This is how he also knows that the diamond on loan in his father's museum is Charlie's next target, but who would believe his story?

During this experience, Karroll learns a lot about himself as well as Rosecog, discovers that he and Rosecog have a lot in common, and decides to help Rosecog see the light and rediscover the joy of Christmas.
