Eighteen To A Table
by izzy-cash20 | created - 11 Jan 2015 | updated - 11 Jan 2015 | PublicStanley Church's dying wish is that his six children come and visit him during the Christmas season. Unfortunately, the reunion brings with it deep-rooted sibling rivalry and feelings of unresolved hostility between the brothers and sisters: the principal cause is down to those they married. The 3rd eldest, Francis, whilst in America, married into money, which offended the left-wing, socialist values of painter and decorator Tony, the 2nd born to Stan's wife, Lydia. Francis in turn doesn't like the man the oldest of his four sisters, Clara(the eldest), married. Clara hates two of her sisters: Julie - for having an affair with her husband - and Suzanne - for getting her daughter, Brie, kicked out of university. With all the animosity between Stan and Lydia's offspring and extended family, the chances of a harmonious Yuletide holiday look slim. Will there be peace and goodwill in this family, or will they bury the hatchet...in each other?
