Screenwriters On My Radar
A list of screenwriters that´ve got my attention with, at least, 2 good or excelent films of their authorship that I´ve seen so far. Most of them don´t have more than 5 "films" in in their filmography or they are very prolific but most of their films are extremely bad.
In each one´s description I put the films that I like from them.
I want to be clear: Haven´t read the actual scripts of these guys, they are here because of the movies so maybe if I get to read a script from them I could change my mind.

Oldboy
I hate The Cell. Don´t like I Am Legend at all wich is a mystery because that seemed like a perfect movie with that premise & all these names: Akiva Goldsman, Francis Lawrence & Federico D'Alessandro. Thor doesn´t count because he didn´t write it.
I´m interested into see what he does directing with Freakshow.- Producer

Disturbing Behaivor was lame. I don´t count Impostor even though I like it because he didn´t really write it.- Writer

Attended Loyola Academy in Wilmette, Illinois, graduating in 1994.
Graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. in 1999. Majored in English.
Shortly after graduating from Georgetown University, Jonathan Nolan served as a production assistant on Memento (2000).
Wrote the short story, "Memento Mori", on which the film Memento (2000) is based.
Was co-writer, with his brother Christopher Nolan, on The Prestige (2006), The Dark Knight (2008) and The Dark Knight Rises (2012). Also co-wrote the Terminator Salvation (2009).The Prestige
The Dark Knight
I don´t like The Dark Knight Rises at all, a really bad movie, a waste of time with just some ok things like the voices of Bane & Batman or the cinematography.
Interstellar is waaay worst than TDKR but at least it has some good & interesting reflections about some deep themes like dimensions & the place of humans in those dimensions. It´s a disgusting movie but the soundtrak of Zimmer & the cinematography along with the laugh of how bad it is & those complex themes makes it bearable.
Memento doesn´t count because he didn´t write it.
I´ve seen one or 2 episodes from Person of Interest but they left me indifferent, not bad, nor good.- Writer

David S. Goyer was born on 22 December 1965 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. He is a writer and producer, known for Dark City (1998), The Dark Knight (2008) and Flashforward (2009). He is married to Marina Black. They have two children. He was previously married to Jessika Borsiczky.Blade Trinity
Batman Begins
I hate Man Of Steel. I dislike very much Blade, Blade II, Dark City & Jumper. The Unborn was a disappointing waste of time, good looking movie though.
The Dark Knight & The Dark Knight Rises don´t count because he didn´t write them.
Death Warrant was ok for a one time watch & Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance I enjoy but this guy isn´t really responsible for it... I´m a big fan of Cage, Idris Elba does it great almost in everything & that one wasn´t one of the exceptions, the director duo really made it entertainig, good special effects etc.
Finally the movie The Puppet Masters was written by him the duo Rossio & Elliott (really good screenwriters so far in collaboration with Verbisnky) & as it for the story the movie had some awesome ideas & really good scenes, however I think the director is to blame for how boring, bad executed & lame the final result is.- Producer

He also wrote Mr. and Mrs. Smith, X-Men: The Last Stand and Jumper.xXx 2 State of Union
Mr & Mrs Smith
I don´t like Jumper, Sherlock Holmes, This Means War.
X-Men The Last Stand is watchable, not so good but at least to kill some time.
X-Men Days of Future Past is the WORST script I´ve read so far.- Writer

Kurt Wimmer was born on 9 March 1964. He is a writer and producer, known for Equilibrium (2002), Total Recall (2012) and Point Break (2015).Equilibrium
Street Kings
I don´t like Ultraviolet nor Salt at all. The Recruit was a waste of time. Law Abiding Citizen was an insult with that mediocre & lame execution for that awesome premise.
With Sphere & Total Recall (remake) I give the credit to other people like the directors (Barry Levinson & Len Wiseman) & screenwriters (Mark Bomback).- Producer

Mark Bomback was born on 29 August 1971 in New Rochelle, New York, USA. He is a producer and writer, known for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014), War for the Planet of the Apes (2017) and Godsend (2004).Die Hard 4.0 aka Live Free Or Die Hard
Race To Witch Mountain
I was bored to death with the waste of potential & bad execution of Godsend, I didn´t care at all about The Wolverine since I stopped watching it before the first hour. Of course that Dawn of the Planet of the Apes was worthless. Nothing had a real reason to be in the story, the motivations are just forced plotpoints to move a lame & heartless story forward.
Total Recall (remake), Unstoppable & Deception are "limbo" movies... I can´t decide if I like them or I don´t; gotta re-watch them to make up my mind.- Writer

Aaron Sorkin grew up in Scarsdale, a suburb of New York City where he was very involved in his high school drama and theater club. After graduating from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater, Sorkin intended to pursue a career in acting. It took him only a short time to realize that his true love, and his true talent, lay in writing. His first play, "Removing All Doubt", was not an immediate success, but his second play, "Hidden in This Picture", debuted in 1988 at the West Bank Cafe Downstairs Theater Bar. A longer version of "Hidden in This Picture", called "Making Movies", opened at the Promenade Theater in 1990. Despite his youth and relative inexperience, Sorkin was about to break into the spotlight. In 1989, he received the prestigious Outer Critics Circle award as Outstanding American Playwright for the stage version of A Few Good Men (1992), which was later nominated for a Golden Globe. The idea for the plot of "A Few Good Men" came from a conversation with his older sister, Deborah. Deborah was a Navy Judge Advocate General lawyer sent to Guantanamo Bay on a case involving Marines accused of killing a fellow Marine. Deborah told Aaron of the case and he spent the next year and a half writing a Broadway play, which later led to the movie. Sorkin has gone on to write for many movies and TV shows. Besides A Few Good Men (1992), he has written The American President (1995) and Malice (1993), as well as cooperating on Enemy of the State (1998), The Rock (1996) and Excess Baggage (1997). In addition, he was invited by Steven Spielberg to "polish" the script of Schindler's List (1993). Sorkin's TV credits include the Golden Globe-nominated The West Wing (1999) and Sports Night (1998).The Social Network

The Wolfman has some interesting things about the rationalization of the case & all the psychological talk.
I found Seven pretty boring but I´ll give it another chance to see if I enjoy it.
