Imagine waiting an entire year to see “Star War: The Rise of Skywalker” on a massive screen, in a dark theater with boisterous surround sounds and then out of the corner of your eye is a bright, distracting phone screen — you might lose it, and you wouldn’t be alone.
An opening night showing of the ninth “Star Wars” installment, “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker,” in Vancouver was interrupted after a man went on a tirade against an entire theater about turning off their phones during the movie.
