Famous "cross country skier" who dominated the sport in the 1990's. He won 8 Olympic Gold medals in the 90's and is considered to be a legend.
He retired in 2001 because of a back injury he got while training in 1999.
Won his first Olympic gold medal in Alberville, France in 1992. Has 12 Olympic medals total and over 40 World Cup victories.
