Born in Los Angeles, Sean received his filmmaking education in Israel,
at the Sam Spiegel Film Institute in Jerusalem where he made the film
KIN, which received the Best Documentary honor from the American Israel
Cultural Foundation.
In 1997, Sean returned to the U.S. to work as a digital filmmaker with several environmental organizations, including Amazon Watch and Sea Shepherd. He spent two years with Greenpeace documenting their activities to save the Alaskan wilderness.
He lives with his wife Orli in San Francisco. His work CONCEPT TO COMPLETION won an Emmy Award from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
