MTV and Bunim-Murray Prods. are reuniting a "Real World" cast to document what happens when they live together again in their former home.
The cable network and producers Bunim-Murray Prods. said Tuesday that they're going into production this month on their first-ever reunion series for the "Real World" franchise.
"Reunited: The Real World" will reunite the original cast of "The Real World: Las Vegas" in their former home -- the "Real World" suite at the Palms Casino Resort -- to see what has happened in the five years since the seven cast members lived together and to document what happens when they reunite.
The show is set to premiere on MTV later this spring. "Real World" was created by Jon Murray and Mary Ellis-Bunim. Jim Johnston also is executive producer, and Ken Chien is the supervising producer of "Reunited". Drew Tappon and Jacquelyn French are executives in charge of production for MTV.
