Favourite Christmas-time Specials, Episodes, Short Films, Movies, and Games.
I've actually fallen out of love with Christmas as I've aged. I don't really celebrate, even though as a kid I was the one pushing my non-Christian family to get a tree and Christmas presents and put up decorations. That said, I've seen so many Christmas specials and movies that I do still enjoy so I thought I'd make a list. Note the lack of religious stuff... lol, sorry JC. If it's any consolation, Christmas carols are way better than Christmas songs! At least in sound. December is still my favourite month, but more because of Winter Solstice and the start of winter, and the holidays... not a fan of the consumerism. (LIST FAR FROM COMPLETE RIGHT NOW)

Even harder not to like it if you're also a fan of Robert Mitchum like I am. TCM shows this even more than it shows It's a Wonderful Life! - DirectorChris ColumbusStarsMacaulay CulkinJoe PesciDaniel SternAn eight-year-old troublemaker, mistakenly left home alone, must defend his home against a pair of burglars on Christmas Eve.The biggest reason I love this movie is actually because it introduced me Carol of the Bells, my favourite Christmas music. I love the tune even more now ever since I found out it actually originated as a classic Ukrainian song for New Years, Shchedryk Shchedryk, which is my favourite version of the song now. It's also a truly hilarious movie. I still remember rewinding the electrocution scene over and over with my little brother, laughing breathless and full of tears.

LinzOlek KrupaRya KihlstedtAlex Pruitt, an 8-year-old boy living in Chicago, must fend off international spies who seek a top-secret computer chip in his toy car.It has its issues, but I still enjoyed it as a kid. My favourite thing about it was how the bad guys seemed like actual, serious, dangerous bad guys rather than blithering idiots, despite being treated to the same kinds of ridiculous violence as the criminals of the previous films.
