Falcom Media Group has taken German, Austrian and German-speaking territory rights to Rebel Movies’ sci-fi Mindgate, set to star Rachael Leigh Cook.
She plays a neuropsychologist leading a project to let quadriplegic patients experience satisfying sexual relationships.
The film is the first production of Madrid-based production-distribution company Rebel Movies.
Mindgate is in pre-production and based on a script by Spanish science-fiction novelist Juan Miguel Aguilera, who will make his directorial debut.
Additional casting is underway.
