- Played keyboards in Nine Inch Nails from 1994 to 2001, as well as drums on a few songs on the NIN+David Bowie tour in 1995.
- At the end of their 1995 co-headlining tour, during which both bands shared the stage for collaborative versions of their best-loved songs, David Bowie presented all five members of Nine Inch Nails with hand-painted portraits he had done of each band member.

- Appeared in the documentary film "Moog", which chronicled the life and work of Dr. Robert Moog, the inventor of the Moog synthesizer and regarded by many as the "father of synthesizers", and also in the documentary films "I Dream of Wires" and "The Heart is a Drum Machine", both of which explored the relationship between humans and machines in the world of music.
