Dean Winters is known for his role as Ryan O'Reily on HBO's award-winning series Oz (1997) and as Tina Fey's character's "Beeper King" boyfriend on the Emmy-winning comedy, 30 Rock (2006). His noteworthy comedic performance was recently included in Entertainment Weekly's "Must List" as well as Variety's short-list of Emmy-worthy guest performances. In addition to being featured in the film P.S. I Love You (2007) with Hilary Swank, Winters was a series regular on FX's critically-acclaimed, one-hour drama Rescue Me (2004), in which he played Denis Leary's character's brother, Johnny Gavin, an NYPD police detective.
He recurred as Lena Headey's former love interest on the Fox series, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (2008). He can also be seen as the Allstate spokesmodel character known as Mayhem.
Winters also played Detective Brian Cassidy on NBC's Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999). Other television credits include guest-starring roles in CSI: Miami (2002), Sex and the City (1998), Third Watch (1999), The Twilight Zone (1985), Millennium (1996), New York Undercover (1994), NYPD Blue (1993) and Homicide: Life on the Street (1993). Some of Winters's film projects include Winter of Frozen Dreams (2009), Bristol Boys (2006), Hellraiser: Hellseeker (2002), Bullet in the Brain (2001), Snipes (2001), Undercover Angel (1999), All Shook Up (1999), Conspiracy Theory (1997), starring Mel Gibson and Julia Roberts, Firehouse (1996), Sidney Lumet's television movie Strip Search (2004) and The Devil You Know (2013).He's 'Mayhem' for Allstate commercials. Very funny, effective and memorable. He gets the point across of being prepared for anything and it pushes the Allstate name well.
Plus I know him well from "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit " and "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles " among other shows.- Actor

Kevin was raised in Chicago Ill. After graduating from Colorado State he returned back home and immersed himself into the Growing improv scene working for The Second City, Improv Olympics and ComedySportz. He now lives in Los Angeles after a five year stint in NYC. His talents are everything sport related and the ability to grow his beard from clean shaven to full beard in three days.Wow where to start? The classic Chevy Santa meets deer hunter commercial. Not sure if he ad-libbed it but look online for an extended version. He's the M.C. who asks stars to try on Depend Silhouette for charity, he eats chalk for a fruit chews ad, kind of gross actually. Now Quickbooks.com and ACE Hardware, in fact I saw him back-to-back as a pizza shop owner and ACE employee!- Actor

Never work with animals or children. It's the stern warning oft-repeated in Hollywood. Breakout actor Beck Bennett, however, would kindly disagree--with the second part, at least.
Bennett stars in the immensely popular "It's Not Complicated" campaign for AT&T, a series of ads in which he plays the wry, deadpan moderator of a focus group populated by precocious children. "Do you guys think it's better to be fast than be slow?" he prompts the kids, who are gathered around him at a comically child-size table. The kids go on energetic, meandering rants about werewolves and islands made of candy. Bennett blinks in response, unamused. The nation, judging by the social-media buzz and YouTube views the ads receive, is very amused.
Bennett's ads--thanks to his adorable rapport with the kids--have been so enthusiastically embraced that AT&T keeps ordering more, most recently a special March Madness edition co-starring a round-table of basketball legends. As a result, the once up-and-coming actor has been beamed into millions of American households countless times since the campaign's launch in November. Both ubiquitous and beloved at this point, Bennett has joined hallowed pantheon of cherished ad stars, alongside the likes of Flo from Progressive, Verizon's "Can You Hear Me Now?" guy, and Wendy the Snapple lady.He talks to the kids Art Linkletter-style. "It's not complicated", etc. Some phone company, they never really focus on the company which is typical and only a couple were funny, the rest of the kids look horribly staged but they're popular somehow.
Much funnier is his "Theatre of Life" YouTube videos. Update. he's on Saturday Night Live now!- Actor

Tim Baltz was born on 28 February 1981 in Joliet, Illinois, USA. He is an actor and writer, known for The Righteous Gemstones (2019), Shrink (2017) and John Bronco (2020). He has been married to Lily Sullivan since 5 February 2022.He's the funny redhead who plays Bruce in "the other guys" cell phone commercials. He is very dry sometimes and wacky others, but again the premise is so awkward they never put any emphasis on the company name or sell it. I call it "the other guy is bad" premise which really doesn't do anything to push your product much.
Good commercials, bad marketig. I'd love to see him in some comedy shows though!- Producer

Paul Marcarelli is most recognizable from his nearly twenty-five years as an actor in commercials. From 2001-2014, he appeared in hundreds of commercials for Verizon Wireless, portraying the ubiquitous "Can You Hear Me Now Guy," and in 2016 he surprised the advertising world by becoming the face of Verizon competitor Sprint (Now TMobile). The feature film "Clutter," which Marcarelli wrote and produced, starring Carol Kane and Natasha Lyonne, premiered in competition at 2013's Seattle International Film Festival, and theatrically in May 2014. The film was nominated for the New American Cinema Award, The Women Film Critics Circle Award, and won best feature at Harlem International Film Festival. The 2011 film "The Green," which he wrote and produced, premiered at Outfest, and went on to win several best feature awards and dozens of honors for the screenplay and cast.He is also Co-Producer of 2014's "I Am Divine" and Executive Producer of Jenni Olson's 2015 Sundance hit "The Royal Road," which Variety called "...a beguiling meditation, serenely accomplished.""Can you hear me now?" Cutest nerd tech on TV! Again, great memorable commercials for a cell phone, except that I had to look at his IMDb page to be reminded it was Verizon. I see he just co-produced a documentary on Divine so I have to find that now!- Actor

She hails from Stony Point, New York. After graduating from the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City, she started doing stand up, which brought her to Los Angeles. She also performed in Aspen in "Those Courtney Girls", a show she co-wrote with her sister, Jennifer, and in the Mr. Show Tour, "Hooray for America"."Where's Flo? Anybody know where Flo is? Are YOU Flo?"
I wouldn't remember Progressive without Flo. The insurance companies seem to do what the cell phone companies don't, and there's a lot of both so instant name-recognition is a must. - Mark Collier was born in Boynton Beach, Florida. He is of Danish, English, Irish and Choctaw ancestry. His father, a CPA, and his mother, a nurse, eventually moved the family to Ocala, Florida, where he spent most of his childhood. Mark attended Georgia Southern University where he was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and graduated with a degree in Accounting. Shortly thereafter his desires turned back to acting, and at the age of 28 he moved to Los Angeles and began studying. While juggling three jobs as a bouncer, waiter, and Pilates instructor, he continued studying and became a member of the Blue Sphere Alliance theater company. After a few small roles and an appearance in a Dixie Chicks video, he got his break in 2002 when he was cast as the rebel-turned-good guy Mike Kasnoff in the long-running CBS daytime drama As the World Turns (1956). In 2003, Mark garnered a Soap Opera Digest nomination for outstanding newcomer. While working in New York, Mark completed a two-year Meisner program taught by William Esper, and he also attended the Actors Movement Studio. Mark lives in Los Angeles where he is a contributor and supporter of Free Arts for Abused Children and is also a lifetime member of the Surfrider Foundation. The Breath-Right hunk! Fitting that he was a soap-hunk as well on "As th World Turns". Pretty sure that's him on the Sodastream commercial but the lit him in an evil way. Looks a lot like actor Guy Pearce.
Sodastream, now that's an investment, don't start buying all of the equipment and refills if you don't plan to keep on using it! - Actor

Jim Hanna was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. He is an actor and writer, known for The Dropout (2022), Station 19 (2018) and SEAL Team (2017).The Nutty 'Dad' infamous Cox Commercials if they're in your area. Frankly, what was once funny got run into the ground REAL quik IMO! He was also in the USPS Priority Mail commercial as the husband who hid out in the Christmas house on the front lawn, baking Snickerdoodles. And has a lengthy movie & TV resume.- Actor

Nick Robinson made his film debut starring as Joe in CBS Films' critically-acclaimed adventure The Kings of Summer (2013), followed by shooting a lead role in the Universal action adventure sequel Jurassic World (2015), where he starred alongside Chris Pratt, Judy Greer, Vincent D'Onofrio and Bryce Dallas Howard. In 2015, Nick had the lead role of a drug-addicted teenager in Rob Reiner's drama Being Charlie (2015), and in 2016, played Ben Parish in Sony Pictures' adaptation of Rick Yancey's bestselling science fiction novel The 5th Wave (2016), helmed by J Blakeson and co-starring Chloë Grace Moretz. Also among his credits is HBO drama Boardwalk Empire (2010).
Continuing his streak of novels-to-films, Nick starred with Amandla Stenberg in the 2017 romance Everything, Everything (2017), and played the title role of a gay teenager in the well-received 2018 dramedy Love, Simon (2018).
Nick was born in Seattle, Washington, to Denise Podnar and Michael Robinson. Also from the infamous Cox Commercials, he plays the bealeagured son Tyler. Looks like he acts and has a teen following, esp. boosted from this!
Note: I am very tired of these, and probably would not get Cox service ever again! :p- Mike Ivers was born on 8 July 1984 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. He is an actor, known for 419 (2012), Struck (2010) and The Girl Is in Trouble (2015).Seen in the Keurig commercial , 'Just for You'. After making coffee he does a kind of effeminate dip and high-five to his wife. Or sister maybe. ;)

Andrew Breving was born on 17 September 1978 in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. He is an actor, known for The Departed (2006), The Blacklist (2013) and Elementary (2012).He doesn't seem to be doing them anymore but he was the retro-cute Arby's "Good Mood Food" guy. Good commercials but it never seemed to fit the mood of Arby's as I remember them. But better than what they have now!- Justin Hagan was born on 7 February 1975 in Moorestown, New Jersey, USA. He is an actor, known for Shortbus (2006), Party Monster (2003) and Fringe (2008). He has been married to Miriam Shor since 29 June 2009. They have two children. He's the dorky hunk in the TV commercials for Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice. I've seen him in a few acting roles but not much.
- Dick Wilson was born on 30 July 1916 in Preston, Lancashire, England, UK. He was an actor, known for Bewitched (1964), The Magical World of Disney (1954) and Mathnet (1987). He was married to Meg Brown. He died on 19 November 2007 in Woodland Hills, California, USA.Great commercial because the catchphrase (unlike Verizon's) actually had the name of the product in it! "Please don't squeeze the Charmin!". You could make any joke or say it all day and you were saying the name of the TP out loud.
Plus Mr. Whipple he was on "Bewitched"! Usually as the drunk in the bar. - Actress
Jan Miner was born on 15 October 1917 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. She was an actress, known for Mermaids (1990), Lenny (1974) and The Swimmer (1968). She was married to Richard Merrell, Terry O'Sullivan, Thomas Samuel Carr and John Harvey Campbell Berry. She died on 15 February 2004 in Bethel, Connecticut, USA.To quote IMDb - "She became a TV icon to generations of viewers as Madge, the wisecracking manicurist for Palmolive Dishwashing Detergent. She played this role for 27 years, one of the longest ongoing product endorsement relationships in TV history."
Yes, as a kid I thought adults would get soft hands by putting them in dish liquid, of course we had a dishwasher so I never really knew what else it was for. I remember it by heart, "More than mild it makes loads of suds that last!" But it was always weird how she tricked women into sticking their hands into that dish of green liquid.- Actor

Joey Slotnick was born on 2 October 1968 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He is an actor, known for Twister (1996), Hollow Man (2000) and Blast from the Past (1999).Some commercials only play regionally, and he was in one for Keystone Light beer that played in the mid-west, he drank the cheap beer and got "bitter beer face", Look it up on Youtube! Ironically Keystone WAS the cheap beer IMO.
Once on The Tonight Show he lamented that despite his movies, when he went some places they only knew him as the bitter beer guy!
