[[tmz:video id="0_vcifjtrv"]] There would be no sandwiches for Tank Abbott if he stepped into the Octagon with Ronda Rousey ... because she would "kill his face" ... so says Tito Ortiz. As we previously reported, Abbott -- a Ufc legend -- launched an attack on female fighters ... saying All women in the Ufc are a pathetic joke, including Rousey. Abbott says he'd put $100k of his own money against any woman in a real deal Mma fight -- but if they lost,...

Tank Abbott must be Wasted Drunk if he thinks he could take Ronda Rousey in a fight ... so says Ufc legend Frank Shamrock. Shamrock tells us he's heard about Tank's chauvinistic $100,000 "Make Me a Sandwich" challenge to female fighters ... and quite frankly, thinks the Ufc legend is out of his boozed up mind. "I think Tank spends a little too much time on the bar stool," Shamrock says ... "He'd be submitted in 20 seconds. He'd be...

Back in the late 1990s, at the height of the pro wrestling boom, many Ufc fighters who peaked in the still relatively young world of Mixed Martial Arts, were clamoring to enter the industry. One such Ufc veteran, who was signed by WCW, during that time is Tank Abbott.
Some Ufc legends, like Ken Shamrock, entered the WWE and went on to reach levels of success close to if not on par with that of their respective Mma career, cementing their wrestling legacies in the hearts and minds of pro wrestling fans everywhere. Tank Abbott’s pro wrestling career, however, was marred by disappointment. In fact, Abbott’s pro wrestling career will forever be defined by one controversial moment, a moment that led to his immediate firing by WCW. Abbott, on live PPV, in a completely unscripted moment, pulled a knife out on another wrestler, held it to his throat,...

[[tmz:video id="0_mk3o21o0"]] Ufc legend Tank Abbott is doubling down on his attack on female fighters -- saying No Woman belongs in the octagon ... including Ronda Rousey. Tank appeared on "TMZ Hollywood Sports' today after claiming he would post a $100k prize to any woman who could beat him in a fight ... but they would have to make him a sandwich if they lost. The Ufc returns to Japan this weekend with another Fuel TV card and, in truth, this one is pretty freaking stacked from top to bottom. For the complete preview of the card, including Facebook prelims, fellow WhatCulture.com columnist, Mitchell Stucky, joined me on the Getting Lucky Mma Podcast (E030). Main card preview below.
Main Card Preview
Dong Hyun Kim (16-2-1, 1) vs. Siyar Bahadurzada (21-4-1), Ww: Kim is a world class grappler and judoka, which was evident in his utter dismantling of Paulo Thiago, Bjj black belt, on the ground back at Ufc: Macao. The only people to defeat Kim are Demian Maia, the best Bjj master in all of mixed martial arts, and Carlos Condit, a fighter that is surprisingly effective in his offense from the guard and extremely well rounded in all areas.
Siyar makes a great story as an Afghan fighter with tremendous power, 11 KOs.

We’re back with another episode of the Getting Lucky Mma podcast (#011). Without an Mma event to preview or review, my co-host Marcus Mitchell and I talk about current news, such as the retirements of Alexander Emelianenko and Mark Hominick as well as the confirmation that Strikeforce is finally finished in January.
Episode Summary (#011): Our conversation then moves onto weird Mma facts and stories. I share the story of Ultimate Fighter hopeful and Mma fighter Ray Elbe, who literally broke his penis having sex with his girlfriend. Ouch. Mitchell chimes in with a way you too can own your very own authentic Ufc championship belt as well as exactly what Zuffa means. I always thought it was the Narnia Landfill.
As geniuses and Mma experts, Mitchell and I then offer up ways to fix the Ufc and Mma. I know you’re relieved. I go into the full details...

Alright here’s the thing, Pole matches sometimes (and I mean rarely) have a useful premise. For example if a wrestler has been using a personal weapon unfairly, it’s a good match to even the playing field and give the heel a taste of his own medicine. Whilst in the WWE, William Regal used brass knuckles to his advantage, so Edge vs. Regal in a “Brass Knuckles on a Pole Match” made at least some sense. But over the years, the “On a Pole” stipulation has seen its fair share of ridiculous moments, and we mostly have WCW and Vince Russo to thank.
Here’s a selection of some of the worst/weirdest/most pointless “On a Pole” Stipulations in wrestling history.
Chair on a Pole Match
Crowbar vs. Meng
Ok firstly, Crowbar reaches the chair on his first attempt! No suspense or battling back and forth. Just one...

Even if you don’t follow Mixed Martial Arts or Mma-themed movies, you’ve seen the big body, crazy hair and menacing face of Kimbo Slice. He’s popped into popular culture as a Mr. T lookalike, contestant on Ufc Ultimate Fighter reality show, computer protection commercials and more since surfacing as a street fighter in YouTube videos.
Like many Mma fighters, he’s also breaking into acting. Nothing too serious but with his natural charisma which has captivated fans beyond his record in the ring, he’s bound to keep on punching his way to more roles.
Michael Jai White and Kimbo Slice on set of Blood and Bone
Kimbo Slice recently appeared alongside Michael Jai White in ‘Blood and Bone.’ In this clip … Michael Jai White talks about ‘Blood and Bone’, his character Bone, the plot of the film, and what he thinks makes a good movie interspersed...
