He took part in the world premiere of Leoncavallo's Roland von Berlin (1904).
He studied at the Technical University in Lviv.
Alma was destined to be a technician, but because of his fondness for the theater decided to become a singer.
After resigning from the stage, he settled in Charlottenburg near Berlin.
As a student of W. Wysocki, he made his debut on October 1, 1878 in the Lvov department in the role of Lorenzo (Fra Diavolo).
