Jerome Robbins was original director and choreographer. Richard Parrinello was musical director. Campbell Baird was scenic designer. Ken Billington was lighting designer. Gail Cooper-Hecht was costume designer.
- (September 8 to October 24, 1993) He choreographed Larry Grossman, Martin Casella and Ellen Fitzhugh's musical, "Paper Moon," in a world premiere at the Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn, New Jersey with Natalie DeLucia, John Dossett, Christine Ebersole, Gregory Harrison, Linda Hart and Chandra Wilson in the cast. Matt Casella was director. Steve Marzullo was musical director. Michael Anania was scenic designer. Pat Collins was lighting designer. Jeffrey Kurland was costume designer.
