- John Bohn was born on October 29, 1892 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He was an actor, known for The Crime of Doctor Crespi (1935), Shake, Mr. Shakespeare (1936) and The Inside of the Cup (1921). He died on July 3, 1973 in San Diego, California, USA.
- Bohn co-wrote (with Earl SImmons) the play "Dumb Luck" (August 1927), which starred Dwight Frye and closed prior to reaching Broadway during out-of-town tryouts. Bohn and Frye would later appear together in "The Crime of Doctor Crespi" (1935), with Erich von Stroheim.
