A new Aew World Champion and new World Trios Champions will soon be crowned. Aew President Tony Khan revealed on Wednesday’s Aew: Dynamite that the aforementioned titles have been vacated following an alleged backstage brawl between World Champion Cm Punk and World Trios Champions the Elite (Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks).
“Following All Out on pay-per-view this past Sunday night, I’ve been forced to vacate the Aew World Championship, as well as the Aew World Trios Championship,” Khan said at the top of the show.

It’s Monday morning, so you know what that means… it’s time for our review of Friday night’s episode of Aew: Rampage, which this week emanated from the Gas South Arena in Duluth, Georgia. Let’s get to the review!
Match #1: “Hangman” Adam Page & John Silver def. The Butcher & The Blade The following is courtesy of allelitewrestling.com:
Butcher chopped Silver and then dared Page to get in the ring. Blade tagged in and stomped a mudhole into Silver. “Hangman” tagged in and clobbered the Butcher with a lariat. Page followed up with a tope suicida on the Blade. The Blade distracted referee Rick Knox so the Butcher could employ some dirty work on Page. The Blade nailed Silver with a Doctor Bomb. Silver tagged out to Adam Page. “Hangman” hit Butcher and the Blade with elbows. Page dumped Blade out to the arena floor. Page staggered Butcher with a lariat.

I was, as I’m sure many of you reading this were, once a big fan of Tna wrestling. I was first introduced to Tna during the ‘Asylum’ years, when Tna taped weekly pay-per-views at the Nashville fairgrounds. Although some of it was pure trash, I was drawn to the cutting-edge X Division action and a few familiar faces from the past, such as Jeff Jarrett and Ken Shamrock.
I then watched as Tna organically grew, moving on to getting a TV deal and taping at Universal Studios. In 2005/06, I genuinely believed that Tna had the potential to become very successful and actually (at one point) felt as though Tna had a far more exciting roster of talent.
Guys like Samoa Joe, Aj Styles, Christopher Daniels, Abyss, Lax, Monty Brown and then Christian, Rhyno and Kurt Angle and co. really made you want to watch the product from week to week.

The “Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels is still flying high in Ring of Honor, producing a high quality body of work. The ring general not only signed a new deal with the company, but has also added a new entry to his already impressive resume. Daniels, 45, was cast in the Waterworld: A Live Sea War Spectacular at Universal Studios Hollywood. The consummate entertainer portrays Dennis Hopper’s villainous character, Deacon, in the stunt show, based off of the 1995 Kevin Costner action movie, Waterworld. Before he even started wrestling, Daniels always had a passion for acting. This is his chance to expand into another … Continue reading →

Poor Undertaker. Just as WWE is marketing the 25th anniversary of his debut, his soul was eaten. You would think out of respect that they’d pull the Survivor Series ads.
Well, elsewhere in the world of wrestling, Nxt promoted a number one contender’s match weeks out on their show. How is it possible that Raw never does this? Seriously, when is the last time they promoted a match more than one week away (which is in itself incredibly rare)? In related news, Raw drew its lowest non-holiday rating since the move to three hours.
Here is a fun wrestling question: What do you think is Impact Wrestling’s most watched Youtube video they’ve uploaded? Samoa Joe vs. A.J. Styles vs. Christopher Daniels? Maybe Hulk Hogan’s debut? Nope! It’s an evening gown match from last year. What can you expect when your initials are Tna?...

Samoa Joe wrestled his final event for Ring of Honor on Saturday night in New York City. He teamed with Aj Styles to defeat Roh Tag Team Champions Christopher Daniels and Kazarian in a non-title dark match that took place after the TV tapings.
The reason it was his last Roh match is because he recently signed a full time contract with WWE. They are going to allow him to finish his independent bookings into early August, but after that it’s WWE only. This match was originally scheduled to be a part of the TV taping that took place on Saturday until WWE shut it down because Roh airs on Destination America now.

Samoa Joe is headed back to Ring of Honor for a TV taping on Saturday June 20th. It was announced by Roh that Joe will team up with current Iwgp Heavyweight Champion Aj Styles to take on the Roh Tag Team Champions The Addiction, who are comprised of Christopher Daniels and Kazarian.
The unique contract that Samoa Joe has with WWE has been the talk of the online wrestling world for the past week. He debuted on WWE Nxt last Wednesday, then worked the Nxt tapings the next night and we found out that his deal will allow him to work for other wrestling companies. Today we found out that not only can he work for a company like Ring of Honor, but he’ll be on their TV show as well. One night earlier, Roh will have their Best in the World PPV on June 19 that Joe is not a part of.

I have read a lot of online reviews lately bashing indie horror as a whole for being derivative, unimaginative, and amateurish. I have been reviewing indie horror films for years, and I have watched my share of knockoffs made by people with no knowledge of the genre, and “homages” made by filmmakers who follow the rules of the genre so slavishly that their films end up adding nothing new. Like these other critics, I get sick of it too. But every once in awhile I come across a great indie horror movie like Resolution directed by Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, a clever, innovative, unique little film that slowly gets under your skin. Films like Resolution are the reason indie filmmaking exists.

With news of his departure from Tna after a nearly decade long tenure, the name Samoa Joe is making headlines in the world of wrestling once again. The fact that he has informed all independent promoters that he will no longer be accepting bookings come April has fueled rampant speculation that he is finally making the move to WWE, something his fans have been clamoring for for years.
Joe was one of the bedrocks of Tna wrestling, but the promotion only seemed to utilize him effectively during a very short portion of his nine year career with the struggling company. Outside of his compelling feud with Kurt Angle and some outstanding matches with guys like Aj Styles and Christopher Daniels, it always felt like he had more to offer than what the Tna braintrust was able to come up with – a problem that has plagued the majority of their talents.

When Tna revealed that it had lost its TV deal with Us network Spike TV, many fans feared the worst. The company had already said goodbye to many of its biggest stars, including A.J Styles, Sting and Hulk Hogan and the departures of Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian, Chavo Guerrero and Chris Sabin, amongst others, did nothing to ease the troubled minds of the Tna fanbase.
Booking-wise, the company’s creative direction had veered wildly out of control as wrestlers were frivolously pushed and then discarded once they failed to single-handedly save Tna from extinction.
To make matters worse, the company shamelessly aped WWE storylines in lieu of original content and, in the process, unwittingly began selling itself as a small time, second-rate promotion.
Then, with Tna’s fortunes locked into a deadly tailspin, a new deal was suddenly struck with TV network Destination America and a faster,...

If Ring of Honor ever gets their own Hall of Fame, and if Tna’s is still around in a few years, you can imagine that Christopher Daniels would be one of the few men on the planet to be inducted into both.
Daniels has been with both wrestling organizations from their inception (he first appeared on Tna’s fourth weekly pay-per-view, and main-evented the first Roh show), and been one of their best workers. Throughout the years, his character has evolved from a dark, religious menace to a man that just loves to have an appletini or two. Recently, he’s also taken his love of comic books into a new realm after writing his own comic “Christopher Daniels and Kazarian Wrestle Aw Yeah Comics.”
In a baffling decision, he was released from Tna earlier this year. However, Tna’s loss is Roh’s gain as Daniels and his...

Over the past 12 years, there have been hundreds of men and women who have competed inside of a Total Nonstop Action ring. Some of these wrestlers were the type you’d like to forget ever worked there like the massive Cheex, Eric Bischoff’s favorite son, Garett Bischoff or the currently employed Rob Terry. Others who have wrestled in Tna possessed incredible talent with plenty of memorable matches to their name like A.J. Styles, Samoa Joe and Christopher Daniels. And then, there were former and future stars that you just don’t remember ever being there.
Many of these wrestlers joined the company before their days on Spike TV, where they were only seen by a fraction of their current audience. Tna started as a $10 a week two hour pay-per-view (same price as an entire month of the WWE Network as Michael Cole would say), then moved to...

So Tna is officially twelve years old!
Total Nonstop Action Wrestling receives a lot of criticism, and rightfully so. The unwanted stepchild of the wrestling world, Tna has been ridiculed for ridiculous booking, poor live attendance, woeful PPV buys and pushing 40 year old stars from other promotions. It’s easy to criticize Tna, but that doesn’t mean that the company has been a complete failure.
Over the last twelve years, Tna has proven that they can provide an alternative wrestling product that fans can take pride in supporting. Through all the blatant attempts to emulate WWE, and all the downright insane booking by Vince Russo, Tna has shown flashes of brilliance that prove they don’t deserve all the hate. Sure a lot of that may be in the past, but we can still look back at the last decade and say that Tna managed to carve out a...

Shawn Hernandez has reportedly parted ways with Tna adding to the ever increasing list of departures from the company.
Hernandez has not been featured on Tna programming much this year but is a former 7 time tag team champion and was once a member of the ground breaking Lax tag team that looked to take the world by storm before the company inexplicably broke them up. Although he was often overshadowed by his former partner Homicide, Super Mex as he is sometimes known became a standout talent of his own showing amazing agility for such a big man.
Where Hernandez will end up now his contract has expired is anybody’s guess though his size would surely make him a possibility for WWE if his age doesn’t go against him. If Vince and Triple H aren’t interested he will more than likely find his way into the fold...

Wrestling as an industry is ostensibly all about the talent performing in the ring, but in truth, without the influential members of the industry behind the scenes, it would never be where it is today. A great deal of people who aren’t involved with in-ring action help make the industry what it is, and they deserve a moment in the spotlight as much as any wrestler.
With that in mind, and to give them the attention they deserve, this article will explore fifteen powerful non-wrestlers in the industry throughout its history and the effect they had on it. It should be noted that by no means is this a comprehensive list of people who have influenced the industry, but the point here is to indulge the status of some of the names who have shaped the industry in major ways since its inception.
Agree with the rankings?...

Furious that I missed Resolution during its Tribeca run in 2012, I’ve been anxiously waiting to get my grubby paws on a copy of the Blu-Ray for review – and it didn’t disappoint. Writer/director Justin Benson and director Aaron Moorhead created a tantalizing bit of mindfuckery that exemplifies all the best aspects of independent filmmaking, not really adhering to one single genre. While most assuredly a psychological horror film, there are moments of lighthearted, comical banter, and also dramatic, tension filled scenes full of mystery. It’s a bit of a tonal mish mosh, but the flavors are all farm fresh, grade A quality – in other words, they work wonderfully together.
The plot is rather simple – Michael Danube (Peter Cilella) wants to save his drug addicted best friend Chris Daniels (Vinny Curran). Fortunately for Michael, Chris has fled into the woods and is currently living in a remote cabin,...

After watching Impact wrestling last night I was embarrassed. I was embarrassed as a wrestling fan, by the product and by admitting I even watched it. Tna is crumbling before our eyes.
The best possible thing Dixie could do is Not resign Hulk Hogan but unfortunately she doesn’t know how to make good business decisions, so she will.
Her “heel” turn is painful to watch. Dixie may own Tna but she sure as hell shouldn’t be the face of it. Not only was her promo horrible, it wasn’t even believable.
Thank God after that we were treated to a great match by Austin Aries and Jeff Hardy. It’s matches like theirs that keep me watching. But…
Then we’re forced to sit through Bromance in the ring fighting with Odb and Eric Young? Why?! How is that segment even making it to TV?!
Aces and Eights is a laughing stock.

October 27th 2009 was a day that I imagine very few people saw coming. This was the day that Tna Wrestling, a company that has long been a very distant number two wrestling promotion who are very much in the background compared to the monolith that is WWE – announced they had signed The biggest professional wrestler in the business, Hulk Hogan.
Now of course Hogan was way beyond actually wrestling anything aside from maybe a very rare match with very few bumps taken, but his presence clearly would attract a whole new audience to the Tna product wouldn’t it? See Tna had been trying to raise awareness for their product for many years. Usually they seemed to try and accomplish this by trying to attract former WWE wrestlers and hoping they would help them get over the 1.0 ratings hump that they’d been stuck with seemingly forever. They tried with Christian,...

I love Tna. I love Jakks Pacific. I was so excited when Jakks announced that they acquired the license to make Tna action figures. I was so pumped. I loved what Jakks had done with the WWE license from the Ruthless Aggression figures, to the Deluxe figures, to the Classic Superstars line. Jakks gave us, without a doubt, the best years of wrestling figures when they had the WWE license. Since Jakks acquired the Tna line in 2010, we’ve gotten 10 sets of figures. Just ten! When Jakks had WWE we would get more than 10 sets a year!
It’s safe to say that I am disappointed with the Tna line of figures, in the amount that we get. I love the figures. I really do. I get excited every time they announce a new line-up. Unfortunately, that seems to be once every 6-8 months. I really wish Jakks would try...

The Seattle Mariners have made history. After announcing they would do so earlier in the week, the professional baseball team became the first to ever fly a rainbow gay pride flag.
The historic event took place on June 30 at Safeco Field, only days after the Supreme Court made landmark decisions rule the Defense of Marriage Act unconstitutional and overturn Prop 8. The flag is included alongside flags for away team the Chicago Cubs and the American flag, and was placed on the pole where the Washington flag is usually hung.
It's not a coincidence that this Lgbt-friendly move took place on the same day as Seattle's 39th annual Pride Parade. The Mariners have a history of supporting gay rights in the past, but have reportedly never been asked to fly the flag. Meanwhile, the City of Seattle has been flying the gay pride flag over City Hall since June 1 to celebrate gay pride month.

Wrestling has always been about good vs evil. The bad guy vs the good guy. Who’s going to win? Who do you cheer for? Who do you hate?
Today a lot of wrestlers like to walk the fine line between both. A guy like John Cena comes to mind, he’s a guy who kids love and most adults hate. Anyways, this isn’t about the inbetweeners, it’s about the bad guy. The one you love to hate.
What makes a great heel? A great heel is someone who you can’t stand. They want to be booed, they thrive on it. They say things to intentionally get under your skin and they love every minute of it.
A truly great heel doesn’t care about selling merchandise or being liked outside of the ring. He’s someone who you watch in hopes of seeing him get his ass kicked.

I have read a lot of online reviews lately bashing indie horror as a whole for being derivative, unimaginative and amateurish. I have been reviewing indie horror films for years, and I have watched my share of knockoffs made by people with no knowledge of the genre and "homages" made by filmmakers who follow the rules of the genre so slavishly that their films end up adding nothing new. Like these other critics, I get sick of it too. But every once in awhile, I come across a great indie horror movie like Resolution, a clever, innovative, unique little film that slowly gets under your skin. Films like Resolution are the reason indie filmmaking exists.

Cm Punk, the best in the world, as he claims, was WWE Champion for 434 days, a feat almost unimaginable in today’s wrestling. The streak itself is a focal point for his claim of being the best; surely someone who can hold onto the biggest title in wrestling’s biggest company for that long must be the best in the world? The fact that WWE allowed him to hold the belt for that long proves that they have a lot of faith in him to carry the company, but is he the best in the world?
I think it goes without saying that, like almost anything, it depends on personal opinion. It depends on the person and what they believe makes a wrestler great; some fans may prefer classic mat wrestling whilst others prefer the lucha style and so who they believe is best will reflect that style. For me,...

I first became aware of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling after flicking onto it back in 2006, and ever since I have been a fan of the product they provide. It was through this organisation alongside my prolonged love for WWE that allowed me to appreciate the art of telling a story through wrestling, and what great technical wrestling is. Wrestlers such as Aj Styles, Christopher Daniels, Samoa Joe and Abyss immediately caught the eye as absolute master ringsmen, and I remember explicitly saying in my early days of watching this product why they weren’t competing for WWE? Now, Tna has gone from strength to strength, with its own weekly television shows, monthly Pay-Per-Views, and a deep roster that boasts both Tna originals that honed their skills in the Independent Leagues and household names to any wrestling fans that have attracted a new wave of pro wrestling fans.
However, it cannot...

On Valentine’s Day, there certainly is nothing better than inviting your best girl round, opening a nice bottle of champagne, and then watching a hard-hitting episode of Impact Wrestling. This week will see Aces & Eights’ response to their defeat at the hands of Bully Ray-Hogan and Sting in tag team tables action. How will they seek retribution, and could it have anything to do with the upcoming Lockdown PPV?
Furthermore, Hulk Hogan announced that there would be a tournament to determine the next challenger to Jeff Hardy for the World Championship, as eight of Impact Wrestling’s very best will go one-on-one to determine who will be the new No.1 Contender. With matches such as Kurt Angle vs. Samoa Joe and a match between the new Tna Tag Team Champions scheduled, it should be a wild night of fantastic wrestling back once again in jolly old England. So without further ado,...

Another Thursday, another episode of Impact Wrestling passes us by, and tonight had all the makings of an excellent outing for the second largest wrestling organisation. Both the X-Division Championship and the World Tag Team Championships would be defended, there would be a tag team tables match featuring Bully Ray and Sting against members of Aces & Eights, and hopefully we will be treated to some explanations as to why Garrett Bischoff and Wes Brisco turned on their mentor Kurt Angle to join the nefarious biker gang.
Once again, the Impact Zone was emanating from Manchester in the United Kingdom, so expect some raucous crowd interaction and a great deal of low-key racism from the heel superstars tonight. The UK love it when either Tna or WWE come to their neck of the woods, and they will certainly try and make the most of the extended stay of the Impact wrestlers on their shores.

In this week’s edition of Tna Impact Wrestling, we are set to encounter the fallout from last week’s wedding fiasco. After Tazz’s shocking decision to join the Aces and Eights, the group gatecrashed the wedding and proceeded to take out every person in site, and forced Brooke Hogan to watch both her father and her fiancee Bully Ray get beaten down by the rebellious bandits. Also, there will be two championship matches, as Velvet Sky challenges Tara for the Knockouts Championship, and Jeff Hardy defends his World Heavyweight Championship against Christopher Daniels.
Tazz Speaks Out On His Betrayal
Tazz walks out to the ring accompanied by his Aces and Eights brethren, and begins to address the questions as to why he joined their group. In his reasoning, he mentions his thrill of being supported and guided by a higher power, which indicates that somebody particularly famous in...

Many pro-wrestlers seem to enjoy a good comic book (check out our interview with "Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels here), but few have been more vocal in their love and support of the industry than current WWE champion Cm Punk. Although the wrestler feels he has more in common with a certain metal mask wearing super-villain than any of the characters he will be writing about - "He's a bad guy but he's justified in his actions. It would be easy to compare Resolution to The Cabin in the Woods, both films tackle the horror tropes surrounding the titular isolated cabin in the woods, digging into the meta-narrative that informs the trope, but they come at the text from completely opposite directions. The comparison that felt more apt to me, while I was watching one of the best films at Fantasia this year, is linking Resolution to the H. P. Lovecraft film adaptation The Whisperer in Darkness. Lovingly recreated by fans,The Whisperer in Darkness tries to faithfully adapt Lovecraft’s work by using the media, tropes, and especially film style, that dominated when Lovercraft penned the original short story. After this past Sunday’s Destination X PPV, critics and fans alike have been singing the praises of Tna’s July offering. It was warranted as well, with much if not all of the card being extremely entertaining viewing, even if some of the Wrestlers on the card were not established characters with the Tna viewers.
Since Tna went live with Impact Wrestling at the end of May, the general reception to the show amongst regular viewers seems to have been improving by the week. Stories have been coherent and easy to follow, tournament standings have been well covered throughout the shows and the Championships have been made to seem the most important aspect of the promotion.
Judging by Twitter reaction to Destination X, which was still a Worldwide trend 12 hours after the event finished, it seems many Professional Wrestling fans preferred the smaller company’s showing against WWE’s...

The X Division was once the best thing on television. These days it’s a watered down shell of it’s former self. Things were on the up with Austin Aries as champion which has ultimately led to him fighting for the World Heavyweight title in a PPV main event. Can you believe it? We can’t! Not from the company that pushed an enfeebled Jeff Hardy over Aj Styles.

Since the WWE began to focus toward a different demographic and went to a PG rating for its programming in 2008, older wrestling fans have been looking for an alternative, more matured product for their sports entertainment needs. Many fans turned to Ufc, which has a lot of the qualities a more seasoned viewer of the WWE product may look for – violence, adrenaline, excitement, feuds and characters. However, with Ufc fighters only fighting 2/3 events a year (particularly for the big names) these characters are hard for a viewer to invest in when compared to a wrestling show which gets the chance to establish their characters on a weekly basis.
This is where an alternative wrestling product is needed. One which can give the fans all of the above that Ufc offers with the addition of characters that can be seen on regular occasion. This is where Impact Wrestling should be aiming its product.

Threatened by funding cuts, Bristol's Slapstick Festival is 'the most important celebration of this kind of comedy in the world'
Comedians including satirist Marcus Brigstocke and impressionist Rory Bremner are staging a benefit concert to save a festival dedicated to a brand of humour that is a century old – silent movie slapstick.
The one-night show aims to shore up the finances of Bristol's Slapstick Festival, after a cut in funding threatened to end the annual four-day extravaganza of silent comedy films. Also on the Stand Up For Slapstick bill on 24 June are Arthur Smith, Lucy Porter and veteran writer and performer Barry Cryer.
"The Slapstick Festival has grown during eight years to become perhaps the most important celebration of this kind of comedy anywhere in the world," said former Goodie and organiser Graeme Garden, a patron and director since 2007. "Silent comedy marks the start of modern humour. But, more importantly,...

Tna Slammiversary pay-per-view was held last night from the University of Texas in Arlington and we have the results below;

Sting beat-down Roode after the match and hit him with a Scorpion Death Drop off the entrance ramp.
Miss Tessmacher defeated Gail Kim to become the Tna Women’s Knockout Champion. This title changed ended Kim’s record 210-day run as champion. Christy Hemme appeared after the match to interview the new champion and Brooke called her victory “truly epic” and said, “God Bless America”.

Imagine if there was no WWE. Imagine if business had taken a nosedive after Vince McMahon bought out Ecw and WCW and he’d had to sell up. Seems unlikely doesn’t it, but just imagine. No John Cena. No Monday Night Raw. No Wrestlemania. That’s right – with no Wrestlemania to look forward to the biggest event on the wrestling calendar would be presented by Tna Impact Wrestling. The biggest PPV of the year would be Slammiversary. Just imagine.
So with that in mind, let’s take a look at what Tna has to offer for this Sunday’s live event.
Hernandez Vs Kid Kash
I haven’t been watching a lot of Tna’s programming recently so I have to say I’m oblivious to why this match is taking place. I would assume it’s because Kid Kash is a) awesome and b) a ‘veteran’ from Tna’s past.

Yes folks, it’s Tna PPV time again and we’ve had a look into our crystal ball to see who will be upsetting who and who has all the gold when the dust has settled.
Over the last few months we’ve seen the slow build of Robert Roode as a legit heel World Champion despite knowing in our heart of hearts that he’s only carrying the title while Tna build James Storm into the new Super-Face of the company. In the meantime he’s been feuding with on-air authority figure Sting, which leads us into yet another PPV main event starring a wrestler way beyond his prime despite a full roster of young talent that could put on a show stealing performance.

This weeks opening segment revolved around the Garrett Bischoff lightning push. Imagine how much someone who’s last name wasn’t Bischoff could benefit from getting a rub from both Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan at once. Garrett showed up despite being warned not to, just to show how brave he is. Kurt Angle made himself available as a partner for Gunner to face Garrett and a partner of his choosing, his reason being that he always respected his parents and that led him to a gold medal. “Immortal” bragged that Garrett would be on his own in the main event against both. But who would possibly team up with such a rookie? Maybe someone who has a problem with Kurt Angle? Of course it turned out to be Jeff Hardy, who has taken his face paint to a whole other idiot level this week again.

He says that each and every one of us would have done what he did. He tells us this is a generation of selfishness and he is the leader. Doing things the right way in society today gets you nowhere. In a picture in picture shot we see James Storm at the Gorilla position watching, then getting stopped by security when he tries to come out. That’S interesting, I like that. Finally wrestling addresses the question “Why do they only interrupt after letting them speak for ten minutes.

Impact Wrestling! November 4th 2011!
Tonight there are Pumpkins in the crowd and the World Champion James Storm is first out to the ring. After a bit of blabbing about growing up in the South, respect and drinking beer, he brings out his opponent tonight, Bobby Roode. Storm tells him to bring everything he got. Roode thanks him for giving him a second chance in his career by coming up with all the ideas for Beer Money then says tonight they’re going to steal the show.
Eric Young arrives backstage with Ronnie from the Jersey Shore. Bah! I’d forgotten that was happening.
Knockout Tag Team Title Match
Gail Kim and Madison Rayne w/Karen & Brooks vs. Tara and Tessmacher
Texas ring gear for the champions tonight if you care about that kind of thing. Madison gets double teamed with a big suplex and tags Gail Kim in. She goes right at it with Tara,...

Christopher Daniels (formerly known as the "Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels) is considered by many (me included) to be one of the best all round pro-wrestlers in the business. He has wrestled for numerous promotions both big and small, earning the mantle "The King Of The Indies" for his work with and championing of various independent promotions the world over. He also happens to be a big comic book fan and took time out of his busy schedule to answer a few questions about appearing at this year's Sdcc, his favorite Cbm's, whether he has any intentions to pursue an acting career and more. Mc: I believe that you are a big comic book fan(X-Men in particular:). You along with some pals from Tna appeared at this year's Sdcc. How was that experience? CD: I had a blast, and I know my friends that wrestled that day did too. I...

Tna Bound For Glory 2011
October 16th, Live from Philadelphia
Obligatory shot of the Liberty Bell and of course Rocky before we move into the Bound For Glory hype video. Then we are listening to Stain’d (for the first time since 2001 if you’re anything like me) as we go Live into the arena. You’d think for their biggest show of the year they’d have some pyro.
X Division Title
Brian Kendrick vs. Austin Aries
Lockup, the crowd strongly behind Austin Aries for some reason. We are in Philly tonight, the crowd could be interesting. Kendrick hip toss and a side head lock take over or three. Austin gets out of each one with an easy head scissors. Kendrick dropkicks him outside, where Aries decides he needs a time out. Of course Kendrick cant resist a vaulting cross body block. I can understand them cheering who they want.
