Highlight episode - Edward Mordrake: Part 2
Pretty average season that never reached the heights of MH or Coven, however, it was an improvement over Coven for sure. The problem with Freak Show was its lack of character development and an interesting story, with all the characters like the Twins, Elsa, Jimmy etc. being pretty one-dimensional. The strongest part was the Twisty the Clown arc which ended perfectly in episode 4 where the season peaked. I did enjoy the finale, more so Dandy killing everyone. Now that was fun. Pretty sure it was meant to be horrifying and the show's version of a Red Wedding but I was more than willing to see everyone bite it. Anyway, a lot better but not good enough.
