- A big-band vocalist for the Hal Kemp Orchestra, Tommy Dorsey & His Orchestra and Artie Shaw and His Orchestra, she is remembered for such recording hits as "Kiss of Fire", "Tweddle Tee" and "Dance with Me Henry" on Mercury Records.
