- After his first hardcore scene (in Come Play With Me (1978), at the age of 56) he made several illegal 8mm hardcore loops such as "Super Sex Shop" and "Wet Dreams", and went on to appear in the magazines Penthouse and Knave.
- His theatre credits include: "Blithe Spirit" by Noël Coward (1944, touring), "Peace in our Time" by Noël Coward (Lyric, 1947 - West End debut), "Traveller's Joy" by Arthur Macrae (Criterion, 1948) and "Tea Party" by Harold Pinter (Duchess, 1970).
- In the mid to late 1970s he made prolific appearances in military recruitment films.
