Where are you from? Is a popular question that Carlo has no rapid answer for. He was born in the U.K and raised in Italy, Hong Kong, the Bahamas and Canada. Add a family history that spans Spain, France, Italy, and time spent in Argentina, India, Morrocco, and you have pan-cultural on a good day, culturally confused on a not-so-good day, and on a middling day Carlo is from Eagle Rock CA! His father, an internationally renowned and itinerant (thus the traveling) chef, instilled in him a passion for fine cuisine. This led to Carlo co-creating, hosting, and directing a popular documentary-style show about food entitled The Great Canadian Food Show. After moving to Chicago, she acted in several touring plays and at the Utah Shakespearean Festival. In 1999, Wersching graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre from the Millikin University School of Theater and Dance in Decatur, Illinois. She also gave a thoroughly convincing performance as extrovert rookie police officer Julia Brasher, involved with (Harry) Bosch (2014) at LAPD's Hollywood Division on both a professional and a personal level. Their relationship eventually soured in season two, although Brasher returned briefly for two episodes in season 7. Her steady volume of television work has included guest appearances on Charmed (1998), Supernatural (2005), NCIS (2003), Hawaii Five-0 (2010) and Castle (2009).

Marci Michelle grew up surrounded by the stage and screen. Her grandmother, Charlotte Peters, starred in a variety show from 1947 to 1969 and was dubbed the First Woman of St. Louis Television. Her father, Mike Peters, is a Pulitzer Prize winning editorial cartoonist and creator of the comic strip, Mother Goose & Grimm. Sunday afternoons were regularly devoted to black and white movies and she claims "The Women" as one of her favorite films.
After graduating from Ringling School of Art & Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Marci found her way to CA by way of a family friend and immediately fell back in love with being on set and all of the processes of film making. Starting out as a background actor and stand-in, she quickly became a member of the SAG Union and fittingly her first SAG job was as on the movie "Looney Toons: Back In Action" which was endearing to her as the late cartoonist Chuck Jones had been her father's mentor.
In May 2010, Marci wrapped her 7th season on the television show "24" as the series completed its 8 year run. This was one of the most rewarding and educational experiences of her time in the entertainment business. Working with dozens of actors and learning their different techniques of preparation equipped her with an arsenal of experiential knowledge and a deep appreciation and love for the craft. She likens the experience of film making with that of fine art as it is all about the process. And since this process idea drew Marci initially to a degree in art, it was only natural that she found a home in the film industry for the last decade.
Since the wrap of "24" Marci has gone on to work with Kiefer Sutherland, as a dialogue consultant, on several of his projects including "Touch", "Forsaken" and "24: Live Another Day".
After spending time with Marci, it is apparent that her warm and energetic demeanor sums up her positive outlook on life. These attributes combined with her love of the theatrical process ensures a naturally productive working environment with actors.- James Badge Dale was born on 1 May 1978 in New York City, New York, USA. Kelvin Han Yee is an American actor of Asian descent whose career spans over 30 years of film, television and theater. He was discovered by the American Conservatory Theatre while working as a bouncer in San Francisco. He went on to act with various other regional theaters including Oregon Shakespeare Festival at Ashland, Berkeley Repertory Theater and The Huntington Theater. In 1985 he was cast as all-American teenager Paul Fang in "A Great Wall", the first American movie shot in the People's Republic of China. Recent credits include everything from blockbuster movies, network television to indie films. He is repped by Authentic Talent + Literary Agency.- Chicago native Tim Griffin, often known as, "the actor who is in everything," has amassed a dizzying list of credits, and over the years has solidified his reputation as one of Hollywood's nicest, most charming and versatile actors.
The son of a pediatric cardiologist, he first discovered acting after being cast as Oliver Twist in a school performance of the musical "Oliver!" As a teen Griffin would star in numerous theatrical productions for "The Body Politic" and "New Haven Playhouse," as well local movies and commercials. After graduating from Francis Parker High School (among classmates Paul Adelstein, Anne Heche, and novelist Brad Thor), Griffin made the choice to put acting on the back-burner to enroll in the University of Vermont (UVM) where he graduated with a double major in political philosophy and English literature.
Griffin performed as a regular member of the UVM Players (as Claudio in "Much Ado About Nothing" and Riff in "West Side Story"). Fate intervened his sophomore year while driving back to Chicago when his car broke down outside New York City. While waiting for it to be repaired, his agents asked him to audition for a TV movie called "Taking A Stand." He was cast in the leading role of the all-star production (Betty Buckley, Jane Adams, Michael Beach). The show went on to win a Daytime Emmy for "Outstanding Children's Special."
Following this success, Griffin turned down a scholarship to study abroad at the University of Kent in England, and went to Hollywood. Giving himself the extreme grand total of one year to make or break his career, he enrolled in classes at UCLA and signed with Writers and Artists. He quickly went on to star in high-profile TV shows and movies of the week, including "China Beach," "In The Heat of the Night," and Michael Zinberg's autobiographical, coming-of-age drama "For The Very First Time."
Rejecting the advice of his agents, he elected to return to the University of Vermont to finish up his Bachelor's Degree. He considered attending graduate school for political philosophy, but his academic mentor convinced him to return to the West Coast and continue to pursue his acting career, noting that the scholarly life would always be there to fall back on if "things didn't pan out."
Unsure whether working as a "teen actor" came with an expiration date, he picked up right where he left off, landing recurring stints on "General Hospital," the critically acclaimed "Against The Grain" (co-starring "Southland's" Mike Cudlitz, and Ben Affleck), and a near-unrecognizable turn as the autistic Richie Grayson on "Party of Five." His reputation as a multi-talented actor began to grow, and in 1996, director John Singleton gave Griffin his first break into features, casting him in "Higher Learning" (Jennifer Connelly, Lawrence Fishburne) as the orientation announcer at a pep rally whose booming message was "How many people came here to change the world?!"
In his hilarious recurring role as T.R. Knight's brother, Ronny O'Malley," on "Grey's Anatomy," Griffin is best know for shooting his own dad in the butt. He became even more recognizable in 2004 when he was cast in "The Bourne Supremacy," the second installment of the legendary franchise. As "Nevins", a hapless CIA agent who interrogates the eerily silent Bourne (Matt Damon), he's repeatedly stonewalled and smugly says "You're going to play ball one way or another..." During filming, Damon (by pure accident) really cracked Griffin across the bridge of his nose, giving him a deviated septum.
Griffin's blockbuster streak continues with credits that include Jon Favreau's "Iron Man," and more than a few projects for the brilliant J.J. Abrams, such as "Cloverfield," "Star Trek"(where Abrams directed him as the doomed UFSS Kelvin's Chief Engineer in the opening sequence) and in the upcoming "Super 8"(Elle Fanning).
Being handpicked to star alongside and be directed by George Clooney in the 1920's football romp, "Leatherheads" (also starring Renee Zellweger) was a huge thrill. He re-teamed with Clooney again in the comedy "The Men Who Stare at Goats" (featuring Academy Award winners Kevin Spacey and Jeff Bridges). Griffin earned critical praise for his work in Doug Liman's true-life spy drama "Fair Game" as Paul, the lead CIA analyst charged with the unenviable task of taking on Scooter Libby (David Andrews) over the now infamous "yellow cake uranium." Starring Academy Award winner Sean Penn and Naomi Watts, "Fair Game" was awarded screen writing honors by the Writer's Guild of America, and a New York Film Critics award.
In addition to multiple recognizable commercial campaigns and television spots, Griffin has had numerous high profile projects in the past few years, including roles in feature films such as Chris Weitz's "A Better Life," John Singleton's "Abduction" starring Taylor Lautner and Clint Eastwood's "American Sniper."
On television, Griffin has starred in the Peter Berg produced NBC primetime drama "Prime Suspect," with Maria Bello and Aidan Quinn and had a major arc on the hit USA drama "Covert Affairs" opposite Kari Matchett. Up next, Griffin will play Special Agent "Adam Hassler" in the Fox event series "Wayward Pines" from M. Night Shyamalan.
Griffin lives with his wife and their two children in L.A. With his wife, he has built and remodeled several homes. He's a proud Irish-American ridiculously devoted to the Chicago Cubs. - Actor

Xander's father was a painter and his mother a school teacher who sewed, providing him with costumes (his preference over toys). School plays and Community Theater were next. An experimental theater troupe in the area (which was an offshoot from Joseph Chaikin's Open Theater in New York) took Xander under their wing when he was 16. He credits this group for shaping him as both a person and an actor, committed to taking risks and remaining open to the unknown. Xander went to Hampshire College, the progressive brainchild of Smith, Mt. Holyoke, Amherst, and the University of Massachusetts. He would continue in the theater at Hampshire, studying and doing plays at each of the other schools, all of which were there in the area.
A move to New York after college brought him access to private teachers from the Royal Academy of the Arts, the Moscow Arts Theater and HB Studios. Later in Los Angeles, Xander would spend time with Lee Strasberg at The Actor's Studio during the last years of his life.
Xander worked in Regional and Repertory Theaters in addition to off-Broadway while living in New York but, despite a classically trained theater background, he was increasingly drawn to the subtleties of film acting. A play, written by the great southern novelist Reynolds Price, called "Early Dark" had such a cinematic feel to it, that an agent saw the film acting potential in Xander and encouraged him to make the move out west.
Soon Mommie Dearest (1981) provided Xander with his film debut in the role of "Christopher Crawford", and simultaneously gave his career a slightly cultish twist. Alex Cox with Sid and Nancy (1986), James Cameron with Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), Bernard Rose with Candyman (1992), Todd Haynes with Safe (1995), Mike Figgis with Leaving Las Vegas (1995), Andrew Niccol with Gattaca (1997) all helped to further associate Xander as an actor in his own rather unusual category.
Xander's choices were often determined by the opportunity to learn from directors he admired, certainly all those listed above fell into that category. Clint Eastwood with The Rookie (1990), Ron Howard with Apollo 13 (1995), Rob Reiner with A Few Good Men (1992), Michael Mann with Heat (1995), Wolfgang Petersen with Air Force One (1997), Steven Spielberg with Amistad (1997) are obvious examples of others Xander actively sought to work with and learn from.
From obscure independent movies where Xander could play lead roles to the big budget studio movies where he might often play smaller character-driven parts, an education was taking place. Just as working with older directors like Michael Cacoyannis on The Cherry Orchard (1999) and Robert M. Young on Human Error (2004) (aka "Human Error") brought insights to ways of working that are being lost in pop cultures tendency to slide toward slickness. Not to mention bringing him to places like Bulgaria and China along the way.
Perhaps because a life in the foreign services, or espionage was seen as a road not taken, living on location in foreign countries, working as an actor, has somewhat fulfilled the impulse. As early as 1987, a film took Xander to Nicaragua while the Contra War was taking place. It was during this three month shoot on the film Walker (1987) (starring Ed Harris) that Xander got an offer to do a film with his friend, director Jon Hess, in Chile for the following three months. Taking him straight from the revolutionary left-wing Sandanistas to Pinochet's fascist, right-wing regime.
In 2001, an offer came in to play a part on a TV pilot called 24 (2001). It was another shady agent-type, and reluctant to repeat his performance from Air Force One (1997) as the turncoat secret serviceman, Xander almost passed on the job. Fortunately for him, he said yes. He met his future wife, Sarah Clarke during the first day of filming. His character, "George Mason", was just a guest star in the pilot, but the producers liked what Xander brought to it and continued to write more episodes for him. By the second season, it had become perhaps the most interesting, leveled character Xander had ever gotten to play. Sarah and Xander were married in 2002 and had their daughters, Olwyn in 2006 and Rowan in 2010.
Other favorite roles of late have been "Arlen Pavich", the middle management dweeb, in Niki Caro's North Country (2005), and the Irish hooligan/railway foreman in David Von Ancken's Seraphim Falls (2006) and, more recently, "The King of Sodom" in Harold Ramis' Year One (2009), "Sonny" in David Pomes' Cook County (2008), the recovering meth head coming out of prison to discover the life he had left (and destroyed), and crazy "Uncle Doug" in David Wike's Out There (2006) (aka "Out There").- Actress

Sean Patrick Astin (né Duke; February 25, 1971) is an American actor, voice actor, screenwriter, director, producer, family man, author, marathon runner, political activist and philanthropist who is well known for his film debut portraying Mikey in Steven Spielberg's The Goonies (1985), for playing the title role in the critically acclaimed Rudy (1993), and for his role as the beloved Sam Gamgee in the Academy Award winning trilogy, The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001), The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002), and The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003).
Astin was born Sean Patrick Duke on February 25, 1971 in Santa Monica, California. His mother was actress Patty Duke. At the time of his birth, his biological father was believed to be entertainer Desi Arnaz Jr., but Astin discovered through a DNA test in the 1990s that his biological father is music promoter Michael Tell, who was married to Patty Duke in 1970. Sean was raised by his stepfather, actor John Astin, who married Patty Duke in 1972 and whose surname Sean took. Sean's mother was of Irish and more distant German ancestry, and Sean's biological father is of Austrian Jewish and Polish Jewish descent.
At age nine, Sean starred with his mother in the after-school special Please Don't Hit Me, Mom (1981). Followed by Sean's feature debut The Goonies (1985) and since then, he has had a steady stream of roles. Starring in Toy Soldiers (1991), Where the Day Takes You (1992), Rudy (1993) and Harrison Bergeron (1995). He directed and co-produced the short film Kangaroo Court (1994), which was nominated in the best short film category at The 67th Annual Academy Awards (1995). Sean's adoptive father John Astin was nominated for the same award in 1969.
Sean experienced another career breakthrough with his role as the epitome of loyal sidekicks, Samwise Gamgee, in Peter Jackson's "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy, released in 2001, 2002 and 2003. Along with the many awards bestowed upon the trilogy (particularly its final installment The Return of the King), Sean received nominations for his own performance. He took home the Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actor, and awards from the Las Vegas Film Critics Society, the Seattle Film Critics, the Utah Film Critics Association, and the Phoenix Film Critics Society. As an ensemble, the Return of the King cast received awards from the National Board of Review of Motion Pictures and the Screen Actors Guild. In 2004, Sean authored the NY Times best seller "There and Back Again: An Actor's Tale," chronicling his acting career with emphasis on his experiences filming the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
Sean has been a long-distance runner since his teens. His marathons include the 2014 Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, DC, where he had the honor of officially starting the race, the 2015 Boston Marathon as a member of charity fund-raising team MR8, and the New York City Marathon in 2016. He has done numerous half marathons and countless 5Ks, 10Ks, and races of other distances. He successfully completed the Ironman World Championship Triathlon in Kona, Hawaii, in October 2015; the grueling event consisted of a 2.4 mile open ocean swim, a 112 mile bike race and a 26.2 mile marathon.
In 2012, while training for the LA Marathon, he began a Twitter campaign using #Run3rd, a way to dedicate his runs to causes and ideas that mattered not just to him, but to others. The principle of #Run3rd is that Sean runs first for himself, since running is ultimately a solitary act, second for his ever-patient and supportive family, and third for others. #Run3rd has grown to include a team of runners, walkers, and others who dedicate their activities to the causes of others. A $25,000 grant from the Ironman Foundation will allow the charity to fund after school running programs for children in under-served school districts. More information on #Run3rd, including sponsored 5Ks, is available at run3rd.com.
Sean has served as a philanthropist on the board of several non-profit organizations, including the Creative Coalition, National Center for Family Literacy, and Los Angeles Valley College's Patrons Association and Arts Council. He can be heard in a plethora of other animated shows, anime dubs, video games, audio dramas and narrations. More recently, Sean was the Narrator of the Documentary called Remember the Sultana, which released on March 1st, 2018.
After four decades in front of camera or microphone, Sean has ventured in front of a theater audience, first as Joseph Stalin in a multimedia stage production of "Shostakovich and the Black Monk: A Fantasy," (2018-2019) and then as Dr. Moricet in "Bang Bang!" Peter Frederick Weller was born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, to Dorothy Jean (Davidson) and Frederick Bradford Weller, a federal judge and career helicopter pilot for the United States Army. He traveled extensively as his father literally flew around the world. Before he was out of his teens, he had attended high schools in Heidelberg, Germany and San Antonio, Texas, then enrolled the University of North Texas -- attracted by the chance of playing trumpet in one of the college's celebrated jazz bands. Music is in his family. Three generations on his mother's side were piano players and jazz is still his overriding interest. Ask him who his favorite performer in any art form is and he will say Miles Davis. It was with a B.A. in Theatre and a scholarship to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts that he left Texas for New York. Two weeks after graduating, he made his first appearance on Broadway as David in Joseph Papp's New York Shakespeare Festival production of David Rabe's "Sticks and Bones", a role he repeated on the London stage.

He began garnering critical acclaim with his portrayal of Billie Wilson in "Streamers", directed by Mike Nichols for Joseph Papp at Lincoln Center. He continued that success with his performances as Cliff in "The Woolgatherer" and as Nick in the first American production of David Mamet's "The Woods". During this period, he became a member of the highly respected Actor's Studio, under the aegis of Elia Kazan and Lee Strasberg.
Weller's film debut was in Richard Lester's Butch and Sundance: The Early Days (1979). Kimberly Jayne "Kim" Raver is an American actress from New York City. She has had a relatively long career in television roles, but she is primarily remembered for three roles. She portrayed the paramedic Kimberly "Kim" Zambrano in the police procedural "Third Watch" (1999-2005), the political advisor Audrey Raines in several seasons of the crime thriller series #24 (2001-2010), and the cardio-thoracic surgeon Dr. Theodora Grace "Teddy" Altman in the medical drama "Grey's Anatomy" (2005-). Raver joined the medical drama in its 6th season. She was originally intended to only portray a new recurring character, but was promoted to a series-regular before the end of that season.
In 1975, Raver made her television debut as a child actress in the long-running educational children's television "Sesame Street" (1969-). She appeared regularly in the series from 1975 to 1978. She decided to follow an acting career in the early 1990s, but she mostly acted in television commercials for the first few years of her career.
In 1995, Raver made her Broadway debut in the play "Holiday" by Philip Barry. Shortly later, Raver started portraying one-shot characters in popular television series of the 1990s, such as "Law & Order", "The Practice", and "Spin City". Her role in "Third Watch" was the first time that Raver portrayed a major character in television.
Raver portrayed the Assistant District Attorney Kathryn Hale, one of the main characters in the short-lived action drama series "The Nine" (2006-2007). In the series, Kathryn and several other characters were held hostage by bank robbers over a 52-hour period. The episodes explored events in the lives of the hostages both before and after the robbery. The series was nominated for a Golden Reel Award, but was canceled due to poor ratings.
Raver portrayed the editor-in-chief Nico Reilly, one of the main characters in the short-lived comedy-drama series "Lipstick Jungle" (2008-2009). The series was based on a popular novel by Candace Bushnell, and focused on the life-long friendship of three career women who worked in different industries. The series was canceled due to poor ratings and a controversy over abrupt casting changes.
Raver joined the cast of "Grey's Anatomy" in 2009, and decided to depart from the series in 2012. Following a years-long hiatus, she returned to the series in 2017. She has remained a series-regular ever since. Raver also had recurring roles in the crime drama "Ray Donovan" (2013-2020) and the political thriller "Designated Survivor" (2016-2019) during this period. Alberta Watson, well known to television audiences for her Gemini award-nominated role as Madeline on La Femme Nikita (1997), enjoys a long and diverse career in television and film.
A native of Toronto, Watson began performing with a local theater group as a teenager. She received a Genie nomination for Best Supporting Actress for one of her first movie roles, Mitzi in George Kaczender's In Praise of Older Women (1978). Just a year later, she took home the Best Actress award at the Yorkton Film Festival for the short film "Exposure". Watson then headed to the United States, where she studied with Gene Lasko, made several films (including Michael Mann's stylish horror classic The Keep (1983), with Scott Glenn, Ian McKellen and Gabriel Byrne) and the TV movie Women of Valor (1986), with Susan Sarandon.
After returning to the East Coast, Watson took a chance on a low-budget independent film with then-novice director David O. Russell: the black comedy Spanking the Monkey (1994), which received the Sundance Film Festival Audience Award and multiple Independent Spirit Awards. Watson won rave critical acclaim for her memorable performance as a depressed, deeply-disturbed mother who has an incestuous relationship with her son, played by Jeremy Davies.
The next year Watson went on to play the far more stable mother to a teenage computer genius in the box-office smash Hackers (1995), along with Angelina Jolie, and then the wife of mobster John Gotti in the Emmy-nominated Gotti (1996). She returned to Toronto and continued to seek out interesting roles in independent film, which led her to star in Shoemaker (1996), directed by Colleen Murphy. While the film was not widely released in the United States, Watson's performance did not go unnoticed -she received a second Genie nomination, this time in the Lead Actress category.
The following year she won critical praise for another independent film, Atom Egoyan's haunting The Sweet Hereafter (1997), in which she delivered a nuanced performance of an adulterous wife and mourning mother. For this film, she shared the award for Best Acting by an Ensemble (National Board of Review) with Ian Holm, Sarah Polley and the other members of an exceptional cast. The film received the Grand Prize of the Jury at the Cannes Film Festival and went on to earn both Academy Award and Genie nominations.
Meanwhile, Watson had begun filming the TV series La Femme Nikita (1997), which ran for four years, where she played a character that has become iconic, the tough anti-terrorist strategist Madeline. The cult series earned her a 1998 Gemini nomination and marked the start of an ever-growing fan base, with its main online presence at an unofficial site dedicated to her.
Although she has appeared in numerous major commercial releases and hit television shows, during the last ten years Watson has preferred independent (and especially Canadian) productions.
She added another prize-winning movie to her credits with the rock musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch (2001) by John Cameron Mitchell and Stephen Trask, where she played Hedwig's twisted mom. The film won the Audience Award and Best Director Award at Sundance.
Watson starred later in The Wild Dogs (2002) with director Thom Fitzgerald, which took home top honors at the Atlantic Film Festival. She also appeared as Dr. Fischer in Sarah Polley's feature film directorial debut, the prize-winning Away from Her (2006), with Julie Christie. In addition, she starred opposite Colm Meaney in the feature film A Lobster Tale (2006), a quiet, low-key story which also won several awards.
Meanwhile, in television, Watson scored a second Gemini Award nomination for her performance in After the Harvest (2001), co-starring Sam Shepard. The second installment of Chasing Cain II: Face (2002), garnered her another Gemini nomination as Best Actress in a Leading Role (2003). After that, Watson filmed Choice: The Henry Morgentaler Story (2005), the story of controversial Canadian physician Dr. Henry Morgentaler, for which she was nominated for yet another Gemini Award in 2005.
While she had recurring roles in numerous television shows (The Newsroom (1996), Show Me Yours (2004), At the Hotel (2006), Angela's Eyes (2006)), she reached again more international TV audiences when she starred in the fourth season (2004-2005) of the hit Fox series 24 (2001), opposite Kiefer Sutherland and William Devane, playing the role of Erin Driscoll, the head of a counter-terrorist unit. She had the chance to play a different boss-woman (a Minister, and recovering alcoholic) when she joined the cast of other popular prime-time drama, CBC's The Border (2008), as a recurring guest star.
Most recently Watson was cast as the voice of 350-pound Mary Rutherford in the animated film The Spine (2009) (produced and directed by Academy Award-winning animator Chris Landreth), which took home the Best Film Award at the 2009 Melbourne International Animation Festival. In 2008, Alberta Watson received a Career Achievement Award from the Boston-based Chlotrudis Society for Independent Film.

This eccentric collection of interests and activities, combined with her exotic physical appearance usually means that the first question people ask her is, "What are you?"
What she is, to answer their question, is a typical small-town American Girl. Her parents met during the Vietnam War; her father being a Catholic of German and Italian decent serving in the U.S. armed forces and her mother a Buddhist living in Taiwan, working as a bartender. This combination of cultures learning to live in harmony under one roof taught Katrina tolerance, patience, understanding, and humor as a child and still guides her to this day.
After graduating with a theater degree from the Richard Stockton College of NJ, Katrina's acting education continued on in the big cities of Philadelphia and New York. There she not only deepened her understanding of acting as an art form, but she also sharpened her teeth on the business of acting. In New York City she earned her SAG eligibility on the set of Lucky Numbers (2000) with Nora Ephron and John Travolta, and finally joined SAG when she booked a guest star role on NY's Third Watch (1999). Since then, she has gone on to act in many exciting projects, including a three-episode arc as the Mord'Sith Garen in Legend of the Seeker (2008) and as the series regular Mira in the hit show Spartacus (2010).- Director

Peter Antico
"In regards to Pete Antico's filmmaking abilities....He is an avid student of film and has developed a deep understanding of the filmmaking process....I believe that as a writer and director, he has an exciting future in front of him." John Milius
Peter Antico is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences - he hails from an astute Wall Street family background, (he has an expertise in commodities trading), is an avid student of macro-economics, and has a deep understanding of the rapidly changing velocity of capital and its effects on the global marketplace. He has two passions, finance and film. He attended California Lutheran University, UCLA's Screenwriting program and studied acting with Allan Rich (A Leap from the Method), and improvisation at The Groundling Theater.
Antico's latest project is the documentary film, "The Paradigm of Money" Antico directed with Sean Stone producing. The Big Short on steroids, The Paradigm of Money goes deep into the infrastructure of the global financial system & exposes corrupted policies, creating a path for money to be transferred from the middle class to the one percent.
Antico produced the Lionsgate/Netflix documentary released on November 19, 2019, Ronda Rousey Story - "Through my Fathers Eyes", a story about former Olympic judo bronze medalist and current female MMA Strikeforce and former UFC champion, Ronda "Rowdy" Rousey. Antico and his producing team, followed Rousey for 6 years from her career as an amateur when she was working three jobs to stay alive, showing up late or missing training sessions due to a lack of funds for gasoline to her current position as the first ever women to be accepted into the UFC.
Peter Antico loves stories that celebrate the human condition. In the vein of "The Fabelmans," "Rain Man," "Shine" and "My Left Foot," the script "A War Within," penned by Antico does just that. Inspired by Antico's own personal journey of a man born with a neurological disorder, deals with the frustrations and challenges he faced as a child to the trials of breaking into show business as a professional stuntman while learning to relate to the love of his life through realizing that compassion and understanding must be given if one wishes to receive it. Antico has had the honor of being mentored for the last 15 years by the legendary writer-director John Milius, who will Executive Produce the film. Actor/Director, Ron Yuan ("Blade of the 47 Ronan ," is Universal/Netflix's 3rd highest rated film and Step Up China - Lionsgate), who was immediately taken by Antico's script about a man's struggle of acceptance and love, will helm the film. This story was also supported by the late, great Harry Dean Stanton, with whom Pete had many inspiring philosophical conversations. "It's all preplanned, stay out of way, surrender and let it happen."
Antico produced and is in post on the documentary film, "Faith." Faith brings a never been seen before glimpse into the hearts and souls of the who's who of fighters and other extraordinary beings, boundlessly digging into the psychological and spiritual aspect of these warriors who achieved greatness and often started out seeking the shelter of the streets and the ring, suffering from abuse, poverty and crime with nothing but a dream. Faith is believing in something and not having the data to know how you're going to get there.
Antico and Jonathan Saw (son of famed band leader Artie Shaw) created the docu-series, "One Sacred Planet," The series brings to light the spirituality and science of the Earth's ecosystem directly related to the Amazonian Rainforest's atmospheric rivers in the sky providing life giving global precipitation pathways to its healing plant medicines.
Antico also co-wrote produced and directed the rockumentary pilot presentation, "Role Models of Rock" starring Guns and Roses drummer, Matt Sorum.
Antico film credits as an actor include, The Creators, opposite Gerard Depardieu, Bruce Payne & William Shatner, Oliver Stone's Wall Street 2 in which he consulted lending his vast economic knowledge to Stone, portraying a hedge fund manager, The Other Guys with Will Ferrell & Mark Wahlberg, Black Dynamite, The Hunt for Red October, Con Air, Lethal Weapon III and Time Cop II. Antico has had memorable roles in such films as 29th Street with Danny Aiello and Motorcycle Gang directed by Milius (Apocalypse Now, Clear and Present Danger).
Against great obstacles, Antico suffered from Tourette syndrome, he shined in collegiate athletics. Pete excelled both as a baseball player and then as a pole-vaulter on the California Lutheran University track team. Fed up with the confinement of a classroom, Pete elected to explore the arts, a far distance from Wall St. Antico's physicality later allowed him to be a great all-around stuntman doubling some of the industry's biggest stars from Robert DeNiro and Al Pacino to Don Johnson and Sylvester Stallone. Antico won an action award in 1986 for best fight sequence in the film Tuff Turf and was nominated for "best fight in a feature film" at the Taurus World Stunt Awards for his work doubling Robert DeNiro in the film, "15 Minutes". Through the action world, Antico was able to parlay his talents further as a Director/Writer/Producer/Actor.
Antico's first producing and directing credits were award winning shorts, A Little Tailors Christmas Story and Newton's Law,a non-profit organization he co-founded with actor Allan Rich. They produce short narrative films to enlighten young people on ethical and moral issues. Peter Antico has an eye for character driven stories that make a difference in the quality of life for others.
"The media is a powerful tool and I intend to use it for the benefit of children and people less fortunate than me." Pete Antico- Actor

Perhaps best remembered for his touching performance as "Bubba" opposite Tom Hanks in the Academy Award-winning Forrest Gump (1994), Mykelti Williamson is one of the most sought-after actors in Hollywood, who has been steadily honing his craft since he first began acting professionally at the age of 18.
In 2000 Williamson starred as Lt. Philip Gerard, the hardnosed detective determined to recapture escaped convict Dr. Richard Kimble (Tim Daly) in CBS' update of the classic 1960's action series The Fugitive (2000).
The son of an Air Force Staff Sergeant (father) and certified public accountant (mother), Williamson was born in St. Louis, MO, and began performing on the stage at the age of 9. Like many youngsters, he was enamored with the concept of television, and thought that the images he was seeing on the small screen were reality. It wasn't until his mother put him in a church play that he realized that what the people on the small screen were doing was performing. He was instantly hooked. At the age of 15, Williamson and his family settled in Los Angeles. A superb athlete, he excelled at both football and basketball, but the acting bug led him to quit sports and dance with the cheerleading squad, much to the chagrin of his coaches.
Following graduation, Williamson began acting professionally, making appearances on television shows such as Starsky and Hutch (1975), Hill Street Blues (1981) and China Beach (1988), among others. He made his film debut in the Walter Hill-directed feature Streets of Fire (1984), opposite Diane Lane, Michael Paré and Willem Dafoe.
He would subsequently appear in the feature The First Power (1990) with Lou Diamond Phillips, Miracle Mile (1988) with Anthony Edwards and Mare Winningham, Number One with a Bullet (1987), Wildcats (1986) and Free Willy (1993).
Following his critically acclaimed performance in Forrest Gump (1994), Williamson starred in Forest Whitaker's Waiting to Exhale (1995); partnered with Al Pacino in Michael Mann's Heat (1995); Free Willy 2: The Adventure Home (1995), and starred alongside Nicolas Cage in Con Air (1997).
Williamson was also seen in Mike Nichols' political drama Primary Colors (1998) (a cameo appearance which he did as a personal favor to Nichols and John Travolta) and Three Kings (1999), opposite George Clooney, Mark Wahlberg and Ice Cube.
In 1996 Williamson returned to television when he starred opposite Delroy Lindo and Blair Underwood in the critically acclaimed HBO telefilm Soul of the Game (1996) and received rave reviews for his stirring portrayal of legendary Negro League baseball legend Josh Gibson. Williamson also starred in Buffalo Soldiers (1997) for TNT and 12 Angry Men (1997) for Showtime, as well as starring in the cable network's series The Hoop Life (1999).
On stage Williamson starred with Samuel L. Jackson, D.B. Sweeney, Ellis Williams, Matt McGrath and Richard Reilly in Clark Gregg's ("What Lies Beneath") 1995's ensemble drama "Distant Fires", which earned the cast a prestigious L.A. Theatre Award.
An avid sports fan and devoted family man, Williamson enjoys restoring classic cars and rodeoing in his free time. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two of his three daughters.
Named by his grandfather for 'Spirit' or 'Silent Friend' in the language of Blackfeet Indians, Mykelti Williamson has quietly built a reputation in Hollywood as one of the most consistently proven actors in the business, delivering stirring and honest performances that always capture audiences.- Actor
