded a bold confidence as well as a shy streak, and stole every scene she was in. She briefly returned to modeling in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as part of South America's first post-war fashion show. It was there that she met Gen. Mark W. Clark, who testified that "this is the first girl I've ever seen who could go bear hunting armed with a switch."
In 1946, she returned to MGM and appeared in Love Laughs at Andy Hardy (1946), playing a co-ed who doesn't have a date for the college dance and is unexpectedly matched up with Mickey Rooney. The height difference between Ford and the 5'2" Rooney made for laughs at the homecoming dance, which was the highlight of the film. This was her first major role to play off her height; she wore four-inch heels and publicity stills from the studio listed her height as 6'6". By that time she was often referred to in press releases as a "Glamazon". She was outspoken in advising other tall women that "if nature has made you tall, then be good and tall." During the 1940s, when actresses between 5'8" and 5'10", such as Maureen O'Hara, Ingrid Bergman, Alexis Smith, Angela Lansbury, and Marie Windsor, were regarded as formidable, Ford -- at 6'2" and 145 pounds -- was regarded as one of the most striking women in Hollywood.
Ford appeared in a New York stage production of "The Big People" (which played off her height in a positive way). In 1948, she was back in Hollywood in an unusual independently-made anthology film, On Our Merry Way (1948). In 1949, she was cast in John Ford's 3 Godfathers (1948) playing the potential love interest of John Wayne. That same year she married James Sterling in Las Vegas. However, just over a month later she obtained an annulment in Ventura, California on the grounds that they were both drunk at the time. Her Superior Court suit said the two never lived together after the rites and that she didn't know she was a bride until two days after the ceremony. Sterling did not contest the suit.
As the 1950s began, Ford's career slowed down and her biggest role of the decade came in the Abbott & Costello fantasy-comedy, Jack and the Beanstalk (1952). Evidently, Costello liked Ford and appreciated her sense of humor, because he later included her in an episode of The Abbott and Costello Show (1952). She made various television appearances throughout the 1950s, including "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet" and "The Red Skelton Show". In April 1952, aged 30, she married Thomas B. Chambers, an automobile sales manager and tennis star. In 1953, she became pregnant, but was hospitalized after losing the baby. She and Chambers divorced the following year.
After an appearance in The Bowery Boys vehicle Feudin' Fools (1952), Ford's screen career started to wind down, but her remaining roles were in some surprisingly high-visibility films. John Wayne cast her in a small role in The High and the Mighty (1954) as a glamour girl with her hooks into 'Phil Harris', and Billy Wilder used her in the opening segment of The Seven Year Itch (1955). Dorothy appeared in several lower-budget films over the next few years, then faded out of movies in 1962 but remained involved with the movie business even after giving up acting, joining MGM as a technician in the studio's film lab in 1965. She was married for 30 years to actor Mike Ragan (born Hollis Alan Bane); they retired to Marina Del Rey, California until his death in 1995. She died in Canoga Park, California on October 15, 2010 at the age of 88.- Actress

Her classic beauty, combined with wit and comedic talent, earned Ford five Emmy nominations and two consecutive Golden Globe Award nominations for her ten-year portrayal of reporter 'Corky Sherwood' on the CBS series "Murphy Brown." Prior to Murphy Brown, Ford landed a reoccurring role playing a fumbling secretary named Janine on "Thirtysomething". Ford also starred in the ABC hit comedy series "Hope & Faith" with Kelly Ripa for three seasons and later co-starred opposite Fred Goss and Jerry O'Connell in the ABC comedy series, "Carpoolers." Ford has a wide range of guest starring roles, from "My Name is Earl", "Criminal Minds" to "The Middle" and also co-starred opposite Vin Diesel in Touchstone Pictures' "The Pacifier, " and "Prom." Ford has starred in several TV movies, ABC Family's "Mom's on Strike", NBC/Walmart movie "Field of Vision", Hallmark movies, "A Kiss at Midnight", "Trading Christmas" and "The Bridge 1 and 2" along with Lifetime movies, "Sorority Wars" and 2017' "Christmas in Mississippi." Faith co-starred and produced a feature thriller, "Escapee", starring Dominic Purcell and Christine Evangelista along with producing the well-received short films, "Citation of Merit" and "The Day I Finally Decided to Kill Myself". In addition to her acting career, Ford made her writing debut in 2004 with an exciting cookbook, "Cooking With Faith", co-written with Melissa Clark. This multi-generational Southern cookbook draws on Ford's childhood in Louisiana where she learned how to cook down-home food at the knees of her Grandmother and Mother. Along with the traditional family recipes, the cookbook includes updated healthier versions sprinkled with familiar anecdotes of good ole' Southern hospitality and charm. Ford never forgot her roots being raised in the quiet community of Pineville, Louisiana. In high school, Faith acted in school plays, and in her senior year she was a finalist in Teen Magazine's annual model search. Faith moved to New York City when she was 17 where she worked in commercials, took acting classes, and did some modeling. Ford was 18 when she landed a role on the soap "Another World," and later "One Life to Live." Faith continues to act and produce films and television.- Actress

Raven-haired Carol Forman's main claim to fame is the fact that she was one of the first villainesses in serials. There were a few during the silent era, but they were mainly of the regal, imperious type; Carol Forman was not afraid to use her considerable attractiveness to bamboozle the poor saps who tried to stop her nefarious plans for world domination, to steal atomic secrets, or whatever she had up her sleeve.
Alabama-born and raised, she had wanted to become an actress since childhood, and took every dramatic class and appeared in every play she could while in school. Soon after graduating high school she set out for Hollywood, after her mother had made arrangements for her to board with a singing teacher and study with her. She also took drama lessons and took up with a theatrical company.
While performing in one of the company's plays, she was spotted by director John Berry, who gave her a part in his RKO film From This Day Forward (1946). She did such a good job that the studio put her under contract, but she left after a year.
It was in 1947 that she essayed the role for which she is best-remembered: Spider Woman in Republic's The Black Widow (1947). Republic immediately assigned her to other "bad girl" parts, but she turned them down, not wanting to be pigeonholed in serials. She freelanced for a while, doing a few westerns and a Columbia serial, then returned to Republic for her turn as the villainous "Nila" in Federal Agents vs. Underworld, Inc. (1949).
After a few more westerns and another serial for Columbia, though, she basically retired from the screen and turned to work in TV series, theatrical plays and television commercials.- Actress

Soon unemployed, she worked in small roles until she teamed with Ida Lupino, who was producing and directing small films at the time, and Sally was cast in the lead role of Not Wanted (1949). The picture was a critical and commercial success, and Sally also received critical acclaim for her role. After appearing in a few more Lupino movies, including Never Fear (1950), Sally returned to MGM, where she was cast in movies with stars such as Boris Karloff and Red Skelton. When her husband, Milo O. Frank Jr., moved to New York, she went with him. There, she worked in summer stock and on Broadway in the stage play "The Seven Year Itch". An Ontario native, Actress Amy Forsyth's love for performing arts began with ballet at her local dance studio in Stouffville, a small town Northeast of Toronto. She later transitioned to musical theatre and following ten years of performing, signed with an agent to explore film and television.
In 2018, Amy starred in CBS Studios' horror film Hell Fest (2018), directed by Paranormal Activity's Gregory Plotkin. It's a film about a masked serial killer who turns a horror-themed amusement park into his own personal Halloween slaughterhouse. Amy will also be seen in a supporting role alongside Steve Carrell and Timothée Chalamet in the Plan B film Beautiful Boy (2018), in which Amy plays a teenage drug addict who Carrell enlists to help him find his missing son. It is set to premiere October 12th.
Amy's passions for musical theater and television recently merged in the form of a series regular role in NBC's critically-acclaimed series "RISE", playing Gwen Strickland, the queen bee of Stanton High School's theatre department. Amy also starred in the second season of Syfy's "Channel Zero", based on popular creepypastas with self-contained seasons similar to American Horror Story. Until recently she was best known for her role alongside Aaron Paul and Hugh Dancy in Hulu's "The Path" playing Ashley Fields.- A tall, willowy, highly attractive blonde, Canadian leading lady Rosemary Forsyth was born in Montreal on July 6, 1943, who moved to New York at age 5 with her divorced mother who found work as a model. Rosemary was keen on the idea of acting and studied drama both in high school. Inspired by her mother, she became a teenage model and attended the Wynn Handman Drama School.
In the mid 1960s, Rosemary attracted the attention of Universal and was groomed for TV and films. The soft, demure beauty with a similar classic elegance and resemblance to Grace Kelly showed quite a bit of promise amid the rugged surroundings as the young ingénue or romantic co-star to a number of top male veterans. James Stewart in Shenandoah (1965) (for which she earned a Golden Globe nomination for "Promising Newcomer"), Charlton Heston in The War Lord (1965), and both Dean Martin and Alain Delon in Texas Across the River (1966) all utilized her services in their respective films.
Marrying actor Michael Tolan in 1966, Rosemary took a leave of absence from filming to have their child, daughter Alexandra. While the occasion, of course, was a joyous and fulfilling one, it managed to put a damper on her career. She returned to filming with the so-so film Where It's At (1969) starring Robert Drivas and the very mediocre Dick Van Dyke comedy vehicle Some Kind of a Nut (1969), never quite reaching the peak prior to her maternity time off.
Rosemary showed up regularly on the small screen, however, in a slew of standard 70s TV-movies and episodic guest roles. On daytime, she took over the role of Laura Horton on Days of Our Lives (1965) from 1976-1980 and also had regular, albeit brief, parts on Santa Barbara (1984) and General Hospital (1963).
In recent years, she has popped up as more and arch matron types on such popular shows as Monk (2002), NYPD Blue (1993), and Without a Trace (2002). She also appeared in several films, often as mom or various professional types, including the crime comedy Exit to Eden (1994), the music dramedy Girl (1998), the dark drama Valerie Flake (1999) and the sci-fi horror Ghosts of Mars (2001). She made her last appearances to date on TV with "Providence," "Boston Public," "Monk," "NYPD Blue" and "Without a Trace," having been last seen featured in the tender family-oriented TV movie Sweet Nothing in My Ear (2008) starring Jeff Daniels and Marlee Matlin.
Rosemary divorced actor/husband Tolan in 1970 and married and divorced twice more..
