William was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. After living for three years in West Africa from the ages of three to six, William continued growing up in Mont St. Hilaire, Quebec. Speaking both fluent French and English, William is a dual citizen of both Canada and the US and holds current passports for each country.
Like every Canadian kid, William built a skating rink in his backyard every winter and played until it was too dark to see his skates. However, growing up, baseball was Wil's first love and he dreamt of playing for the Montreal Expos. He would often run into Donald Sutherland at the Expos games, never imagining one day becoming an actor himself. William still has a signed ball from the 1981 Cincinnati Reds Team that Mr. Sutherland gave him.
During the winter months William stayed in shape for summer sports by playing High School Volleyball. As part of the Junior Team he was asked to accompany the Varsity Team to the Provincial Championships. Being the only Junior Player at the Varsity Tournament, William was asked to play quite a bit. The team went on to win the Provincial Championships that year. During his years at Richelieu Valley High School William's Teams won two Provincial Championships. After High School William continued to play at Champlain College making the starting lineup in his first year. To this day coach Bonenberg has left an indelible mark on William's life. HIs regimented coaching style has applied many lessons William still holds dear to this day.
After completing his first year at Champlain College, William moved to Florida to continue his education.
Within a few years, the burgeoning TV and film industry in Orlando piqued his interest. His first audition was for the Season 2, two-hour season premiere of Steven Spielberg's SeaQuest DSV starring Roy Scheider. William had three callbacks with Director Bryan Spicer, booked the role, and his ongoing thirty-one year career as an actor began
While working on SeaQuest DSV he became friends with Actor/Producer/Director Peter deLuise who suggested Wil take his talents to Vancouver, Canada. And he did. Within six months William was working non-stop. William managed to turn the Guest Star role of Brent Kallus, on Showtime's critically acclaimed comedy "Beggars and Choosers" written by Peter Lefcourt, into a recurring role. To this day, it's one of William's favorite characters he has ever played.
William considers his work with acting coach Larry Moss to be a pivotal and important time in his life and career. William was introduced to Larry by his friend Laurie Holden in Santa Monica CA. in 1999 and maintains his friendship with Larry to this day. Like many actors who worked with Larry, Wil is grateful to Larry for changing the trajectory of his career.
After honing his craft in Vancouver for ten years, William moved to NYC to work on the famed Daytime Drama, All My Children. There, he received an Emmy Nomination during his first year on the show.
William returned to Vancouver to work on Bravo Canada's critically acclaimed drama "Godiva's" starring Eric Karpluk.
Then legendary Bill Bell's international mega-hit "Bold & The Beautiful" came calling. A monster hit enjoyed in over 132 countries around the globe, William worked two years on the show portraying the character Storm Logan.
William was thrilled to book the series regular lead role of Peter McNeil in the comedy series "InSecurity." The show received tremendous ratings in season one and barreled forward into season two. After years of playing "bad guys," the smart and character-driven comedy was a joy to work on.
William worked non-stop for years in Primetime roles such as HBO's The Transporter, Castle, NCIS, and recurring roles on Nikita, Beauty and the Beast, and Netflix's Hemlock Grove. ABC's "General Hospital" then came calling and William was a top fan favorite for his eight-year run in Los Angeles as Julian Jerome.
William has been back at work in primetime on NCIS: Los Angeles, Quantum Leap, and leading roles in several MOWs. He is now developing his own action adventure series, "Colt & McQueen" and an MOW "Christmas in Bordeaux" with plans to produce.
William been repped by Manager Paulo Andres of "Rothman Andres" for over 14 years in Los Angeles, and Candace Fulton at Integral Artists in Vancouver, Canada for over 20 years. The Sentinel: Season 1, Episode 1

Nancy - Garett Maggart starred for four seasons as "Blair Sandburg", alongside Richard Burgi in The Sentinel (1996), a one-hour action drama series from Pet Fly Productions in association with Paramount Network Television for UPN. A second generation performer, Maggart was exposed to acting at an early age watching his father, actor Brandon Maggart. Garett's first role was a small appearance in the Robin Williams film The World According to Garp (1982) at the age of nine. Given the opportunity to play a guest starring role on the groundbreaking Showtime series Brothers (1984) that starred the elder Maggart, Garett decided he wanted to become an actor. Molly Parker, the extremely talented and versatile Canadian actress is best known in the United States for playing the Western widow "Alma Garret" on the cable-TV series Deadwood (2004). Raised on a commune, she described as "a hippie farm" in Pitt Meadows, B.C., Parker got the acting bug when she was 16 years old, after 13 years of ballet training. Parker's uncle was an actor, and his agent took her on as a client, enabling her to launch her career in small roles on Canadian television. She enrolled at Vancouver's Gastown Actors' Studio after she graduated from high school, and continued to act on TV in series and TV-movies while learning her craft at acting school.
Parker began attracting attention when she appeared as the daughter of a lesbian military officer in the TV-movie Serving in Silence: The Margarethe Cammermeyer Story (1995). She earned a Gemini nomination (the Canadian TV industry's equivalent of the Emmy) for her performance in the TV-movie Paris or Somewhere (1994). However, it was her debut in theatrical films that gave her her big breakthrough, playing a necrophiliac in Lynne Stopkewich's 1996 film Kissed (1996). It was "Kissed" that set Molly's career into overdrive.
A friend got her an audition for the low-budget independent feature film, and she hit if off with the director, who not only cast her, but became her friend. As the character "Sandra Larson", a poetic soul obsessed with death who engages in sexual congress with a corpse, Parker created a sympathetic character in a difficult role. The film garnered her rave revues and she won a Genie Award, the Canadian cinema's Academy Award, for her performance. She parlayed the accolades into a sustained career on film and in TV.
On TV, Parker was part of the cast of CBC-TV's six-part sitcom Twitch City (1998), playing the girlfriend of Don McKellar, which enabled her to showcase her comedic skills. Other memorable TV roles was the female rabbi on Home Box Office's series Six Feet Under (2001) and, of course, the regular role on HBO's Deadwood (2004). She has appeared in many ambitious films, including Jeremy Podeswa's The Five Senses (1999), István Szabó's Sunshine (1999) and Michael Winterbottom's Wonderland (1999). She also re-teamed with director Lynne Stopkewich for Suspicious River (2000).
Parker made waves with another provocative film with sex as its subject, director Wayne Wang's The Center of the World (2001). In the movie, Parker played a San Francisco lap dancer who becomes a paid escort to a Silicon Valley nerd. For her performance, she was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award. In 2002, she was nominated twice as best supporting actress at the Genies for her roles in the British/Canadian co-production War Bride (2001) and Bruce Sweeney's Last Wedding (2001), winning for her appearance in the latter film.
Parker's reputation as an outstanding actress is based on her assaying of strong, yet flawed, definitely complex women in character-leads and supporting parts in challenging films. Not only does she convey intelligence, but there is an unconscious elegance to her, a true inner beauty that radiates on-screen. She will be gracing the screen, both large and small, with her unique presence for many years to come. The Sentinel: Season 1, Episode 1
