Valentina Gaylord is a CEO, founder, entrepreneur, business owner, holistic health and wellness coach, fitness expert, allergy and asthma ambassador, advocate, mother, and author. Diagnosed in 2012 with the debilitating autoimmune disease Bell's palsy, followed by Hashimoto's disease, Gaylord launched a decade-long personal crusade to not only save herself but to root out an understanding of and a cure for a disease so convoluted and elusive, few answers were known. Seeking out doctors, naturopathic and hormone specialists, nutritionists, and even mediums, Valentina turned her commonly misdiagnosed ailments into a calling that has brought healing, a growing business empire, and a network of prestigious and like-minded colleagues into the fold of growth, wellness, and what she has branded Whole Body Wellness.
Gaylord has dual citizenship and divides her time between America, London, France, and Malta with her family and children with Olympic Gold Medalist Mitch Gaylord. Her love of the arts, music, theatre, literature, history, philosophy, music, all things romance, and the Mediterranean Sea has made Europe her home.
2012 - 2022 Valentina's entrepreneurial journey led her to establish and Lead three award-winning prestigious luxury boutique fitness studios in Texas, where she served as the CEO, Founder, and Owner, winning her the 2019 Mindbody Visionary Award.
2003 - 2005 Valentina Gaylord has Written, Co-Produced, Co-Composed, and Recorded her first Solo Album Titled "Valentina, Sacred Places" with Co-Producers Michael Stearns and Peter Rafelson, and Co-Composer Christopher Hoag. "Valentina, Sacred Places", was inspired by Valentina's passion for true unconditional love and the art and creation of music. With Sacred Places, Valentina has evolved the ethereal sounds that embrace the soul and inspire the intellect. An anthology that defines the quintessence of the sacrosanct and intertwines the sensual international cultures of new dance music and the vivaciousness of life itself.
One of Valentina's desires in creating this anthology was to transcend the eloquence of time and space and take her audience on a journey into the depths of their soul, hopes, dreams, and desires. Sacred Places has brought many of Valentina's artistic and creative dreams to life by intertwining instruments and musicians from all across the world to create an album that unites the world via the vastly powerful and limitless channel of music.
In the composition titled "In Shadows", Don Augustine, a Shaman from Ecuador, calls in the ancient spirits in a blessing for peace and love, which takes you through to the end of "In Shadows" with a secret passage in Morris Code. In the composition titled "Compassion", the Venerable Geshe Tsultim Gyeltsen, inspired by His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama Tenzin Gyatso, speaks to us all then chants in his native language of Tibetan. The Monks took part in this anthology as they felt deeply that their message of Compassion would reach the masses globally via the release of "Sacred Places" worldwide. "Valentina, Sacred Places" also includes the musical talents of Chilean Artist Ruben Ortiz of Sajama and Percussionist Rafael Padilla.
