Lily began working as an actress when she was 6 years old, then returned to film when she was 16 in Marilyn Manson's adaptation of Alice in Wonderland. In 2009 she played the female lead in Terry Gilliam's The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus. Since then she has made over fifteen films with esteemed directors including Sally Potter, Shekhar Kapur, Roland Joffe, Mary Harron and Rian Johnson; performed at the Globe theatre and The Old Vic theatre. She was born Janel Meilani Parrish on October 30, 1988 in Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii, to parents Joanne (Mew) and Mark Phillip Parrish. Her mother is of Chinese descent and her father is Caucasian. A born entertainer, Julianne Hough (pronounced "Huff") always loved singing, dancing and acting. Australian actress Emily Browning was born in 1988 in Melbourne, Australia, to Shelley and Andrew Browning. She has two younger brothers. Her start in acting came after a classmate's father, involved in the acting business, noticed her "acting all ditsy" in a school play. Emily found an agent and was soon filming on location for the Hallmark TV-movie, The Echo of Thunder (1998). Upcoming, Bennett will star opposite Austin Stowell in Carlo Mirabella-Davis's SWALLOW, on which she also serves as an executive producer. Bennett plays 'Hunter,' a pregnant, young housewife, whose seemingly perfect existence takes an alarming turn when she begins compulsively and uncontrollably eating dangerous objects. The film made its world premiere at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival, garnering massive critical acclaim, including Bennett's award for Best Actress. The film later appeared at the 2019 Deauville Film Festival, where it was awarded the Prix spécial du 45E and nominated for the Grand Special Prize. IFC Films is set to release the film in March 2020.
Following, Bennett will be seen in Ron Howard's HILLBILLY ELEGY for Netflix. Amy Adams and Glenn Close co-star in the film. Based on J.D. Vance's bestselling memoir that follows three generations of an Appalachian family as told by its youngest member, a Yale law student is forced to return to his hometown. Bennett will also star in Antonio Campos's Netflix thriller THE DEVIL ALL THE TIME alongside Robert Pattinson, Bill Skarsgard, and Jason Clarke. Set in rural southern Ohio and West Virginia, the film follows a cast of compelling and bizarre characters from the end of World War II to the 1960s. Both films are set for release in 2020.

Doubleday was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, she is the younger of two daughters of Christina Hart and Frank Doubleday. She grew up in a show business family: her parents are former professional actors and her older sister, Kaitlin, is also an actress. Her mother now works in the entertainment industry as a writer and producer of plays. Doubleday attended the Los Angeles Center for Enriched Studies, a magnet school in west Los Angeles. She described herself as a tomboy to the Los Angeles Times, having played soccer for twelve years.
Doubleday first appeared in a commercial for Goldfish crackers at age eight and had a small role in the film Legend of the Mummy (1998). Her parents insisted that she finish high school before pursuing a career in acting. Doubleday was cast in the pilot episode of United States of Tara, a television series created by Diablo Cody. Doubleday played 15-year-old Kate, the daughter of Toni Collette's character. Doubleday was replaced by Brie Larson when the series' creative team chose to go in a different direction with the character. She appeared in the short film 18 in 2009, about a girl dealing with the end of her mother's life.
Doubleday starred opposite Michael Cera in the teen comedy Youth in Revolt (2009), based on the 1993 novel of the same name by C.D. Payne. Doubleday described her character as "mean" and "really complex" to the Los Angeles Times. She plays Sheeni Saunders, an imaginative girl with a dreary life who meets Nick Twisp (Michael Cera) while on a family vacation. The film, directed by Miguel Arteta, premiered at the 2009 Toronto International Film Festival.

Doubleday appeared regularly in the ABC network comedy Mr. Sunshine, a midseason replacement for the 2010-2011 season.
She played the popular and monstrous Chris Hargensen in the 2013 adaptation of Carrie. Doubleday dyed her hair brown for the role of Chris, who is a natural brunette in the novel.

Emily Jean "Emma" Stone was born on November 6, 1988 in Scottsdale, Arizona to Krista Jean Stone (née Yeager), a homemaker & Jeffrey Charles "Jeff" Stone, a contracting company founder and CEO. She is of Swedish, German & British Isles descent. Stone began acting as a child as a member of the Valley Youth Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona, where she made her stage debut in a production of Kenneth Grahame's "The Wind in the Willows". She appeared in many more productions through her early teens until, at the age of fifteen, she decided that she wanted to make acting her career.

Actress and screenwriter Nicole Houston Reed was born in Los Angeles, California. She is the daughter of Cheryl Houston, a hairdresser and beautician, and Seth Reed, a set designer. She has two brothers. Her ancestry includes Ashkenazi Jewish, German, British Isles, and one eighth Italian. Reed's parents divorced when she was two and she lived with her mother. She attended Alexander Hamilton High School, but dropped out and was home-schooled. As she entered her teenage years, Reed began a difficult period in her life, resulting in her moving out of home at 14 years old.
Reed first met Catherine Hardwicke when Hardwicke was dating her father. They kept in touch and in 2002 began scripting Thirteen (2003), based on Reed's writing from her early teens.
