Arthur A. Jones produced three television series in the '50s and '60s; Wild Cargo,
Capture and Professional Hunter. He also filmed a segment for the ABC
Television series Bold Journey.
Inventor of exercise machines.
He invented the Nautilus exercise machines and was the founder of
Nautilus Sports/Medical Industries. He sold Nautilus in June 1986 and
founded MedX which manufactures fitness equipment and medical
equipment.
He's been featured on The Tonight Show and 20/20, in Time, Newsweek,
Playboy, Science Digest, and many others.
He was on the Forbes 500 list as being amongst the wealthiest Americans.
He and his wife Inge resided in central Florida.
