Allen, Maria O'Brien, Alan Oppenheimer, Megan Butler, Jihmi Kennedy and John Nesci in the cast. Edward Parone was developer and producer. Peter C. Brosius, Daniel O'Connor, Casey Perloff and Ethan Silverman were directors. Louis Durra was composer. Julie Weiss was costume designer.
