Andy Hill was born in Chicago and studied filmmaking under Haig P. Manoogian at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. From 1987-1996, he served as vice-president of music production for Walt Disney Pictures, overseeing music production on a roster of films which included The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, and Sister Act, and working closely with composers and songwriters such as Alan Menken, Howard Ashman and Hans Zimmer. Films for which Hill supervised music under the aegis of the Disney music department have earned nine Academy Awards in music categories. Subsequent to his term at Disney, Hill opened Andy Hill Film + Music under the auspices of Modern Music and supervised projects which included Message In A Bottle, Ed Wood, James and the Giant Peach and Happy Feet, winning a Grammy Award in 2000 as producer of the Best Musical Album for Children for Elmo In Grouchland.
In 2003, Hill began offering summer scoring workshops via the Los Angeles extension of Columbia College Chicago, and this led in 2006 to his appointment as director of the college's first full MFA program, Music Composition for the Screen. The boutique program graduated more than 50 composers and became a pioneer in the use of post-graduate professional internships as an entrée to the highly competitive world of motion picture scoring. In 2011, he was engaged to oversee preparation and launch of a similar program, Scoring for Film, TV and Videogames, for the international campus of the Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Spain. There, Hill developed professional relationships with leading Spanish film composers such as Alberto Iglesias and Javier Navarrete. This established a base in Europe, and in 2013, he formed Cinemuse VOF for music supervision and production services and affiliated himself with the Galaxy Studio Group in Mol, Belgium, where he now serves as executive soundtrack producer and pilots the post-production facility's drive to develop international business in scoring.
Hill continues to compose, produce, and supervise music for film and other media. He has also authored a trilogy of "metaphysical detective novels," the "Stephan Raszer Investigations," published by Carroll & Graf and Counterpoint Press. The first of these, "Enoch's Portal," was optioned by Paramount Studios and Alphaville for director Alex Proyas, but has not been produced.Music Supervisor (as Andrew W. Hill)- Music Department

Recent film scores include his latest collaboration with Craig Roberts, Eternal Beauty (2019), hit comedies like The Inbetweeners 2 (2014), psychological thrillers including Another Me (2013) and period dramas such as Cheerful Weather for the Wedding (2012).
In 2011, Michael scored kids' comedy Horrid Henry: The Movie (2011), for Vertigo Films, which stars Anjelica Houston, Noel Fielding and Richard E. Grant, Cheerful Weather for the Wedding (2012), directed by Donald Rice and starring Mackenzie Crook and Elizabeth McGovern, and Paul Wilkins' thriller 7 Lives (2011), starring Danny Dyer and Martin Compston. Michael has also scored Wild Target (2010), a romantic comedy directed by Jonathan Lynn of "Yes Minister" fame and with a stellar cast including Bill Nighy, Emily Blunt, Martin Freeman, Rupert Everett and Rupert Grint. This commission swiftly followed Michael's fantastic score for Wild Child (2008), Working Title's successful teen film released in the UK at the beginning of 2009.
After initially developing a successful career as a composer for contemporary dance, in 1996 Michael was invited by composer Michael Kamen to orchestrate and program electronic sounds for the Paramount movie Event Horizon (1997). This led to a long working relationship encompassing a number of highly successful film scores in London, LA and Prague, and concerts in Berlin, New York, San Francisco and Geneva.
In addition to composing for features like Zentropa's Dommeren (2005) and Slingshot Studios' Sugarhouse (2007). Michael met Alfonso Cuaron when he scored additional music for the Academy Award winning feature "Children of Men" and worked closely with Cuaron as music editor for this dystopian science fiction film.
Michael enjoyed significant achievements as a music editor with films like Peter Jackson's trilogy The Lord of the Rings (2001), Richard Curtis' Love Actually (2003), Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason (2004) and Nanny McPhee (2005). Bob Bayless is a third generation musician whose Native American grandfather was invited to play with John Phillips Sousa, unheard of at the time. Bob became a professional musician at thirteen, playing various instruments in numerous original and copy bands and was a Music Major in College. His music is an eclectic mix of influences from rock-n-roll sensibilities through classic film scoring techniques gleaned from ten years working with renowned composer Jerry Goldsmith.
Bob has composed a number of film scores, including music for the award-winning shorts "Misconnect" and "The Rib," the latter which screened at the Cannes Film Festival and which he also produced. His music has appeared in diverse projects such as "Looney Tunes: Back in Action" and "Howard Hughes: the Real Aviator." For the award-winning, native-American-themed Sundance premiere, "Christmas in the Clouds," he arranged, performed and recorded a number of Christmas carols to reflect his own native American roots and included previously recorded vocals of his late grandfather singing and vintage dancing bells that he had inherited.
Bob has numerous credits in music editorial on block-buster films such as the Harrison Ford starer, "Airforce One," Joe Dante's "Small Soldiers," Stephen Sommers "The Mummy," and two Star Trek movies. He received a MPSE Golden Reel nomination for Disney's animated feature film, "Mulan."
In additional to his music credits, Bob's feature film experience includes sound design, dialog editing, and mixing, as well as picture editorial. Bob is a certified RED camera digital ingest technician (or DIT) and he has edited several Internet series. He is partner in Hollywood Dell Digital Studios, a creative post boutique editing company formed to provide organic post work-flows for indie filmmakers on a budget.
His music background includes too many bands and performances to mention. Notably, he first worked with partner Mary Ann Skweres in the multi-media band, Hollywood Winged Rats. Together they produced and hosted the Underground Music Series, "Couch Concert," that featured unsigned local Hollywood bands. A techie at heart, he produced and starred in the Technician Musician, a series of short technical how-to videos for musicians and more recently, wrote tech stories and interviews for the industry magazine "Below The Line". For five years in the '80's he manufactured his own line of electric guitars from his 24 hour repair shop, where he lived and hosted weekly (and often nightly) jam sessions that included locals that went on to play in the bands Great White, Wall of Vodoo, Quiet Riot, The Coasters, Oingo Boingo and Motley Crue among others.Assistant Music Editor (as Rob Bayless)- Music Department

Mark McKenzie studied composition with renown classical composers Pierre Boulez, Witold Lutoslawski, and Morten Lauridsen among others. After becoming the first Composition graduate at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and earning his Masters in Composition at the University of Southern CA, Mark was singled out honored as "The Outstanding USC Doctoral Music Graduate." He was kept on by the USC faculty to teach Music Theory while pursuing his love of film music. McKenzie's first opportunities were orchestrations for movie composers beginning with Academy Award nominated Bruce Broughton on the Steven Spielberg / Barry Levinson film Young Sherlock Holmes. That soundtrack was nominated for a Grammy Award and Mark quickly became the behind the scenes "go to" orchestrator for the elite Hollywood composers such as Academy Award winning Jerry Goldsmith, John Barry, Danny Elfman, Randy Edelman, Alan Silvestri, John Powell, John Williams and others. McKenzie also worked alongside pop artists such as Michael Jackson, Nile Rogers, and Sir Paul McCartney. His credits include blockbuster films such as the Academy Award Winning Dances With Wolves, Good Will Hunting, Men in Black, Nightmare Before Christmas, Spiderman 1 & 2, Mr and Mrs Smith, Star Trek VI,VII and IX, The Patriot, A Few Good Men, Ice Age, Sleepless in Seattle and the hit Bungi game Destiny. Legendary Academy Award winning composer Jerry Goldsmith, in addition to relying on McKenzie to orchestrate his final 7 films, called upon Mark to compose for him when time constraints and health issues required it. One example is a piece called "Prison Uprising" composed for Goldsmith's score to The Last Castle. It can be heard by clicking on The Last Castle Album cover. Goldsmith collaborated closely with Mark repeatedly saying: "Mark is my godsend." Paul McCartney called McKenzie "Brilliant." Director and actor LeVar Burton wrote: "Working with Mark was truly a highlight and one of the best experiences of my career."
As a composer, Mark's film music creates a psychologically intricate inner life to enhance the multi dimensions of characters, giving reference to past or future story elements and heightening the experience of the story. Directors speak of Mark's "unerring instincts to capture the film's emotional core" and "imbue each scene with nuanced music to knit together and propel the story, character and emotions" using words to describe it such as: "beautiful," "timeless," "epic," and "intensely human." Mark is one of the very few composers who both composes and orchestrates every note himself. His latest epic original score (Max and Me) for a film to be premiered at World Youth Days is about Polish priest Maxamilian Kolbe who, through pure compassion, sacrificed his life for another in the Auschwitz concentration camp starvation bunker. It was recorded at Abbey Road Studios with concert violinist Joshua Bell, large orchestra, choir and the London boys choir Libera and will be released on the Sony Classical label.
Variety's "Eye on the Oscars" states: "Mark McKenzie's commanding orchestral prowess puts him among the foremost symphonists in Hollywood." The Los Angeles Times, The Hollywood Reporter, and numerous film music periodicals call his music "strikingly original...soul-stirring...majestic...spiritual...deeply profound...filled with unfathomable beauty and power...some of the most beautiful, lyrical, and emotionally resonant music ever written for film."
Variety writes: "McKenzie is finally grabbing the limelight thanks to an obscure indie Mexican 3D animated spiritual film called The Greatest Miracle (El Gran Milagro)." The Greatest Miracle won the Hollywood Music in Media Award's "Best Indie Score of the year." It was doubly nominated as "Best Score of the Year" and "Best Animated Movie Score of the Year" by the International Film Music Critics Association. The Greatest Miracle was described by Movie Music UK as "...some of the most beautiful lyrical, and emotionally resonant music ever written for film." While the score did not get nominated for an Academy Award, Mark and the score were featured in Variety's "Eye on the Oscars." The Greatest Miracle was repeatedly on "Top Ten Scores of the Year" lists.
Mark's original music has been heard in every corner of the globe. He composed the opening and closing theme music to the longest running and most honored television series in history "The Hallmark Hall of Fame." His original scores such as The Greatest Miracle, The Ultimate Gift, Blizzard, Saving Sarah Cain, The Disappearance of Garcia Lorca, Dr. Jekyll and Ms. Hyde, Frank and Jesse and four Hallmark Hall of Fame films are all available on compact disc and via digital download and streaming through most major soundtrack outlets. Mark's original music has been featured repeatedly on the Academy Awards, underscored the Olympics, performed before the Pope, heard at Disney World, California Adventures, Wimbledon and in countless other venues. His choral work "Gloria," first premiered at the 2000th Crystal Cathedral Hour of Power broadcast has become a perennial Christmas favorite around the USA.
Mark McKenzie is a member of The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (Oscars), The Television Academy (Emmy), The Society of Composers and Lyricists, and the BMI performing rights organization.Orchestrator- Music Department

Louis Febre is a Mexican born composer, best known for his work on the television series Smallville. He won an Emmy Award for his score on the television series The Cape, starring Corbin Bernsen.
Born in the city of Saltillo, Mexico, Louis Febre composed his first works for the piano at age 8 while studying piano and theory at a private academy. Eventually, his family moved to Los Angeles where he continued his study of the piano under the tutelage of Robert Turner.
Louis went on to formal composition study with Lorraine Kimball and Frank Campo. During this period, he wrote several chamber works and other large form compositions.
Febre was employed by the notorious B-movie company PM Entertainment, where he discovered his true compositional passion: film scoring. After a few years with PM Entertainment, he met his mentor John Debney, a partnership that would produce successful collaborative efforts such as the movie Doctor Who, and led to Louis' first television series The Cape which would earn him an Emmy for Best Dramatic Underscore.
Febre has enjoyed success with the movies Swimfan, Tower of Terror (Disney) and a set of Scooby-Do straight-to-video movies. He earned an Annie Award nomination for his score for Scooby-Do and the Alien Invaders. That same year, he won a Pixie Award for the independent short film: Revenge of the Red Balloon.
In 2001, he could be found collaborating with Steve Jablonsky on the first season of the hit television series Desperate Housewives. As an additional orchestrator, he worked again with John Debney on Cats & Dogs, Jimmy Neutron, the Disney film Chicken Little, Disneyworld Tokyo, and with Mark Snow on The X-Files movie. With the departure of Snow from the television series Smallville, Febre became the credited composer in 2007. Febre continues his work in television, having recently finished a collaboration with Mark Isham on Once Upon a Time in Wonderland for ABC television.Additional Orchestrator- Music Department
