Composer Klaus Badelt started his musical career writing and producing music for dozens of highly successful movies and commercials in his native Germany. In 1998, Oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer invited him to move his musical home to Media Ventures in Santa Monica, CA. Since then, Klaus has composed scores on his own film and television projects as well as collaborating with Zimmer and other composers.
Working with Zimmer, Badelt contributed music to the Oscar-nominated scores for Ridley Scott's Gladiator (2000), Terrence Malick's The Thin Red Line (1998) and Dreamworks' The Prince of Egypt (1998). Klaus collaborated with Zimmer on the music for Mission: Impossible II (2000) with producer Tom Cruise and director John Woo, Ridley Scott's Hannibal (2001) and Jerry Bruckheimer/Michael Bay's Pearl Harbor (2001). He also co-wrote the score to Sean Penn's The Pledge (2001) with Zimmer.
Klaus recently completed the scores for Werner Herzog's Invincible (2001) (Tim Roth). Dreamworks' The Time Machine (2002) (Guy Pearce and Jeremy Irons) and independent film Manfast (2003). Also in 2002, Badelt scored the independent feature Teknolust (2002) (Tilda Swinton and Jeremy Davies) followed by Miramax/Dimension Films' upcoming feature Equilibrium (2002) (Christian Bale, Sean Bean, Taye Diggs).
In summer of 2002, Badelt completed the music to Paramount's K-19: The Widowmaker (2002). The world-renowned Kirov Orchestra, under the baton of Valery Gergiev, was recorded in Washington, DC's Constitution Hall for the powerful score. Director Kathryn Bigelow's film tells the tale of nuclear calamity aboard a Russian sub, with Harrison Ford and Liam Neeson portraying two conflicted Russian naval captains under deadly circumstances.
Badelt recently finished the score for The Recruit (2003), directed by Roger Donaldson and starring Al Pacino, Colin Farrell, and Bridget Moynahan. It is scheduled for release in January 2003. In October 2002, Klaus is writing the score for Basic (2003), directed by John McTiernan and starring John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson.- Actress

The daughter of a police officer and a social worker and the middle of three siblings, Déborah François was cast by the Dardenne brothers in L'enfant in 2005 while she was in high school. Between the ages of 10 to 16 François had taken acting classes but she did not expect to make acting her career. L'enfant won the Palme d'Or in Cannes 2005 and François was praised for her sensitive portrayal of Sonia, the young mother of the film.
Déborah François returned to Cannes in 2006 for the presentation of The Page Turner in Un Certain Regard category. The film's director, Denis Dercourt, who is also a musician, commented "I used to teach music to child prodigies, and Déborah reminds me of those; she's a child prodigy." In 2008 she received a César for Most Promising Actress for The First Day of the Rest of Your Life in which she played the teenage daughter of a family.
François's early promise has see her make many films since that display her talent and versatility. Presently she lives in Paris and is engaged to Victor, a director of photography.- Touted as a rebel, Duvauchelle seem to be one of the most promising young actors in France and Europe. While studying to become a pharmacy employee, he was discovered in a boxing club in Paris. After some auditions, he starred in Le petit voleur (1999), and many other films such as Snowboarder (2003), an action movie, and Trouble Every Day (2001) with 'Beatrice Dalle'. Flashback to Paris, 5 May, 1958. Aurélien Recoing, son of the puppeteer Alain Recoing, is born. He begins training to be an actor in 1974 at the Cours Florent, as well as studying at the Quartier d'Ivry. In 1977, the actor-in-training, who speaks fluent English as well as a little Russian, joins the Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique in Paris, where he studies under Jean-Pierre Miquel and Antoine Vitez. He appears in more than 30 plays, as well as directing stage performances of works by Thomas Bernhard, Fernando Pessoa and Paul Claudel. In 1989, he receives the Prix Gérard Philipe. In 1980, Aurélien Recoing takes his first steps into the world of cinema, in "Exploits of a Young Don Juan". Finding that art-house cinema appeals to him, he works with Garrel on "Emergency Kisses", and with Laurence Ferreira Barbosa on "Modern Life". The actor rises to fame in 2001 thanks to Laurent Cantet's "Time Out" (Time Out (2001)), in which he plays a man who invents a false life to avoid having to tell his friends and family that he has been fired from his job. A rising star in French cinema, this young actor has received three nominations at the César, the highest Awards in the French Film Industry. He was born June 17, 1986 in Evry, in Essonne. As a schoolboy, he took acting classes displaying an early interest in comedy. It was a chance casting at age 15 for the main role of The Devils (2002) that brought him to notice. Jack Reynor is an award-winning American actor who co-starred opposite Florence Pugh in A24's breakout summer 2019 hit, MIDSOMMAR, directed by Ari Aster. Most recently, he was seen in Anthony and Joe Russo's American crime drama film, CHERRY, opposite Tom Holland.
The multi-hyphenate talent wrote and directed a short film, BAINNE, starring Will Poulter, which won the Best First Short Drama Award at the Galway Film Festival. Jessica Woodworth is a Belgian-American fiction film director and screenwriter based in Belgium. Barnaby Southcombe studied French and History of Art at University College London where he became involved in theatre. Upon graduation he directed an adaptation of Harold Pinter's 'Betrayal' at the Studio des Champs Elysées in Paris.
He then participated in the NYU S.C.E film program where he wrote and directed his first short films which led to him working for Film and TV company Communicado in Auckland, New Zealand. Moving back to London he segued into music video and commercials production before getting his directing break in TV drama with cult teen show 'As If' for Channel 4. He subsequently directed 'Teachers' also for Channel 4, launched MTV's first foray into fiction with the dope opera: 'Top Buzzer' and directed the pilot episode for 'Waterloo Road', an award-winning peak time drama for BBC1, amongst several other shows.
Barnaby wrote and directed his first feature film 'I, Anna' starring Charlotte Rampling, Gabriel Byrne, Hayley Atwell and Eddie Marsan which premiered at the Berlin Film Festival in 2012. It is a noir thriller adapted from the novel of the same name by Elsa Lewin. It received the audience award at Vancouver, was in Official competition in Shanghai Film Festival and received a Best Actress Nomination for Charlotte Rampling at the Evening Standard British Film Awards.

Together with Maarten Van Cauwenberghe she founded Voetvolk in 2006 and in 2007 they premiered with their first creation Forever Overhead. In 2008 Lisbeth danced with Melanie Lane in a creation by Arco Renz. That year she also had a leading role in Lost Persons Area, a movie by Caroline Strubbe. This motion picture was nominated for the Cannes film festival and for her role she was nominated as Best Female Actress at the Flemisch Movie Awards. Again in 2008 she created Birth of Prey, a performance which is still touring. In 2009 she choreographed and danced together with Juliette Lewis in a video-clip for her band Juliette & the Licks. In 2010 Lisbeth created her first group performance HeroNeroZero and played the leading role in a short movie by Silvia Defranc.
