- Robert Gernhardt was born on December 13, 1937 in Tallinn, Estonia. He was a writer and director, known for Das Casanova-Projekt (1981), Die Hau Schau (1974) and Holly - The Movie (1984). He was married to Almut Gehebe and Almut Ullrich. He died on June 30, 2006 in Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany.
